We had the pleasure of dining at Ruta del Veleta, and it was an unforgettable experience. The restaurant has a beautiful traditional interior, highlighted by its elegant decor. The atmosphere is both charming and sophisticated.
We started with the baked octopus, which was absolutely incredible—tender and full of flavor. Another starter we had was the fig carpaccio with goat cheese, which was equally delicious. For the main course, we enjoyed the beef fillet and the Iberian pork, both cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful.
The wine pairings, recommended by the attentive staff, were spot on and complemented the dishes perfectly. All in all, an excellent dining experience that I would highly recommend!
