A gorgeous setup and impressive looking dishes.
Unfortunately, the food is not really great. There is a clear abuse of creams with a shell of white chocolate, jelly or a similar material to make the shape of a cigar, a candle, a tangerine, a soap bar, an egg, a bee hive, an apple... etc. They look different, but the texture is almost the same, and the flavor is poor.
In my opinion, they should be more imaginative like they have been with the moka pot, the rice with foam, or the carrillada.
Another issue with this format is how artificial the food ends up being.
I give it four stars for the setup, but the food itself is far from good.
