The Indian cuisine here is average. It’s not bad by any means; the flavors are decent enough if you're looking for a standard meal, but nothing particularly stood out. The customer service needs a serious upgrade. From the moment we walked in, we didn't feel welcome. There was a man in his 50s at the entrance who was quite visible with his frustration; he actually gave us an angry look just because we chose the banana leaf set instead of his personal suggestion. It’s never a good feeling when a customer is made to feel guilty for their order. Additionally, the cleanliness is poor. The overall condition of the restaurant is below average, which makes it hard to fully enjoy the meal. While the food is okay, the lack of hospitality and the hygiene levels make it hard to recommend.

Great atmosphere especially early in the morning at 6am, friendly boss and staffs! Restaurant is clean and parking is still available at 6:45am 😁. Pasumpal brew here is superb and nasi lemak here is good, different from the typical Malay style nasi lemak, the sambal here is more sour and gingerly but it’s nice and flavorful, ikan bilis it used is also very nice and cleaned up! ⭐️. Overall a great place for early breakfast in brickfield 👍

Had already eaten when I stumbled over this place but noticed the sweet option just right for a desert for me. I ordered Roti Boom and Teh Tarik. What a treat. Loved the taste of both choices. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating.

One of my favorite places to eat in Kuala Lumpur! The staff is amazing! The food is as good as any you would find in Northern India! We did the vegetarian set and the chicken set and were very happy with both! The lime pickle in particular was incredibly good! Top it all with a tasty mango lassi and it makes for one of the best dining experiences in Malaysia!

I recently visited this restaurant in Brickfields and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. First, we were charged extra for items that were either not clearly mentioned on the menu or not properly explained to us. When we tried to clarify the bill, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive instead of calmly explaining the charges. What made the situation worse was the customer service. The staff raised their voices and shouted at us when we questioned the bill. This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with basic respect. Overall, the food did not make up for the poor service and negative experience. I hope the management seriously looks into improving their customer service and billing transparency. Would not recommend based on this experience.

We are honestly very disappointed with the overall experience. We ordered two vegetarian meals for two people. Both sets were almost identical, yet they were priced different: one at RM11 and the other at RM16. The only difference was that one came with fried bitter gourd and the other with fritters. It’s unclear why there was such a price gap for very similar dishes. Even the papadam was charged separately. The meals included rice, rasam, tofu sambal, and mock meat. Unfortunately, the rasam was heavily overpowered by cumin, making it unpleasant to drink. The rest of the dishes were bland and tasteless. The papadam was also disappointing. Some pieces were crunchy, while others were soft and stale, clearly exposed to air for too long. On top of that, the restaurant’s cleanliness needs serious improvement. The tables, chairs, and even the floors were sticky and dirty, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. Overall, not worth the price and not a place I would return to.
