"The perfect opportunity to discover a modern version of typical Canary Islands cuisine! Located in the new La Marina district, this restaurant boasts a glass-fronted façade, a simple, contemporary-style dining room, plus a terrace with views of the boats moored in the marina. In the completely open-view kitchen, the focus is on island cuisine which has been brought bang up to date. The à la carte, which showcases native Canary Island products, is complemented by a tasting menu." - Michelin Inspector

I had the pleasure of dining at Lilium with some friends, and let me tell you — it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for a fantastic evening. We were lucky enough to be looked after by two incredible and charming waitresses — both named Sandra — who made us feel at home right away. Their professionalism, combined with a light-hearted and friendly approach, was just perfect. They helped us navigate the menu and wine list with incredible precision, deep knowledge of the ingredients, and a wonderful patience in explaining everything, even though we don’t speak Spanish. It really felt like they wanted us to have the best possible experience, and we absolutely did. As for the food — it was simply outstanding. The tartare was unbelievably fresh, and the pig dish was genuinely unforgettable — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. All the other dishes lived up to the same high standard, each beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. But what struck me the most — beyond the food, the wine, and the atmosphere — was the kindness and warmth of Sandra. Her attentiveness and sincerity turned a great meal into a truly memorable night. It’s rare to be treated with such genuine care, and it made all the difference. Thank you, Lilium — we’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful evening with amazing local food & wine. The home made cottage cheese with the tomato starter was delicious. Would highly recommend. Very good value for an M⭐️ restaurant. Thank you for your hospitality.

The starters were ok. Wrinkled tomatoes tasted pretty good but it was why the cactus sorbet was necessary in the same dish. Smoky avocado was "interesting". The smoked salmon was the best but not that special really. The main courses (duck, steak, noodles and fish of the day) turned out to be much more satisfying.

We experienced here an unbelievable kind service, excellent lokal food and wines! Every our wish was a command and we had a great time and a wonderful birthday lunch in this restaurant! Our expectation were more than fulfilled and we can only recommend this restaurant whatever occasion you choose for! Thumbs up team Lilium & big thanks once again for everything!

Absolutely stunning meal. I had the tasting menu (70 euro) and 4 glasses of wine (30 euro). Quality and presentation of the food was impeccable. Creative but not pretentious food, very down to earth service as well. The chef had a brief stint in El Bulli and this was visible in the appetizers. Avocado sorbet, the sweet potato and cauliflower mousse were all insane. A suckling pig with a rich fig sauce, combined with the red wine from Tenerife was a match made in heaven. I will recommend this place to everyone! Price quality unbeatable, an experience that you would pay double the price for in Europe.

Had the Bruno menu with wine pairing (4 glasses). Loved everything and the service was impeccable. Once the chef learned that we're speaking German he started explaining the courses in German, every now and again with the help of Google Translate. It's very clear that the owners are very passionate about the experience they're providing, and also what kinds of ingredients they use and where those come from.

What a wonderful restaurant. I have been to Lilium a few times in the past but havent been a while and after the meal here I am not sure why! Fantastic food, wonderful service in a beautiful setting. The restaurant is clean, set well and welcoming. Staff are superbly polite, friendly and kind. We opted for 2 starters and two mains. Banana croquettes wouldnt have been my choice but they were surprisingly one of the tastiest croquettes I have had to date. Sweet with a mint mayo. Not covered in oil, just perfect. I had the Ravoili de Cherne in a beautiful blue cheese sauce. Personally i would have liked it slightly stronger flavour but it was still excellent. Mains I went for the rabbit risotto. Very good and tasty, rabbit was cooked perfectly. Again I would have gone slightly more flavour but a small portion. My other half ordered the parrot fish and wow. It was absolutely incredible, the flavours, the sauce the accompanyments were just delicious. 5star. A big thank you to the wonderful staff who made our visit feel good and super. Bathrooms very clean and tidy. Always a plus!

Senor Orlando Ortega, a great Chef graced our table with a highly gastronomical experience. With a history of working at El Bull where he learned from only the best his expertise shines through in a menu featuring premier island products, embracing a zero-kilometer approach. Each dish is carefully sourced and prepared with both technical and aesthetic perfection. The service, led by his wife, is just as perfect as the food. The wine list is extraordinary, with hidden gems from the island that you won't find anywhere else. Michelin might reconsider its star allocation, and they should definitely put this restaurant on top of the list. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Yelp
Just amazing. At a level of the highest gastronomic experience; with a warm service that can only be found among the over-friendly people of Lanzarote. Note: it you live out of sausages and mash potatoes, this might not be your place. There is a Burger King around the corner that might be better aligned with your spectrum of gastronomic tolerance. For food lovers: DO NOT MISS THIS ONE! 1. Food is of the highest level. Michelin star food deeply rooted in the Lanzarote gastronomic richness. The croquetas of banana are totally unexpected and great. The tomates arrugaos are just one of this things you will remember for life. With a salinas of Lanzarote punch that makes it impressive. The codeáis with carabineros is a fishermen dish that they cooked when working at the Sahara's coastal line in the past. Beyond amazing. You would be a total ignorant not to recognize that this is all exceptional. 2. Space: generic but nice in the way it opens to the Barbour. Space for improvement here, 3. Service: just perfect. People here could not be nicer and more fun and helpful. This is quality at its highest.

Yelp
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Hands down one of the best dining experiences I've had in the past year. Every dish was so well composed and delicious. Service was excellent as well. Ambiance was pleasant and upscale. Prices may be a bit higher than other restaurants on the island but they reflect the quality and are well worth it.

Yelp
That was by far the worst dining experience within three past 12 months. It was not just the taste which was missing completely, it was the bad quality of the products used. Selling a 10 course degustacion menu and presenting the first three micro courses on one plate caused some laughter, but it turned only worse. The tuna and pork were just old and bad quality, the desert boring and much below average. There was not one course which would have justified the recommendation. To cut a long story short: we were a group of 8 and agreed that some plain salty fries from the burger king nearby would have been the better experience.
