"This restaurant brings a breath of fresh air to Toledo’s dining scene! Following a trip to Japan, the chef returned home with the idea of setting up a restaurant in which the bar counter would take centre stage, and where he would cook, prepare and present dishes in front of guests as in a typical sushi bar. This extremely comfortable restaurant, designed to seat 16 guests, boasts a surprising design, with a decor of golden tones and a ceiling covered with striking geometric shapes. The single, particularly interesting tasting menu features contemporary, market-inspired dishes such as tuna with white garlic, creamy rice with wild boar, and a “coolant” of marzipan with cheese and passion fruit." - Michelin Inspector

One of the most delicious and amazing restaurants I’ve ever visited in the world and the very best in Toledo. The food was phenomenal, and the wine pairings were intriguing and greatly paired with. The pricing was very reasonable. Little difficult to get a reservation but not impossible. Very intimate seating still with plenty of space. They explained everything in Spanish and again in English.

This restaurant is a great dining experience. And I really mean experience. It’s small, so everyone sits at the pass and you can watch the excellent chefs prepare all the plates. The menu was a surprise and absolutely a pleasant one. The matching wines were bold and unexpected, but delicious (cheap too). The food was excellent, just see the photos. Left very satisfied. 10/10 would recommend and return when next in Toledo.

A MUST if you visit Toledo. Simply outstanding. The food is amazing, the service excellent. Victor and his team execute a perfect dance cooking in front of their guest while those eat. The Alcazar and Cathedral can wait - make sure you visit this little gem first!

Very friendly atmosphere, good quality food. Rice with jabalí, deer and tuna were excellent. Also the desert was a perfect ending for the meal. I ordered a wine pairing and it pleasantly surprised me. The bill was 74€ which seemed low for the quality and the type of the restaurant. One of the few higher end places in Toledo.

Spectacular! This was a fantastic dining experience that really made our stay in Toledo memorable. Victor and the team treated us to a delicious multi course meal (and took into account some dietary requirements with ease). Everything was prepared in front of us, and then as each dish was severed was explained to us in English and to the rest of the diners in Spanish. We also undertook the wine pairing menu - each glass was a full glass! Excellent value, excellent experience - I absolutely encourage you to try for yourself when in Toledo!
