Owners Marcos and Patri are incredible humble, down to earth, yet inventive and audacious chefs, who create dishes based on great produce. Come sit at the chef’s bar/table, get the fixed menu and be surprised with fish, meat, sauce and vegetable combinations that will take your taste buds to a different orbit. Get a local Galician wine. Take advantage of your front row seat and chat with chefs and other kitchen staff, while enjoying watching dish preparation and learning from these food artists. When I come back to Vigo, I’ll definitely dine at Enxebre.
