Extraordinary place! If you want to make 10 of 10 visiting La Palma - this is a place to be. Do have their degustation menu with local drinks, and feel the real atmosphere of the Canaris on the proper level - it is delicious. Also, this place is simply ideal for the times of your live, even including proposal or any other festive special occasions. Make sure to let the restaurant know of your special date in advance while booking and they will make sure you have the best of it from their turn, cheers :)

The „senses tasting menu“ (seven course) accompanied by different local wines was a wonderful and luscious fine dining experience. Thank you to the owner and service and to the Chefs.

A must visit! We had the steak tartar for starters and before serving, the owner presented us with a teaspoon taste of the tartar to make sure we were happy with the amount of salt and spieces. Great starter, followed by a wonderful slow cooked beef and lovely tuna. We finished of with their Cocomex dessert and a piece of cheesecake. Best cheesecake in a long while, but the Cocomex was amazing! A perfectly balanced ginger-icecream paired with a soft chocolate cake and hot chocolate sauce - a winner dessert to end a perfect meal. Parking is close and easy so plan a trip just to come and eat. Calm and nice atmosphere. Our best recommendation!

Very kind staff and naturally, tasty food (expected from a Michelin guide restaurant) The salmon tartare and the beef was best and potential for improvements for the other dishes - to be a bit more surprising.

Would definitely recommend! We had the 7-course tasting menu and were not disappointed. The pork and the octopus were probably our favorites, but we were blown away by some of the creative flavors of the other dishes.

This was an absolutely wonderful gastronomic experience, for which I felt deep gratitude. I’ve never paid so much for food as I hardly ever go to a high-class restaurant, but the prices here were very reasonable considering the quality, care, and presentation of the dishes. The 7-course lunch was very well paired with some unique and wonderfully complementary wines. I appreciated the subtle touches to our (vegetarian) dishes. My only disappointment is not with the restaurant or its generous hospitality, but with the reviews from spoiled people who’s unfair star ratings bring the average rating of this establishment down below the level of other eateries in Los Llanos. That this place is so lowly rated is absurd. Google Reviews should do more to protect hard working people from unreasonable reviews. If you want fast food, go to Burger King. This is all about taking time to animate an aesthetic appreciation of what can be done to quality ingredients, creative cooking, pleasing presentation.

Delicate tastes and elaborate dishes for a fine experience. Pricy but worth it, 120€ for a full lunch for two
