A small restaurant with a modern vibe run by a small team of dedicated staff. They offer dishes using finest canarian produce with a burst of flavours. We enjoyed all the dishes very different to what's available at nearby establishments. Service was excellent, all the dishes at time of serving were clearly explained. Great atmosphere in a vibrant old part of the city.

This is an excellent restaurant with clearly very talented chefs. We went for a tasting menu and every course was executed well. I preferred some dishes more than others with a few a touch too salty for my personal taste. The chefs can balance powerful flavours well. I was left wanting a bit more of their excellent creams. For example the parsnip cream was amazing but slightly lost in the overall dish. The restaurant is a great experience and well worth a visit

Such incredible food and staff.. the whole experience was sublime. There are only a few covers at any one time and so the experience becomes more potent. The Head Chef and Front Of House lead were both involved and interested in our table.. both were superb at their roles. All elements were local and all knowledge was on-point and conveyed with genuine thought and feelings. The setting was so ideal, i proposed to my girlfriend

Mindblowing rich food! We ordered a la carte and were surprised by the superb quality of 'simple' ingredients like onions and lentils that make such full flavored dishes. All dishes are served to share, and 4 dishes is recommended. Staff is extremely friendly, warm, welcoming and attentive. The local wines are brilliant companions, are poured per glass or per bottle. Impressive and inexpensive. Amen for this place. Highly recommended.

An absolutely mindblowing culinary experience. Using the local ingredients, fresh and perfectly cooked dishes will leave you in awe. We went for a la carte and loved every single dish. The bread - with olive oil and goat butter - absolutely amazing. The aperitif (complimentary) was like a twist in Russian salad - sweet potato, cod and crab - fresh, vibrant and immediately transported us to the sea. I’d come back just for this dish! The tomatoes were out of this world, too. I could become vegan happily, knowing there is a dish like this - perfectly spiced and marinated. The mains we had the rib, the fish and the pork cheek. All cooked to perfection with wonderful seasoning. But the absolute favourite was the pork cheek - could be the best pork dish I’ve ever had (and I normally do not like pork). Okay, you can probably tell I was mindblowingly impressed by this place. And I was. We also loved the attentive staff and the kind chef who came out in the end to ask about our food. The passion they have towards their food and the respect to local ingredients is remarkable. Highly recommend!

What an excellent lunch! Canarian food uplifted. Everything was great, from food and wines to service, not to mention the reasonable prices. I was very inspired how they took traditional Canarian foods and modernized them. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, everything worked nicely. I can highly recommend! We will definitely go there again once the menu changes.

Fortunately, the restaurant isn't to blame; they can't control the decibel level of bodily functions. We empathized with the couple's sinus struggles, secretly hoping they found solace in the exquisite dishes rather than the tissue symphony. In the grand tapestry of Sorondongo, this incident became the comic relief, a momentary pause in the gastronomic opera.
