Plenty of space to accommodate our family of four plus grandparents for the most magical Disney vacation. Close proximity to all the parks, with plenty of on-resort amenities for our off days. On site shuttle was an added bonus for easy access to various pools. Would absolutely stay again!

Booked with their preferred partner Magical Vacation Homes. We booked 30 days, haven't had a heated pool we paid for, the main resort amenity(water park) has had maintenance period more than doubled which will not have it closed MORE than our entire stay. This was communicated to us as a 2 week period and now its 6 weeks. I wouldn't trust either Reunion nor Magical Vacation Homes. Check youtube for Magical Vacation Homes Pool Heat Scam. Hear it all there on video with more to come. Check the BBB for the same scam complaints as well.

Reunion can accommodate a large family group as we just had a group of 5. We'd stayed in a 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. 2 king sized beds and 2 full/queen sized bed in one room. The living room have a large L-shape sofa that can accommodate 2 people. ||The dining table can seat 6 people. ||The place is large enough to handle 8 people..||Reunion is a gated community that has a Waterpark, golf course, fitness centers, mini golf area, bicycle rentals, etc||It is close to all the major attractions and I-4.||The on site washer and dryer is a plus.

The villa we rented was very big and had everything we needed, and the golf was phenomenal. |My only complaint is right now we are sitting in line at the water park trying to get food and drinks, and the line is a mile long and we’ve been waiting now for 15 minutes and haven’t even moved. The first time around we waited almost 45 minutes just for drinks as it was supposed to open at 11:00, but didn’t open until noon due to lack of food. They need to get their act together and maybe open another bar or two.

I rented a house on the Reunion Resort property however I found out the house was actually under the Magical Homes properties so I will on speak on the area. The property is BEAUTIFUL. The grounds are huge and emaculat. I had to go get my amenities wristbands from the Clubhouse and the guest services agent that assisted me was Joseph, he was simply Outstanding..His mannerism was perfect and his knowledge of the property was even better. I highly recommend this resort, honestly if I had known the house I rented was not apart of Reunion Resorts I wouldn't have rented.

My family and I have stayed here a couple times now and are booked for another trip coming up! Perfect location in Orlando and close to everything you want to be near. The resort itself is great, people are friendly and although I have not played yet, the golf course looks phenomenal! Would absolutely recommend for families travelling to Orlando.

I had the best time for my birthday December 11th through 15th 2025 at Reunion Resort, very upscale houses plenty of space and covered outdoor seating very quiet your own private space outside,although we seen alligators around the pond so be safe, It was excellent. Just know you in for a treat. 2 million dollar homes.

This year was our second annual couples golf weekend here. Checkin was a bit confusing this time as the front desk lady was new but really nice. We did however have to go back a couple of times. Once for our wristbands to the waterpark that she forgot to give us. I definitely wanted to check out the waterpark as it was closed last year when we came. It was a nice time just laying around and floating in the lazy river. It is a chore finding a tube though. Also there are waterfalls throughout the river so you may get completely soaked. If so the Florida sun will dry you out. The Caesar salad at the waterpark was surprisingly tasty and all the staff were pleasant. This time we utilized the free shuttle to get around the property. The drivers were absolutely fantastic. Even though the trip started off a bit shaky at check in we still had a fabulous time as always.

I stayed here over 4th of July with my family. Here are some issues I had with this place: 1. The room smelled weird, almost moldy. Additionally all other public spaces like hallways had a strong fragrance as well, which was annoying. 2. Outlets strangely wouldn't hold chargers, meaning it was difficult to charge my devices. See photo. 3. Showers were not hot. 4. The filter light on the fridge was on, meaning the filter needed to be changed and we didn't drink the water here just to be safe. 5. The parking situation was atrocious. There were so few spots that we had to park across the street amongst the houses. 6. There was a lack of good restaurants in the area. You're basically forced to eat at one of the places at Reunion (tough luck if you haven't made a reservation ahead of time) or drive to a nearby plaza that doesn't really have good offerings. 7. Location wasn't that good, especially if you plan to go to Disney due to heavy traffic on the way to/from there.

Very large resort so if, like us, you didn't rent a car, you'll need to request the resort shuttle to move about the resort. But the service was prompt and reliable. Accommodations were great and if we'd had more time we'd have used more of the MANY amenities and activities .

During this trip we stayed at the Parview house. Overall it was sometimes hit and sometimes miss. The property is large with plenty of activities, from golfing, dining, mini golf, a small waterpark and other amenities. We enjoyed the water park and it's great for younger visitors with a large and very fun looking splash playground. As for the room itself it could use some love. Lots of stains around on items including door frames, bedding and clutter on the floor. There's also a sever lack of items provided with the room. Only a soap bar and shampoo. No confectioner or lotion. Also they provide a coffee maker but no coffee for the maker. The pool and game room where really nice and fun to enjoy without leaving our house area. Overall it's probably a good and cheap idea for larger families but I'd rather stay in property at Disney or universal.

Review Draft: I stayed at 801 Desert Mountain Court, Reunion Vacation Homes in Kissimmee, Florida, and this was by far the worst vacation rental experience I've ever had. * The internet went out shortly after arrival and was never restored during our stay. * The property was not properly cleaned -- we found dirty linens on the bed and even dirty socks left behind from a previous guest. * The door to my child's bedroom upstairs came off track and nearly injured my daughter. * There was no power in one of the upstairs rooms, making it unusable. For a property that costs thousands of dollars, this is unacceptable. Safety, cleanliness, and basic functionality were all ignored. When I contacted Reunion Vacation Homes about these serious issues, they did not resolve the problems or provide any meaningful assistance. This company does not stand behind its rentals. You will not get your money's worth, and if something goes wrong, they will not resolve your problem. Do not stay at 801 Desert Mountain Court or book with Reunion Vacation Homes. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Why stay one night at JW Marriott when you can stay at Réunion Resort for three? I am partially kidding. Obviously, the experience is much different, but if you don't need luxurious amenities and still want a nice place to stay with fun activities including a lazy river, miniature golf, real golf, foot golf, etc., this is the spot! These do require reservations, so book early if you can. Free shuttles available. They have both residences and rentals, so you have a nice mix of guests. I would say this is a very family friendly resort, so expect little ones running around. The grounds are kept up, staff is friendly, and you can't beat the location and price. Part of the reason they can keep rates low is by charging for housekeeping services. Photo of request form shared. I, actually, prefer this bc we don't typically have them come in.

This place has bedbugs. When I canceled my reservation because I discovered they have bedbugs, they would not stop spamming my account in Expedia. I even asked Expedia to ask the hotel to cease and desist, and they continue to spam me on a daily basis. Trash.

It is unfair I know. The homes are quite impressive and the staff are actually helpful. But our experience with the manager, Anthony Carll tainted our vacation. We had a simple question about parking and found ourselves dealing with the man. We found him to have an ego the size of the ocean and a self esteem the size of a pea. We are convinced he must be the resort owners unskilled, unemployable nephew. Small minded and afraid With him as the manager, we can't recommend the facility to anyone. BED BUGS!! During our stay in a 3 bedroom villa, our child woke up with swollen itchy bug bites covering his entire back. They had a very distinct zigzag pattern. When we checked his bed we found several bugs in the creases of the headboard. We closed the door and took our son down to the lobby to notify the staff. They had my husband fill out a report, and they took pictures of my child's back. Security was sent to our room. They took the sheets off the bed, and told us the HOA will be notified, and this will be a published report. They switched us to a new villa. We spent a couple hours cleaning our condo and belongings before switching to the new villa with no help from any staff. The following morning I took my child to urgent care to have his back looked at. The health care provider confirmed he did have bed bug bites, and prescribed us a medication for the pain and itching. The manager from Wyndham called us to let us know that 2 companies were out and did not find bed bugs in the room despite the proof we have of the bugs in the headboard, my child's back, and the report from the doctor. He told us the insurance company will be reaching out to us in 7-10 days about our claim. It's been 2 weeks, and still no phone calls from anyone. We received no help with getting our belongings and luggage professionally cleaned, they just moved us to a different villa and washed their hands of us. It's been over 2 weeks, and we still haven't heard from anyone. On top of the bedbug situation the new condo we were moved to was filled with marijuana smoke the rest of our stay. We called the lobby and spoke to security twice and were told they would check it out. We told the Wyndham manager over the phone about the marijuana smoke, we went down to the lobby and told the manager on duty about it, and also gave them a copy of the doctors report noting the bed bug bites on my child. Nothing was done. The last 3 days of our vacation we were stuck in a villa full of marijuana smoke. My 11yr old son couldn't even sit out on the balcony to eat his cereal without it blowing up into his face. We tried to make the best of our trip the last few days for our kids. We decided to head to the waterpark and Seven Eagles pool. While swimming with our children at Seven Eagles pool there were several people sitting around the pool also smoking marijuana. It was disgusting. On check out day we packed up our car with all our belongings, and our entire car stunk of marijuana. After we arrived home we trashed all our luggage because it stunk of marijuana, and to avoid spreading anything into our house. No one is taking responsibility for this nightmare. Since we've been home we called Reunion Resort several times, and left voice mails. Not one person has reached out to us. We thought we were booking a family friendly resort close to Disney World, but it was the complete opposite.

We stayed at the Wyndham resort timeshare area near the water park. The rooms where three bedrooms three bath and plenty of space for the family. The rooms were nice but need renovation, we found the ceiling had damage and the windows were chipping away almost like it had water Damage. I found screws and a drill bits by the living room TV. Everything else was clean and nice. The water park is wristband only and no food or drinks are permitted. The water park had plenty of seating and shade and you get one towel per wristband. The poolside bar was fantastic with great bartenders and decent prices. You are actually allowed to bring drinks inside the pool which was a first for us and not a great idea. You will find many cups floating and cans sitting on the side of the pool. As for the pool/lazy river the water was not too warm or cold and never felt too crowded. The water slide is fun but a little rough on your back. The big issues with the pool is the maintenance it needs. The rock area is coming up and the pool floor needs resurfacing bad. The floor is coming up and leaving sharp spots. As for the jets on the side of the pool some are missing covers and caught my back many many times. Please refurbish the pool!!!! The slide attendant needs to watch kids going down instead of being on their phone. The kids area is a nice splash area but needs TLC also with my broken features and sand in the middle that has not been vacuumed or brush and is actually green. This resort would of got 5 stars but needs some TLC.

We did not actually go to the resort. We were scheduled to attend a meeting. My husband caught the flu the Friday before the Monday dinner for our group (which developed into pneumonia). He is 77 and this was a dangerous situation. We were under the impression that the resort would cancel our reservation. Later we received a bill for $330 for the missed dinner. We have asked the resort to remove the charge several times. They have not acknowledged any of our attempts to communicate. We believe we have been treated unfairly and ignored.

Amazing views and villa we stayed was beautiful and spacious. I have been there during the Under armour junior golf tour so during the last three days I couldn't get a hold of the house keeping but otherwise this is a lovely place to hang out with friends and family!

I visited Orlando for a business trip and stayed at the Reunion Resort and it is a beautiful property! We had a wonderful view of the golf course from our balcony. Our unit was 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining area, washer and dryer. The reason I am giving four stars is 1) the washer and dryer weren't in working order and 2) the parking at the main building where one checks in is absolutely horrid. Since it's such a high traffic area it would be nice to have more parking available.

The Lobby sushi bar is a true neighborhood gem. Chef Ha is amazing and the Oder ice is very good. Very reasonably priced!!

We have stayed at the Reunion Resort for three years, in February and March. My wife and family love staying here. We have rented a condo location in the Centre Court Ridge neighborhood. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance of the central hotel, which has restaurants and access to a rooftop pool and tapas restaurant. It makes for a pleasant evening to relax and watch the Disney fireworks. The golf at the three championship golf courses designed by Nicklaus, Watson, and Palmer are spectacular, with undulating fairways and sand traps that are beautiful white sand. There is a nice waterpark with a lazy river and many slides. Centre Court Ridge has tennis, pickleball, and putt-putt golf next to the nicest pool and hot tub of the resort's 11 pools. Can't miss at Reunion.

Holy shit! So I just came to say... Stay far away from booking here through VRBO!!! I'm not here to slander the resort as a whole because I'm almost certain I would've received a more welcoming vacation stay upon my visit if i didn't book through a third part service. Listen, I vacation a lot and I have never in my life dealt with anything like this. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a filthy and I mean FLITHY place. After flying all the way out here, I'm exhausted, ready to take a shower and a nap and just relax but how can I do that in someone else's mess?! The place was not cleaned at all!!! I can't even believe this right now. Plus to make matters worse, it's a pandemic--So I have no idea who was in here prior but the place wasn't disinfected or anything. I want a FULL refund and somewhere else to lay my head because this is just straight up trifling!

Wow my room was so modern and well decorated . I loved everything about it . From the decor to the amenities. Only thing I'd say is that they had duct tape between each entry way for some odd reason . I provided pics of my room fyi. they also don't carry personal lotions or conditioner just soap and shampoo . The rooms obviously vary in decor. The suite or apt included two balconies one in the master and another in the living area which is larger in size . I would rate it 5 1. if it had all of the products needed to wash your hair or lotion your body etc . 2. I would also rate it 5 if every room were up to par .( per duct tape) some stains on wall in the other bathroom but not in master 3. If rooms were designed equally but they are not . .So I'm not sure how I can rate the hotel as a whole

Please don't let the reviews fool you. This place is awesome. We had a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom superior villa. The villa was very clean with beautiful decor. I was a little scared at first because all the bad reviews but when I saw the villa I fell in love. The area was very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. I would recommend the Reunion Resort to anyone. My family will be back.

Establishment is gated and tucked away in its own little area. Unless you drive into this facility you might not see all of its beauty. Once past the gate the winding road leads to the beauty offering in this establishment. Breath taking beauty!

I visited this resort for a conference and stayed 3 days. The resort is behind a gate. There is a community as well as the resort. The guards are polite, they have a good grasp on the situation. When I arrived at the main entrance for checking I noticed there was not a door man. I never saw a door man once. There is a valet. The front counter was professional and kind but generally didn't have any correct information for the questions I was seeking answers for. Aside from going here for conference I don't believe I would ever visit on my own accord.

Booked a guys golf trip in early November for MLK weekend, inclusive of 3 rounds of golf. When I called to make tee-times, they said we could not make them until 30 days prior. When I called exactly 30 days prior, they had no tee-times available. I explained, "you sold me a 3 round golf getaway and now you are saying we can't play golf"? How do you treat customers this way? They refunded and I booked a great stay at Omni Champions Gate for us.

Reunion Resort is a location in Kissimmee, FL that is a lifestyle in itself. This Thanksgiving, and that of every year, they host a Thanksgiving Feast for you and your loved ones. Not to mention, they have Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go Bundle for those who want to stay in and still serve 6-8 people. We were blessed to have an experience of this lifestyle at Reunion Resort dining at Forte. It was a Friendsgiving for the books and the ambiance was greatly set by Reunion Resort and their hospitable staff. We were able to sample a number of dishes that will be served at the Thanksgiving Feast as well as the Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go Bundle. The bundle itself consists of items from the Thanksgiving Feast itself. The first items we sampled while mingling with one another and waiting for us all to arrive included Cured Meats, Winter Park Artisan Cheeses, Breads & Savory Condiments, and a selection of Pate and Terrines with Accoutrements. It all tasted as wonderfully as it was displayed. I cannot pick a favorite from any of these items because they're all my favorites. Besides the breads, I prefer the meats, cheeses and pickled items. Wild Baby Greens with dressings and assorted garnishes were fresh and delicious. Our salads included slices of apples and grapes too, which added a wonderful texture and notes of sweetness to each bite. The Yukon Four Cheese Herb Mashed Potatoes is so creamy and delightful. The cheese stretch is as strong as my bond with my friends after a night like this at Reunion Resort. Not going to lie, this was the first time I've had Traditional bread-based Stuffing and it didn't disappoint. It was like a Hallmark movie in each bite. It'll be served at a Carving Station of Herb Roasted Turkey along with Pan Gravy and Chipotle Cranberry Sauce. Speaking of the Herb Roasted Turkey, wait until you are in the presence of this dish. Seeing the photo brings back how amazing it smelt and how amazing it tasted. The carving station has both white meat and dark meat for you to choose from if you had a preference. However, if you're not in the mood for turkey, then there are still plenty of dishes for you to enjoy like this Oven Roasted Fish served with a Lobster Barigoule with a Pistachio Gremolata. This fish was so juicy and tender even without the lobster barigoule and pistachio gremolata. The lobster barigoule is abundant in lobster bites. Both the lobster barigoule and pistachio gremolata add different textures to this dish. Please don't shy from this dish because it's truly an amazing add to a Thanksgiving Dinner. Reunion Resort won't shy away from enticing your sweet tooth. This Spiced Pumpkin Roulade is creamy, yet fluffy. For the right cake to cream ratio, take a center cut because it's the best. From appetizers to desserts, all of the items Reunion Resort serves up are very unique as they add a touch to each dish that makes you feel how special it is to experience life at Reunion. For instance, check out this Orange Chocolate Cheesecake! Its like my childhood dreams came to life. It was like a creamy chocolate orange dreamsicle in each bite. And of course, don't forget about the variations of pies they'll have like this gorgeous pecan pie. It brought me back to the days I spent with my God Grandmother and she'd make her pecan pies from scratch. Little secret, they have a rooftop bar where you can enjoy a drink and watch the Disney fireworks any night you're here. You'll love your experience at Reunion Resort as much as we did because they truly made us feel at home and made us individually feel special. If only we could stay forever.

Stayed as guest of Wyndham Owner. The resort is enormous and the bed rooms are good size. Not too excited about location of our villa. We stayed on Sunset view located directly to the right of the main entrance but far from registration center. Curious to know if either Wyndham is allocated this area of villas or if it is that guest of owners are given lesser accommodations or accommodations that are less convenient. Again unit was spacious, clean and comfortable for our party of 5. You will need a car or to rent a cart for $95 a day. The map for resort needs better graphics to capture the details and locations of amenities. Some of the pools were hard to find. We stayed on sunset view circle in building M and were told that a pool was nearby between buildings O & P but there was not. We went to registration and they again confirmed location of this nearby imaginary pool that we never found. After an hour driving to find pool we call to Wyndham and the pool is now located on sandy ridge which is about 5 minutes away by car and impossible to walk to from our room. About a 20 minute drive to most attractions and i-drive area. Not close enough for us but great option for large families and if planning stay on property as there are many accommodations. A system glitch had our check out date incorrect was scheduled to leave on 4/11 not 4/10. An result of this error at 8:56am we were startled and awoken by our door being rang at least 4 times by a staff member who said we were scheduled for check out that day. Check out is at 10am so it makes no sense that you would be at a guest door that early. A courtesy phone call is standard. Pretty upsetting then our key cards needed to be reactivated due to glitch. We had to go back to registration center which is some distance from building we stayed in, it was Wyndham's error why not bring the keys to guest the same way they came to inquire about our checkout. On top of that, they staff member or housekeeping left the (3) containers with linens for changeover at our door until the following day, very tacky. On the bright side Jose Mendez saved the day !!! He provided excellent customer service and was apologetic about our experience. Gate Entrance security demonstrated great service as well Not to say that I wouldn't stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice based on location and distance to prime areas in Orlando. Jose was awesome when we arrived. He gave us a map to the resort, went over all the amenities thats available, provided us with all the local theme parks, maps and the best rides to experience while there. His customer service really gave us the perfect start to our vacation.

We are a family of 12 and we rented a beautiful house The Estate in Reunion on Valhalla Terr. Home was beautiful and right amount of space but had the following issues. Kitchen refrig kept leaking because the gasket on the door was broken Pots and pans to cook with were disgusting. Grills were both broken and rusted. Screen on porch with ping pong table broken so we lost ping pong balls Construction trucks up and down road woke us up at 7am every morning. The home was far away from water park and tennis courts. We played tennis and was charged $30 for court.So many things not included in reunion. Will never rent from there again,

Yes, we are also in the D building unit 302 at Seven Eagles at reunion. Here is the good: great view, comfortable bed, spacious apartment and well stocked kitchen. Our staff has been so very nice to accommodate everything we have needed. Housekeeping is excellent. Peaceful pool, nice chairs, abundant umbrellas, decent food service, bar and health fitness center good. Flat screen TV and lots of Chanels. Our unit is older and tired. Carpet needs replacement, sofa is soft and saggy, decor dated. Key magnets poor so we had to replace keys twice.

I've been coming to Reunion since 2008. The first time I went I was wowed. It had its own water park. Views of the beautiful golf course, beautiful furnishings in the villas. I've come back 4-5 times over the years. The most recent was last week. I was a little sad that they have not maintained the villas. I stayed at heritage crossing, the living area and bedrooms were good. The dining room and bathrooms need serious updates and furnishings. Dining room chairs and tables were worn...I sunk into the chairs...wood was very worn. The balcony was worn down at the railings. The hairdryers didn't work...had to search the other bathrooms to find one out of 3 were working. The water park is the same no change...but I did hear they are building a wave pool. They have a new section called spectrum which is brand new. So maybe if that starts being available for rent I would look into that. It used to make me feel special to be staying at reunion...not anymore unfortunately.

Pro Shop staff very unaccommodating in fact flat out lied regarding groupings teetimes and pairings. I've been going there for years and will not be returning didn't catch his name whether he was a pro or an assistant pro but he flat out lied told me that teetimes specifically wanted to schedule us as a four and two they never did they called us in as two threesomes he took it upon himself to pair us up with an outside group. Totally unprofessional. Thank you for being dishonest.

Been waiting on a shuttle for almost an hour. Have called the front desk 4x with no pickup. Super sad!!!

By far the best hotel my family and I have stayed on! Every single person, literally we ask for help or had questions on, were extremely nice and attentive. We booked a villa with one room, but when i got to the hote they had upgrade it us with a villa 3 room. Great view, great place, cleanliness at its best. All 3 rooms have smart tv's and the place has all you need for a long stay, such as microwave, dryer, washer, stove, and all appliances to cook some food. Now... the best thing about this place is 2 things, the golf course and the WATER PARK! The water park has a lazy river, one slide and a kids water park that makes it even better if you have kids. You can also order food inside the park, I felt like i was on the caribbean for a second. It is extremely nice and really taken care of. I also like the fact that they have volleyball courts in and outside the pool, to make it more fun. The place has a gym and like 11 pools all around the resort. We will definitely be back

We booked another 3/3 room at a neighboring resort and were so disgusted we left within two hours. We came to Reunion and were so happy. We had another 3/3 here and the bedrooms and bathrooms were huge! We were sleeping six comfortably and had a lot of stuff. The fridge was clean and so was the pantry, it was nice having a full kitchen. The patio was amazing! A big table outside allowed for us to all sit around it and enjoy the golf taking place below. The washed and dryer in the unit was nice as we had some dirty towels and bathing suits to wash. We went to the pool and sat at the bar, checked out the clubhouse and the restaurant on the 11th floor. We even drove over I4 while still in the neighborhood! We went to downtown disney, UCF and some other places and it didn't take too long to get to any of them. There isn't too much in the immediate area though. The housekeeping thing is a little weird and I didn't understand it, but we kept the place clean enough it wasn't a big deal. Overall, this place was huge, wonderful, and saved us from a dirty room elsewhere!

This resort is conveniently located near Disney. It's is own little community with single family homes and town homes around the golf courses. It has 3 beautiful golf courses. Our 4 some played the Palmer and it took us almost 6 hours. The entire staff is super nice and helpful. The cart girls came to us about ever 45 minutes or so which was perfect timing for refreshments. The course we played on overall was in decent shape and beautifully designed for the long game. The villas are spacious and clean. You can tell there has been some maintenance repairs here and there but overall the rooms are in good shape. Curtains didn't close all the way. That's about all. The villa has central Air Conditioning meaning every room will be the same temperature. When checking in they will put $240 on hold in case of damages. Just be aware of that.

Stayed here couple of days with my wife and I must say it is very nice the rooms are very well appointed the grounds are well-kept and the staff were not pushy Time share. the only issue would be a few more dining options on site I will say it would appeal more to the over 50 golfing crowd I personally do not golf at least not well but the grounds and facility and rooms were top notch I would stay here again

Cons: Major- Room service broke into our room at 8:45pm while we were in the shower and disturbed our sleeping infant. The front desk was made aware, who then suggested I chase the person down the hall naked so I could give them their name... On check out there was a thick smell of methane suggesting a gas leak on the first floor. The 5 present staff members were unaware. The hotel over charged at booking by $65 then charged an extra $135 at check in. Minor- Floor hair balls, rattling ac, unprofessional house staff (unwelcoming). Pro: Otherwise fulfilled the role of a hotel.

With the COVID-19 virus causing the entire country to basically shut down and forcing everyone to quarantine as much as possible, therefore we as a family felt as though we needed to get away after things were reopened to the public. However, being a family with a 3-year old daughter we wanted to make sure wherever we went had strict policies in place when it came to cleanliness. When we came across the Reunion Resort website (www.reunionresort.com) there is a link to the COVID-19 Operational Update which directs you to the "Hi-Touch Deep Clean Areas of Guest Rooms" document where it explains in great detail what the resort cleans to make things "Immaculately Clean & Safe." It gave us comfort knowing the resort was on top of things and giving extra attention to any cleaning in an attempt to mitigate the spread of this worldwide pandemic. But even with the in-depth explanation on the Reunion Resort website my wife still wanted to call and speak to an actual property rep regarding the virus. Approximately 3 or 4 days before leaving on our trip my wife made a phone call to the resort and spoke with Desiree, according to my wife she was very pleasant and professional, Desiree explained in detail the actions the resort is taking to fight the virus, this made my wife feel comfortable and we decided to continue with our travel plans. There were random stains on the area rug and one corner of the rug was ripped and frayed with nasty/dirty double-sided tape exposed. It looks as though someone attempted a quick fix and based on the condition of the tape that attempt was made quite a while ago. Moving along, we then checked the Spare Bedroom (SB) where our 3-year old daughter would be sleeping, the carpet in that room was acceptable and a quick glance of everything else in that room appeared acceptable as well. However, we did notice a 5-6 inch streak of what looked like blood on the main SB door. The next room we checked was the Master Bedroom (MB), after entering that room we both were appalled with how a $225+ a night property could look like this? Again, we have pictures of all of this, so there is no exaggeration or embellishment of the facts here, whatsoever. The MB carpet in our opinion was disgusting, without exaggeration, it had a dirty greasy feel to it when walking barefoot (we took our sandals off at the door as we do at home) which made my wife and I both cringe, this lead to a scramble to put our sandals back on. The MB carpet had a couple dark stains the size of a soccer ball and there were also several smaller random stains throughout. There was also an area of carpet in the MB that's coming up causing a 2-3 inch elevated crease, the entire crease appeared to be about 5-6 feet long, it's needless to- Maintenance/tech person came to fix broken speakers on the home theater system our very first night, after looking at it he said he'd be right back only to never be seen or heard from again (not included in our main list of complaints due to the fact cleanliness is our issue here, this was just an add-on to the frustration and all-around unprofessional nature surrounding our visit). With the COVID-19 pandemic hospitalizing and killing so many across the world my family had put our trust in the Reunion Resort to keep us safe. Our trust was built from statements made on the resort's main website page, the "Hi-Touch Deep Clean Areas" document which goes in to great detail the extra cleaning the resort is currently doing to combat COVID-19 throughout its expansive its property and speaking with a live resort representative who confirmed the extra COVID-19 cleaning. However, after arriving at the resort property it was clearly obvious the level of cleanliness did not meet the standards of a $225+ a night hotel, let alone any hotel that claims to have cleaning procedures in place to combat a worldwide virus. During our stay I constantly second guessed our decision to stay worried about one or all of us contracting the COVID-19 virus even though we had thoroughly sterilized most of the areas we utilized. So nonetheless it goes without saying that our "vacation" of sorts was not relaxing and enjoyable in any sense of the imagination. Today's date is now July 15th and everyone in the family is currently feeling well in terms of health, but we do continue to be vigilant and observant of each other for any signs indicating otherwise. We are currently looking in to finding a location to have the entire family tested for COVID-19 in our area.... No one person should ever have to go on vacation only to worry about cleanliness and no one person should ever have to come home from vacation and constantly worry about their family and COVID-19 due to the lack of cleanliness at their hotel. Shame on you Reunion Resort for marketing COVID-10 cleaning procedures and appearing that you aren't taking the virus seriously when it comes to actions, although your words market differently!

We stayed at Jeeves Reunion Resort. Ten bedroom house with 9 bathrooms. Gorgeous house, game room, theater, pool and hot tub. House and area were amazing. Great clubhouse with large pool, big water slides, splash pad. Kids love it. Restaurant and bar service. There were 18 of us. We all had an awesome time.

This resort is not pedestrian friendly. If you like to walk on sidewalks, you could be in for a shocker. It appears that the developers only pave the sidewalks when a property is built which actually results in different concrete, some broken, some angled. So you're walking along Excitement Bvd, for example, and there's grass after a few homes which have pavements. It's not consistent, forcing one to use the street, especially when there are 3 or 4 lots not built. Since the street is also used for cars and golf carts, things can get a little dicey. However, if you walk near The Gathering along some of the golf courses, the pavements are consistent and wider.

Sadly this place has its very bad moments , the staff is great and the place it self is absolutely amazing but the people who come here ... Not . Strangers who come here to visit can be so rude to staff and be crazy stupid ! I love the neighborhood and the homes and the golfing .. I wish they had space for RVs to park or bigger vehicles but it's fine . I love how different this resort is from others..we have a resort but it's nice to come to another one to just get away from it all and rest .. I'd say out of the two others we have this one is pretty epic ..

This has been fun for a ladies weekend but there were some issues. The refrigerator choose not to work which made things frustrating. The water in the pools was not warm enough for us Floridians. It would probably be fun for northerns visiting but it wasn't enjoyable for us that want warmer water. We went to the rooftop bar last night and it was not a good experience. POSITIVES: the shuttle driver was lovely. A gem! The space was nice. The staff were all kind and accommodating where they could.

Playing Russian Roulette with Reunion Resorts rental companies such as Top Villas, Jeeves and Florida Vacation Homes. We lost the game 2/3 times this holiday season. ALL 3 of these companies that represent Reunion are notorious for issues ranging from door codes not working to holding a $5000 security deposit either caused by previous renters (That were more than likely charged with the same "damages") or their spectacular cleaning crews that pay close attention to detail with such great care.... Shame on Reunion Resort for allowing these companies to represent you and treat your customers with such low regard. Many people spend more money on these rentals homes than they normally would for a rental. We work extremely hard for this "luxury" vacation and yet, your representation has no problem being accusatory, deceitful and immoral. We will NEVER return to reunion! If you're reading this and are considering on renting one of these Homes, regardless of the level (elite, premier) you will be out thousands of dollars one way or another. If you get away without losing, go buy a damn lotto ticket or run to the casino and put it all on black!

Stay away from booking a house directly from Reunion or with Florida Vacation Homes. Experienced the worst customer service of my entire life. Paid extra for heat in the pool, and it wasn't checked prior to arrival. Not only was the fuse blown, but the pool was not cleaned. We checked in on a Sunday, and was told the pool was checked prior to arrival, but clearly it wasn't because they would have noticed the blown fuse. We were also told that even though we check in on a Sunday the pool would not be cleaned until Wednesday. Why pay for a pool, when it wouldn't be cleaned until half way into the stay? Spent countless hours of my vacation trying to get someone to come out and reset the fuse for the pool heat, and was told that it was working fine the whole time. Why would I spend hours of vacation making up stories and fighting with customer service?! Essentially, calling me a liar is the final straw. We return to Orlando twice a year, and will NEVER stay at Reunion again, and could never in good faith recommend anyone to stay, which is sad, because other than poor customer service we enjoyed the location of the resort, and access to the water park.

Surprised at how relaxed security is. I'm a delivery driver, I was waved through the gate which was appreciated but when I went to the main tower for the delivery the guest wanted it delivered to the room which I don't feel comfortable with so I went to the front desk and the clerk refused to take it and said I wasn't allowed to leave it after I told her I didn't feel it was safe to deliver to a guest room. Her response was, "This a very safe hotel." There was more back and forth which ended with her trying to assure me, "we're not that kind of hotel." Surely Orlando's crime history, including a mass shooting, tourist burglaries as well as 32,000 registered sex offenders in the state of Florida. But what if I was a person with ill intentions? I was waved through the gate after all and if I'm allowed to go to the guest rooms then any delivery person or person pretending to be can wander off to guest rooms as they please. Luckily I have had a background check but the guests could be anyone which means it's not really safe for delivery persons either.

This resort is a destination in itself! The hospitality is unmatched. We stayed in the Grande Hotel on the tenth floor, and I won't do it any other from here forward. Worth it! The 11th floor had a rooftop pool and restaurant where we enjoyed an Americano each evening while we watched the fireworks. The golf grounds are some of the most beautifully maintained I've ever seen. Every single staff member went above our expectations at every opportunity. We dined downstairs, in the lobby, where I took my time with the kind of sushi you go home thinking about ;) Delicious. Forte served us authentic bolognese and do not leave Orlando without trying their gnocchi creme! The lazy river was my favorite way to relax. This resort is truly a vacation destination all on its own.

While most of the security staff is very nice, there is one worker who was unbelievably rude and had no place working at the resort. Other than this one individual who needs to be replaced immediately, the grounds and residences are beautiful. Unfortunately, thinking about having to see the same unruly security guard day after day is enough to keep my family away in the future.

Great resort near all of Orlando's theme parks with 3 signature golf courses from Nicklaus, Watson and Palmer.

If you want an upscale experience, choose Reunion Resorts!!! We've stayed with immediate family (including grandchildren ages 1-11) and LOVED it, so decided to host our FAMILY REUNION (80 people) here and Reunion EXCEEDED our expectations! It was excellent working with Abner at Reunion and his team. I love how they paid attention to detail and answered all my questions quickly and accurately. I love how the food managers were invested in making everything just right. I love that our accommodations were walking distance to all events and wheelchair accessible. I love the cleanliness of the place and professionalism of the staff. I love that the waterpark is fun for kids of all ages! My family keeps saying this reunion event is going to be hard to beat...and they're right! PS You don't need a large group to have fun here! Our immediate family (including grandchildren ages 1-11) LOVES coming here for long weekends. Water park, golf, spa...you don't need to leave the premises to have fun!!!

The week of Nov. 5-12 my family visited your resort. We were in building L at 7656 Whisper Way room 303. A couple years ago we stayed with you and were in building A 7613 Cabana Court and the room and resort was immaculate. Unfortunately not at all the same experience this time. The room this time was no ware close to the quality we had last time: stains on carpet, microwave broken, shelving in refrigerator broken, curtain rod coming off wall. This was just the start of a awful vacation. On Tuesday the elevator in our building stopped working. I inquired about changing rooms due to having elderly parents with us. Was told that it would be fixed that day, shouldn't be an issue. As of Saturday when we checked out still not working. Parents were cheated out of there vacation due to not being able to go up and down the stairs which were rusted out with jagged metal protruding off of them. I asked again about changing rooms on Wednesday and was told no other units available to move us to. It is amazing how much your resort has gone down in quality in just 2 years.

By far the most upscale and beautiful community I stayed near Disney world. The other community don't compare to the beautiful mansions in this community. I rented a golf cart just to go around the community and see the beautiful mansions. The view was very pleasant and relaxing. The community is guarded 24 hours a day. I felt very safe.

I don't think I can say anything about the property. Everything was maintained well, inside and out. There were maybe a handful of really minor things that were broken but then again, they were minor. The supply of complimentary coffee was meager. I wish they would add some more for people who are staying longer. The two packs of coffee was gone on the first day. Given the chance to come back? Definitely!

This resort is clean and there are a lot of things to do. They have 11 pools, including a water park that is family friendly. The units are spacious, well decorated, tidy and full service. If you require additional items from housekeeping, it does take awhile (and a few phone calls) to get additional things like dishwashing detergent, which can be frustrating. The Wyndham concierge desk offers "discount" tickets to area attractions. I strongly encourage you to confirm the prices before you buy them. We were told our tickets were $5.00 off each ticket (which should have been a $15 savings) to the Orlando Science Center and we actually ended up paying MORE than we would have at the OSC for regular admission. Not cool. This resort is family friendly, but to make the most of the amenities, it is best to have a car on site. Use caution when walking across the street from the parking lot to the water park. There is a "stop for pedestrians" sign in the street, but the big ole, Reunion Shuttle Bus plowed right through there without even slowing down with two families and a lot of children present. Employees need to follow the rules too and be considerate of guests and their safety. In summary, I would stay here again for the units, but not so much the service.
