Our party of 4 had dinner on a Saturday night around 2230. Fortunately, there was no wait and we were able to be seated immediately even though we didn’t have a reservation. The staff and our waiter were attentive and friendly. Our drinks came out relatively quick and were very tasty. As far food, we shared the Langostinos Crujientes, ceviche clásico, and a tres leches for dessert. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and was deliciously crunchy. The tuna and sea bass in the ceviche were also delicious and the plate had a good balance of lime, onion, and seasoning. Only downside to the food was the portion size, but definitely worth it.

One of my top five meals of all time. Not only is the chef inspired and technically excellent, the whole experience was calm, yet elegant. The specialty drink was AMAZING!!

Nice restaurant. I found the decoration kind of cold. Very greyish and plain. Unfortunately the service was slow. Food came nice and very well prepared (because we arrived early) the more tables arrived the more waiting time we had. We decided not to take dessert cause it was taking too long to order. I would recommend this as a fusion Peruvian experience.

What a great experience! The food is really out of this world, specially the scallops. I would absolutely recommend.

I’m not a true gourmet, so I can’t judge the food on a professional level — but everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The dishes were well-balanced, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was also exceptionally friendly. We felt very welcome and will definitely be coming back!

Overall, I would give the dining experience an A-. We were very warmly greeted by a gentleman at the front door, who quickly sat us, even though we were early for our reservation. Unfortunately, that’s where the warmth ended. After sitting at our table for about five minutes, a waiter came to the table and bluntly asked, “what do you want to order?”There was no conversation. No discussion about recommendations on the menu, no greeting, and no smile from the waiter. Overall very cold and lackluster. We placed our order and our plates started coming out in a timely fashion however, they were just sat on the table without any explanation, nor did the waiter return at all during any course of our meal to ask how things were tasting or if we needed anything. To speak for the food, the pork chicharonnes were good however not mind blowing. I would describe them more as a mini pork egg roll. The selection of ceviches was phenomenal. Each one had a different and unique taste, and the fish was incredibly fresh. Our entrées consisted of the bluefin tuna, which was out of this world, and the seafood rice, which was also delicious as well, but a little smoky in flavor for my liking. My husband, however, did like it, and the seafood portion was generous. All in all, if a dining experience was based solely off of food, this restaurant would be amazing. However service can really make or break a dining experience and in this case, the service definitely overshadowed some aspects of the food.

Stunning food: Taste, texture, presentation. Everthing was flawless. Considering the price point, the set menu we had was a great experience in Peruvian cuisine. Staff was super helpful, friendly and forthcoming. Can only recommend to anyone from "pro foodie" to someone who wants to get some really good fine dining for a special. You will feel welcomed :)

Yelp
Hands down the best meal we had in Spain (after visiting Valencia, Barcelona & Ibiza) from start to finish. Also the restaurant with the most impeccable service! We had the; - Potato stuffed with sirloin stew -- these were fire! Crispy on the outside, hot potato-y goodness inside and an ample amount of meat in the center. Absolutely one of the best bites of food we had in Spain. I love that they didn't skimp on the meat! - Trio of ceviches -: My husband doesn't really like ceviche or sushi but he devoured his portion of these ceviches. Each one had it's own bold flavor and great texture from either corn, or onions. The fish was fresh and the portion size was perfect - The cod -- my cod was buttery soft, the sweet potato puree was a nice contrast to the lime foam. I wish there was a crunchy element on the plate but the flavors were all fantastic. - Australian lamb with quinoa -- it was good, the lamb was cooked nicely. The quinoa was okay, not remarkable. - Lime pie for dessert -- we loved this dessert! It was sweet and tart the way lime pie should be. The cream foam on top was light and helped balance the sweet pie and the pop rocks on top were just a fun addition and added a nice sensation in my mouth. Highly recommend and no wonder this place is Michellen starred!

Yelp
Sumaq was one of the biggest highlights of my trip to Mallorca. My favorite dishes were the ceviche, duck confit and the scallops. We tried all three ceviches and they were all hits each had there own distinct flavors and Id recommend trying them all. The scallops were buttery and delicious. Beware I didn't see a single vegetarian option, so be prepared for a fish and meat centric meal.

Yelp
Wow, just wow for this place. We booked dinner here, got there a little early and they were super accommodating. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The food has a Peruvian vibe and it is TASTY. I have never tried ceviche, but I did here and I was blown away by the flavor. I had tuna for dinner (photo) and it was very flavorful on its own but the accompanying sauces enhanced it. We tried the dessert platter and, apologies, I can't remember what they were, but it didn't disappoint. Highly recommend this place. Wonderful ambiance, food, and staff.

Yelp
My BF and I arrived a little before their opening time, but they were happy to seat us. Food was 4 star (still great, but didnt 'wow' me), friendly staff was 5 star. If you want a bit of change from the local food, this is a great place to go.

Yelp
Exceptional fusion Peruvian food comparable to/better than New York's finest restaurants and chefs. Interestingly, this is not the restaurant recommended by local concierges who place a premium on views. However, this is a foodie's paradise! Every dish was bursting with flavor and that is probably an understatement. I wish I could have sampled the entire menu! Nuno the waiter was exceptional too. Exotic ceviche: fresh fish in an amazing concoction of spices and fruit juices Crispy Shrimp: great combination of avocado, yuzu and the crispiness of the kataifi wrapped shrimp Australian lamb with truffle honey and quinoa: delicious sauce to accompany the lamb cooked the way you like it Shrimp and Fettucine: perfectly cooked pasta with an intoxicating lime-honey and pepper sauce to boot Tuna: perfectly cooked tuna (to your taste) with a tasty black rice Suspiro: heavenly unique dessert (top 3 of all desserts I have tasted), the brandy foam could have stood on its own

Yelp
Delicious food, good atmosphere. The restaurant is a bit small, so call in advance to make a reservation. I had the 'causa with octopus' and the 'aji de gallina': spectacular. I'm coming back on my next trip to the island for sure :)

Yelp
A little bit overpriced but the food is great. Good choice if your looking for a Peruvian restaurant with a modern twist.
