The dry-aged beef was excellent—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with a wonderful smoky aroma. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the sea bass, which lacked seasoning or any sauce and tasted a bit bland. The desserts were a highlight, especially the mille-feuille, which paired beautifully with the recommended wine. Service was initially a bit slow even though the restaurant was empty, but it improved later. The hotel’s location is fantastic. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience.
