Some dishes were outstanding, while others fell short of expectations. The tuna was overly sharp and sour, which overpowered the flavor of the fish itself. On the other hand, the croqueta, fritter, and tomato-based dishes were exceptional—rich, balanced, and full of flavor.
The vegetable dish was quite bland, with no standout elements. The hake was good, though not particularly memorable. The rooster dish, however, was a highlight, offering deep, well-developed flavors.
Unfortunately, the cherry dessert was a major letdown—it lacked any distinct flavor and felt out of place on a Michelin-starred menu. The second dessert was average at best.
The sommelier was warm, knowledgeable, and offered excellent wine pairings that enhanced the overall experience.
One disappointing moment was the handling of our feedback. After mentioning that we left the cherry dessert unfinished due to the lack of flavor, the waiter offered no acknowledgment, response, or alternative, which felt out of sync with the level of service expected at this standard.
The three star on the food is in comparison to other single star Michelin restaurants.
I hope this feedback is helpful—thank you for the experience.
