We had a three-course lunch at this restaurant. The location is excellent—right on the oceanfront, with a cool breeze coming in from the sea. Even on one of the hottest days, it felt refreshingly pleasant. The restaurant is part of a beautiful boutique hotel, and during lunchtime, many locals come to dine, which is always a good sign. The service was also very good, and parking is free.
However, the food did not meet our expectations.
As a starter, we chose the octopus salad. It was fine, but nothing exceptional. For the main course, we had the pork with potatoes, which again was decent but not at a chef-level standard. For dessert, we ordered the cake with ice cream—the cake was dry and disappointing, one of the weakest parts of the meal.
On the positive side, the pricing was excellent. For all three courses, plus wine or beer and a bottle of sparkling water, we paid only €26.
