Interesting experience. Certainly not the cheapest or best-value place in Praia. It's trying to be fancy, but I'm not sure if it succeeds. I waited 15+ minutes for a waiter to come for my money in order to receive change only to leave after not getting any attention at all. As a foreigner, everything just felt weird, I'm not sure if I want to come back.

Handmade ravioli for the win here!
The seafood one I'm told is a favorite. The open air front seating was pleasant. I ordered a filet steak(wheat allergy) and it turned out great. Cooked to order and came out the same time as my table mates.
Will definitely be back.
