"A safe bet in every sense thanks to the excellent cuisine on offer, enhanced by the impeccable rustic-contemporary ambience and a location right by the legendary giant windmills described in Don Quijote! The restaurant occupies a former night-club, from which it has taken its name, in a town popular with tourists, hence the strong emphasis on the traditional cooking of La Mancha, with the occasional contemporary touch thrown in. Standout dishes include the classic “migas”, the “cocido” croquettes, and the crunchy biscuit topped with fried Valdivieso cheese." - Michelin Inspector
One of the best restaurants in La Mancha. Great views of Criptana and the windmills are gorgeous. Must visit for la mancha

Had a fantastic lunch at Restaurant Las Musas! The fried, slightly cured dish was a real surprise—innovative and delicious. I also ordered the Iberian pork pluma. While a few pieces were a bit overcooked, the ones that were perfectly done had that amazing charcoal-grilled flavor with the juices locked inside. The batter was perfectly crunchy with molten cheese inside, a great combination. Plus, the view of the windmills right next to the restaurant made the experience even more special. Definitely worth a visit for the food and the scenery!

Amazing food, great atmosphere, the location is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. All dishes were excellent quality and super fresh. The Vaca Entrecôte was my favorite. I am definitely coming back! We created some awesome memories in this magical place.

The location at the windmills is splendid, but unfortunately, the food was awful. We had lunch, of three appetizers, and they were terrible. We followed the waitress's recommendations, but we could not finish them.

Spain has many quality restaurants this is not one of them.
Despite it's Michelin status it was the worst service experience I had in the 2 weeks of restaurants visited throughout Spain.
They gave us a water bottle but no glasses, and after 15 minutes and multiple requests I went to the bar and got them myself.
The food was good but I expect better care. My main dish had an inedible onion shell in it.
We both ordered dessert and coffee but the coffee never came and neither did my dessert.
In the end we just wanted our bill so we could leave but the waiter insisted we wait for the coffee even though we finished desert 10 minutes prior.
When the bill finally came it included items we hadn't received.
In short don't waste your time or money visiting this place.
