Chose this restaurant for our only meal in Merida, and was not disappointed. To start with, you are fascinated with the glass flooring, and the food is just great. Steak was delicious and the bone marrow was Wow! The best Ive had for sure.. definitely recommended! Staff was also very sweet and welcoming!

Stayed for drinks first on the terrace, then had an amazing dinner experience. The Piel con Piel appetizer was hearty and rich, the meat was very good, cooked just right. Their artesanal bread is one of the best bread I've ever had. Spectacular service from the staff, answered all our food related questions and we were seated on top of glass floor with roman ruins below us. Highly recommend and will return if we can.

What a beautiful experience!!! I just moved to Mèrida from USA with my partner as he is playing fútbol here. We wanted a fancy date night and had passed by Tuétano a few times and loved the look. The interior design is absolutely stunning. The music - perfect. The food was DELICIOUS! And the wait staff were so accommodating and friendly! I will be taking all family members that visit Mèrida to this restaurant. Highly recommend for a lovey evening out and delicious food for a very reasonable price!! In the states, this meal would’ve easily cost us $200+!

I booked a table at Tuétano from NZ. I had never eaten in a Michelin starred restaurant before. The service was amazing! All of the staff we interacted with were so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Rowan, our sommelier paired up our mixed up orders perfectly. The burratta was a massive highlight, but everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. I left stuffed to the gills, a little drunk, and still tasting the beautiful food on my lips. Thank you so much Tuétano for an unforgettable experience!

The ambiance was magical: dining above ancient Roman ruins visible through glass floors! It’s a must-see experience. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious: the pear salad, burrata, and veal chop (Costilla de Vaca) were among the best we’ve ever had. Rubén provided super friendly and attentive service. An unforgettable dinner!
