Restaurante Gala

Great evening with high quality food. Staff was very attentive throughout the evening. I recommend you to book it’s quite busy. I took the 3 course menu that included 3 appetizers, one main and a choice between coffee and dessert but couldn’t get dessert as I was really full. Had the mussels, the octopus with potato foam (my favorite) and the picanha. The bread was fine, I don’t recommend it was a bit dry and you will end up full and not able to eat anything after. Main I chose the tuna Wellington which was beautifully cooked and presented. Was offered some chocolate at the end to accompany my espresso. Had a bubbly which went well with the entire meal. I would definitely go again. It’s really affordable for the high quality. Thanks

Really solid dinner and service at this local neighborhood eatery. Very reasonably priced well prepared meal. Some delightful dishes - like the white chocolate coated foie gras popcoles - yum. All the dishes were simply yet elegantly prepared and expertly cooked.

Outstanding restaurant! Very creative dishes, presented in perfect style preserving the warmth of the food (many times in other restaurants a beautiful presentation translates into cold food, which is unacceptable) Taste was exquisite, particularly the combination of flavors and textures! It’s difficult to recommend one fish vs the others, however I would love to repeat the sea urchin anytime!!! Service was also very attentive and efficient, but not overwhelming. Last but not least: the gala menu at 37 euro is an amazing deal! Congratulations to the chef and the staff, keep it up like this!

What an incredible place! Easily deserving of a Michelin star. The Gala Menu is an absolute steal. The food was beyond anything we’ve tasted before. The pesto with the bread was incredible and the strawberry gazpacho was revolutionary in both taste and texture. We got 3 starters: the Galician beef which melted in our mouths, the foie gras magnum which was the most experimental and strange thing ever, and the Russian salad with tuna tartare, an explosion of the senses! We had to take breaks after every bite of our mains, the lamb shoulder and steak centre, because it was SO GOOD. The wine that was recommended to us paired perfectly with each dish. The whole bottle for €25 was a steal. They have such a great variety. The apple tart was amazing. Nothing compares. It might even be as good as my Grandma’s. We can’t compliment the chef and all the staff enough. The host was so lovely to us throughout and always ready with personalised recommendations and suggestions. Small cozy restaurant with very attentive & knowledgeable servers. They have three types of bread generously offered throughout the meal. We had the seasonal truffle menu which did not disappoint in taste, presentation or portion (except for the lomo de corzo, an extra piece would be nice 😋)! The accompanying recommended red wine went well with all the dishes, including the cod. I think the sweets at the end of the meal was missing 😊 All in, the 2022 Michelin star was well-deserved - would not mind going again for the regular tasting menu.

The place is not so big, but the feeling is really comfortable and intimate. All the staff was really friendly and caring. We ordered Ensaladilla rusa and Croquetas de matanza as starter, then we had Rissoto de foie y trufa, Centro de solomillo de vaca, con foie and Steak tartare de solomillo as main dishes. All the dishes were delicious, I especially love Rissoto de foie y trufa and Centro de solomillo de vaca, con foie, cause these 2 dishes were fantastic, the flavor and quality were amazing for the price and amount. The place is definitely in my Top 5 restaurants list. We will definitely come back again soon.

Amazing restaurant ! Their $35 price menu is just exceptional, you can try up to 3 aperitivos in my opinion they all tasted fantastic ! I had the pulpo, croquetas and duck liver. Plus their main course of your choice and a dessert at the end. They have a cute outdoors sitting area. Can’t go wrong with this restaurant!!!
