In the early evening, the setting can be somewhat distracting, with lingering swimmers creating a less serene atmosphere. Thankfully, as night falls, tranquility takes over. The culinary experience is a highlight—expertly prepared dishes plated with precision and an eye for aesthetics. However, the wine selection doesn't quite rise to the same standard. The local Canarian wines, regrettably, leaned toward the sour and bland side, lacking the depth and richness one might expect. In contrast, selections from the mainland offered a more refined quality. Service was warm and welcoming, though at times brisk and notably serious, leaving little room for the relaxed indulgence one hopes for in such a setting.
