TriCiclo l Restaurante Mediterráneo Madrid

TriCiclo was a fantastic way to experience Spanish cuisine during our first visit. Chef Javier carefully selected a menu featuring the best of local flavors, presented with elegance and creativity. Each dish was excellent, and the wines were delicious and well-paired. The service was warm and attentive, making the experience feel personal and relaxed. Chef Javier and the team created a memorable meal that balanced great food, great wine, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it!

Some of the food was very delicious! But the staff attitude and lack of attention to detail causes this restaurant to fall short of their Michelin recommended status. I had bones in my fish, cork in my wine, and silver skin still on a different type of fish. We had to pour our own water and ask for additional beverages while the wait staff just stood and stared. Very odd from previous Michelin recognized experiences. Everything was varying sizes and lacking consistency, especially the ceviche fish. No one could explain to us how the tasting menu worked (did we pick, was it pre-selected or does it change day to day) the chef was rude when we asked him to explain it to us (he was the one taking our order). There was a young server who was delightful! He was the only one that smiled and was kind. There was a very grumpy bald server that really ruined the experience with his attitude and lack of explaining of any of the dishes when they were served. We were eating a chefs pick tasting menu that was picked in the moment so we had no idea what our dishes were. It would’ve been nice if there was more explanation. The flavors were there overall. But the service and attention to detail really needs to be improved to deserve Michelin recognition and the price point.

Superb food clearly made with much thought and love. Festival tasting menu was incredible procession of 11 dishes with extra treats. Team were super accommodating to special request for no pork dishes. Special treat for my son was special indeed!

Beautiful restaurant with excellent variety of cuisine. Every bite is a fountain of flavours. My favourite dish is the ceviche - zestful and fresh which made me craving more. The staff is attentive to the presentation of every dish. It looks too wonderful to consume. Definitely recommend everyone to partake in this wonderful dining experience in the heart of Madrid.

An absolutely outstanding dining experience at Triciclon. The food was exceptionally refined, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted and perfectly balanced. The ambiance is wonderful, elegant, warm, and inviting, making the whole evening feel special. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding a genuine sense of hospitality to the experience. The wine selection was excellent and paired perfectly with the food. From the stylish spaces to the presentation of each plate, everything was simply perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for fine dining in Madrid. We will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous long night at TriCiclo Wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable staff. Delicious food that kept coming. I loved the white asparagus course, but it seems unfair to choose just one as they were all exceptional. Thanks to my colleague Pablo for bringing me here

Exceptional service from the moment you walk in. A great wine selection with a sommelier who guides you without fuss. The “raciones” are top-level, beautifully plated, and perfect for sharing. Creative cuisine in a relaxed, well-designed space. Definitely a place to come back to.

Unfortunately the food is at best mediocre regardless of fine presentation. I’ve tried 4 pieces, the only one that was truly worthy was the sashimi. Others were swings and misses on spices and the artichoke had no truffle flavor at all. I would be happy not to share this feedback here and say it directly instead but no one was interested. So overall I’d say that this place does not live up to the expectations and the price.
