We ordered the long degustation menu. Since this changes with time there is no point in going through it in detail. It consists of 15 dishes: 5 appetizers (counting the butter with bread), 2 veggies, 2 from the sea, 3 metas, and 3 desserts (one of them a cheese sampler). Dishes were a creative and often involved mixed of very good quality ingredients of traditional Spanish cuisine with a twist. Let me just give one example, my wife, who would not normally order sweetbreads thought these were delicious (in a reduction of its own juice with a "salsipies" sauce). One of the fish and one of the meat dishes were too big for a degustation menu, so beware it may be too filling (we shouldn't''t have finished those). We accompanied this with a bottle of red, from the last section of their wine chart which has special collections that are however not pricy (ours was 50EUR); the waiter recommended it and we thought it was superb.
The restaurant has a front section wit h"hight tables" for small dishes. We sat in the back room which is for proper dining. They also offer a short degustation menu and one can order a la cart. The service was fast and friendly, very professional. The place is decorated simply but attractively. Noise level was low (except for one waiter that had a loud voice -not the one serving us). We are certainly coming back!
