"Mextreme is a great spot for a fun, lively dinner, but it’s much less swanky than the other restaurants in the Hotel Zone. They’re famous for their green chilaquiles—which we swear can cure a hangover—but you shouldn’t stop there: order the chicken enmoladas with a side of beans, or a fried chimichanga stuffed with carrot, zucchini, and cauliflower. Add a margarita, which will likely come delivered by a waiter who’s balancing the pitcher on their head." - barbara gutierrez

An evening full of fun, the waiters put on entertainment acts—it’s funny but a bit over the top. But I get it, we’re in Cancún, where everything is “too much” for tourists. The Mexican food is tasty, but the prices are absolutely outrageous. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the bill—we ended up paying 1,600 Mexican pesos for a Maya soup, one order of tacos, a small guacamole, two beers, and three mixed drinks.

This place is such a vibe. Filled with entertainment, you will not be bored. It was my daughters birthday, and they did so much to make her feel special. As for food, you get a good amount, but could it have been better? Absolutely!!

The food was okay. There were singers performing and you need to pay tips. I don’t like the most is the waiting time, you got wait for every thing, ordering, waiting for food, even getting the bill. It took us more than 2 hours for a simple meal. Won’t visit anymore.

Start off by saying Adrian took good care of us. I like coffee and the cups were small but he kept it topped off. Wasn't busy but I appreciated it. Food was amazing and was the cheapest we had for entire trip.

Very touristy spot and average food. We came here on our first night in Cancun as we walked down from hotel zone looking for affordable options to eat. The special guac made at the table was not available, and regular guac lacked salt and spice. The chips come in a bag so don’t feel fresh. The veg tacos were average as they had chickpeas and beans filling and tortilla was doughy. Margaritas were good and waitress was pleasant.

We were here for New Year’s Eve dinner bc the atmosphere seemed vibrant but I would not recommend or go back, not everyone wanted a plate and when we ordered the waiter told us it was required that everyone at the table had to order. Food was very OK, service was a bit slow and the music was way too loud

The vibrant ambiance, lively music, and entertaining atmosphere created a truly enjoyable setting! However, the drinks were too watered down, and while the food was decent, it didn't quite impress.
