Pretty basic food, nothing special, but the service is awful; in 2024 they don’t even have card payment available; everything takes a lot of time.
LATER EDIT*****thank you for your prompt reply; I wish the service was as prompt as that. Please recheck your facts or advise the servers not to disinform the customers regarding the card payment; I was today and they told me card payment is not accepted. Beside that, I have to say the servers were really kind and polite but bringing some appetizers after one hour wait, and the other with the main courses really messed up our lunch. Some of us were eating, others didn’t. The glasses were empty all the time, we had our hands up for the whole stay trying to get the attention of the servers to get more drinks or ask for silverware (we got our forks and knives minutes after the food). I have to say there were 2-3 servers and only 1 other table outside so even though the terrace was empty the service was still horrible. Again, I have nothing avainst our server who was really kind and helpful but the service overall and the organisation is really chaotic. Beside that, the bathrooms are horrible; awful smell; not clean; spiderwebs everywhere.
Also, I forgot to mention, there is a 20-30% extra exchange charge if you don’t pay in Dinars. They just show you a number on their phone calculators way higher than the usual exchange. Please avoid this scam restaurant!!
