Absolutely delicious food. Their dishes are so, so well and carefully prepared (and presented and served), with a very subtle use of flavors. If the dish description says it's got a, b, c, d ingredients, you'll be able to taste a, b, c, and d. Nothing dominates. And yet the restaurant is relatively inexpensive.
I'm so surprised that they don't have Michelin stars instead of being a bib gourmand restaurant
