We looked for very good local products with a modern twist. Visiting cape Finisterre is worth even if it is only to eat at Terra.

The staff is impeccable. They speak top English so they were able to explain everything perfectly.
We loved the texture of all fish and specially the mussels with kimchi, they grow everything with local Galician products, included the kimchi with local cabbage.
Also the home made seeds ice cream with Japanese Koji sauce.
They adapted everything gluten-free and for non-meat, pescetarian diet.
Try the gluten-free corn bread, it is home baked, best gluten free bread I had in my life.
One of the best modern Galician cuisine restaurants. A must to visit if you are in Galicia and specially in Coruña or Finisterre.
Make a reservation as theyare often fully booked. Sit at the counter, it is a great chance to get explanations first hand from the cooking staff who are most polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
