Restaurante Tosca

We went here last year, and again this year for my birthday and then once more, because the Sol menu changed and it is just sooo good. For me this is the best restaurant in Javea. My review is for the Sol, lunch menu (because we have a 2 year old). With what I've tasted, the love of food and ingredients shines through. Flavours are light and interesting and the service is impeccable. The lady server is lovely, can't understand a word she says but she is a ray of sunshine. Wines are also fabulous. The second time we went I paid and because I am so bad at math I undertipped a little (my husband pointed this out later and I felt horrible). We'll make that up when we come back. Thank you so much for the best food and service experience in Javea!

Not very hearty portions as one would imagine Excellent service by head of house, and secondary waiter. Ceviche de pescado was perfect with many surprising elements. I won’t give any spoilers here… Prompt attention for everything. Good wine selection with local and regional options. Very reasonably priced in relation to other places around the area. As far as seafood goes there is something here for everyone. They were even thoughtful enough to cap the dinner with a glass of moscato which is a small gesture but it does make a nice impression after a pleasant dining experience. Gracias

Beautiful patio seating available - definitely book. The food was excellent,I wouldn't usually choose the salt baked fish ,but they filet it for you in front of you ,and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was also just as good. The warm crusty bread is hard to resist, but definitely try and save room for the desserts ,the lemon meringue was really in your face lemon but if you love citrus dessert this is a must . Not the cheapest but definitely one of the best in the area.

Good food with a great detail in plating beautiful dishes. Refreshing and taste menu which was very in season. Would definitely recommend their sun menu. Unfortunately the restaurant is not wheelchair friendly as there were a few steps to get to the restaurant. The restaurant staff did offer to help to bring the wheelchair down. But all in all, fantastic experience.

The food was great as well as wine menu. We chose eclipse set menu - 10 or 12 dishes and the quality was great! Michelin star was worthy! Somelier had alot of knowledge, but was a bit tentative. Service could be better. Worth a visit for the food alone!

One of my favourite restaurants! Relaxed fine dining, friendly staff and outstanding dishes. The weekday lunch Menu Sol is recommended. With an appetizer, 3 starters, main and dessert (all delicious) it's excellent value. Not a surprise that they have mention in the Michelin Guide, top notch throughout.

Very nice restaurant with good food and nice terrase, tuna tartare maybe best I have ever tried.

We had a very nice dinner in Tosca. Starters were delicious and the mains were excellent too. Sea Bass in salt is a must and the steak is excellent too. Nice selection of wines. Service was professional and friendly. A bit on the high side of prices, but certainly worth it.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This was the best meal I have had in the last decade. The service was superb. The Bass baked in salt was so delicate and delicious. Well worth the 20 minute wait. Highly recommend this restaurant.
