Pure excellence! La Finca was a truly impressing and we loved the modern cuisine with all the small twists. Firstly the snacks - some blew our minds. Then one of their signature dishes - Asparagus Icecream with Beluga Caviar. Potato cream with yolk and more caviar and truffle. For main: Lobster tale with Hollandaise. Pigeon breast with a wonderful Calvados sauce and hints of fresh apple. And ofcourse the desserts: pineapple sorbets accompanied by Macron and other tastes. A beautiful combination. The service was impeccable, and thanks agains for the tour for the Kitchen. Worth the drive and more.

Just wow! Michelin star restaurant making you levitate from your chair. A perfect symphony of flavours, freshness, perfection… 5 star to all, location, staff, decoration, privacy, a surrounding concept of an unforgettable lunch. Sommelier at its best, wine list is just amazing. Cannot choose the best dish from the tasting menu… can’t wait to go again. Lovely!

High expectations when we arrived. Restaurant with one michelin star let their guests wait outside. As Germans we arrived at 13.15 and the staff of the restaurant tells us to wait outside until 13.30 because they need to get changed. In what world does a michelin star restaurant make their guests wait outside in August at 40°C. The reply of the staff was we are getting changed and lunchtime and you have to wait outside until 13.30. Not even water or drinks are offered while 15 people are waiting outside... pathetic when you think about it... you are going to spend over 200eu per head and they make you wait outside like an animal. Way to go forward and love the way they treat their guest upon arrival. Now lets talk about the service in La finca. Thank god we did nor order the 12 course Menu otherwise we wouldnt leave until Christmas eve. The Manager on Duty called Martin talks his way out with every complain like a clown. Giving Stupid replys when we are giving constructive criticism. So we ordered the three course Menu with cheese platter. Its been 3 hours and we are still sitting ducks at the table. I dont know how this restaurant has gotten its Michelin star. Staff needs to wake up and the chef Susi Diaz definitely is running out of ideas. I tried the Toro Sandwich and i have tried better sandwiches/canapes at weddings. My most honest and sincere review "the place is just not worth it" Spend your money somewhere else. Looks expensive with all the small deco on the food but reality check is its not worth your money.

I had the opportunity to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday in this restaurant. The XXL menu was exceptional, each dish was interesting, full of flavor. The service was attentive and very thorough. I really recommend this place

Had a fantastic time here! The food was spot on - beautifully presented, creative, and delicious. The staff were lovely, super friendly, and really flexible with our dietary restrictions, making everything so easy. Great atmosphere too. Can’t wait to come back!

The gardens are magical. The service is excellent. If you take the tasting menu, food explodes in your mouth, everything is flavoursome. It's just like theatre. If you have a special occasion, this is a great place to spend several hours.

An perfect combination of everything. The waiters work sometimes with 3 at your table. It was really delicious and we will be back. We went for a Genisis L menu, a course of 13. See the pictures.
