Beautiful setting, refined atmosphere, and very professional, attentive service throughout the meal.
I ordered the premium ribeye. The flavour was good and the grilling technique was well executed, however the cut served was much thinner than expected for what was described as a premium ribeye, which slightly took away from the overall experience. While enjoyable, it lacked the succulence and presence one usually associates with this type of steak.
The accompaniments were pleasant and balanced, and the overall presentation was elegant and thoughtful, as expected from a Michelin-listed restaurant.
In summary: a refined dining experience with excellent service and ambience, but the steak itself did not fully meet my personal expectations for a “premium” ribeye.
