Fantastic evening at Restaurante Sábrego! The 9 course menu with focus on local produce is served witht the greatest care and attention. The delightful meal, together with the attentive staff and the amazing location, made this dinner certainly ‘worth the trip’! (ps. Consider staying at the Casal de Arman for the night, to fully enjoy the wine pairing)

A truly amazing experience. Chose the resraurant as a convenient lunch stop on the way to Galicia. Turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. The location, the service, the food were all exceptional. We had the 8 course taster menu. Every course was exquisite. Michelin star material in my opinion. Well worth a visit. Well done.

My wife and I took the Degustacion 8 course Menu last Wednesday Each course was a treat in itself. Each involved several elements which complimented each other and blended into a wonderful tasting experience. The Chef and staff were very attentive and explained each dish fully,including the best way to get the blend of tastes. The cost at €48. per person was really good value The setting and ambience of Casal de Arman and it’s restaurant Sabrego and it’s surrounding vineyards are quite stunning We strongly recommend this Restaurant and will make sure to visit it again on our next trip to Galicia. My husband and I went to this restaurant for our 41 st wedding anniversary. In all our lives we have not eaten such superb food. The attention to detail on everything serviced was outstanding. Thank you for the best memory ever

Outstanding! First of all we showed up an hour early not realising they don’t open until 1:30pm, without a reservation, and the restaurant was fully booked. We also don’t speak Spanish..but the man was so kind and quick to help us. He said he would speak to them for us and squeeze us in. He then poured us a wine, sat us outside, and brought us tapas to share while we waited! Reminder: they weren’t even open yet! He also sat us in the restaurant early and got our experience started. We were cheeky to ask if we could do the degustation menu knowing that it takes a lot longer than just ordering one meal, and he didn’t hesitate to accommodate us at all. He recommended us a beautiful wine that matched what we like and the attention to detail course after course was perfect. We didn’t feel rushed at all and were so grateful to have had the beautiful service and warm welcoming. The food was divine! The value for money was incredible. Overall a fantastic Galician experience. Thank you!
