Restoran Seetharam Family Curry House

We went to Restoran Seetharam Family Curry House in the morning, and the service was super fast, we barely had to wait for our food. We ordered nasi lemak and some fried chicken, and honestly, it was delicious. Simple, flavorful, and satisfying. And for those wondering, no, it didn’t give us diarrhea (always a plus when trying mamak food). The prices are affordable, making it a great spot for a quick, no-fuss meal. Nothing fancy, just simple, tasty, and fast Indian food that hits the spot!

One of my favorite places to eat in Kuala Lumpur! The staff is amazing! The food is as good as any you would find in Northern India! We did the vegetarian set and the chicken set and were very happy with both! The lime pickle in particular was incredibly good! Top it all with a tasty mango lassi and it makes for one of the best dining experiences in Malaysia!

Encouraged in by the friendly, but not pushy, waiter and the offer of a cold tiger. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious, my partner is vegetarian and was excellently catered for. The Chapati and Murtabak were well spiced and delicious. Would eat here again in a heartbeat.

The food is decent, especially the Briyani Rice with chicken (RM 17.50), but unfortunately, my experience was ruined by unacceptable service. I ordered a fresh mango juice and was served a flavorless mango milkshake that didn't taste like mango at all. When I politely asked not to pay for it, since I didn’t drink it, the waiter reacted aggressively and even doubled the price of my meal. This kind of behavior is unfair and discouraging, especially toward tourists. I hope the management takes action to improve customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and enjoyable dining experience.

Breakfast@Brickfields ✓ Varieties of Confectionery & Savoury -plenty of choices -mouthwatering with colorful indian style ✓Uppuma -just a regular breakfast with no distinctive taste .. ✓Nasi Lemak -the rice looked soggy, lack of santan and pandan flavor .. -the sambal with utmost ginger smell and taste -tough anchovies, hard to swallow -should've tried some other confectionery ✓Teh Tarik & Coffee -just nice ✓Confectionery -Ketayap was delicious, caramelised with juicy coconut filling .. -other kuih-muih also super good .. had plenty of it .. ✓Price -reasonable price but some dishes should be monitored in terms of taste.. not up to the par of the price quality ..

We walked in after being ambushed by the classic KL rain and ended up having a great dinner here tonight - we all got the set meal and a drink! Lassi was delicious and not too sweet, delicious dhal, and a well done classic roti. Our lovely waiter was the highlight of the experience. He was so attentive and kind to us, offering us additional samples of sauces and chutneys to try with our meals, and always checking in with us. This store has next level customer service and great food in the heart of Little India, what’s not to love!

The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly! Must tried when visiting Little India.

One of my favourite restaurants for mutton varuval. Established name in Brickfields (with a couple of branches elsewhere) serving good varieties of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. No chance for me to try the other dishes though as coming here is always to fix my mutton varuval craving. 😂 Food Score: 5/5 for mutton varuval. Plenty of ribs for mutton ribs lovers. 😋 Toilet Score: Acceptable with room for improvement. PS: I've just started actively doing Google Maps reviews in September 2024.
