Typical buffet style for the region. No BBQ meat when we were there, but it looks like it is an option sometimes. Great ambiance. A bit on the expensive side for an all-you-can-eat buffet, but not overly so. You can try from a large selection of cachaça licor at the end. Dessert (very simple) and coffee are included. Selection of dishes is ok and there are always vegetarian options.
