Rêve is a really lovely little spot to stop by and grab a coffee if you happen to be in Lafayette. The selection of flavored coffee drinks is quite nice, and they even have some solid food choices as well. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere in the coffee shop is definitely comfortable and relaxing. Definitely would go back.

Great place! Very cute and spacious for studying. The iced dubai latte was delicious and well-made. It's a drink that takes a little bit longer to make but the barista was very gracious about it, and the results were well worth it! I also got a pig in a blanket and it was super delicious. Their dough/crust is so good, and my friend got a croissant sandwich which was also yummy. I will definitely be returning!

Passing through Lafayette this morning. Stopped for a good tasting of some coffee. The stores aesthetic is very nostalgic. Offering a mix of retro culture and a welcoming atmosphere. I usually always get caramel frappes, since they didn’t offer I choose the Sippity Doo Da as a recommendation from another guest. It was very delightful, the brew taste was strong and refreshing. The ice added another layer of flavor that enhanced it.

Decided to come here on a Friday morning after dripping my son to daycare. I’ve been wanting to try this place but would ultimately go to Jett Coffee or CC’s because it was more comfortable for me. The shop wasn’t really busy, it looked like a couple of regulars were here waiting for their coffee or reading newspapers. I asked for a recommendation from the woman at the register and she recommended the cold brew coffee. I got that with caramel flavor and oat milk. I also got a blueberry muffin. The coffee was very flavorful, bold but sweet. You could tell the muffin was homemade. It was delicious. The atmosphere was unique, with a hint of modern but with an industrial feel. I’ll definitely be back.

The kind of place with friendly personal connection, solid cortado, and zangy food! Bit of a shame about the social distancing messaging still - we are back and better than ever so let’s stop the nonsense pushing our species apart.

Nice coffee shop. Coffee was good and the service was just as great. I loved the atmosphere. Good music playing softly in the background while we sat and read/wrote.

Good coffee, decent food, good wifi. The problem is that it’s spartan and cold inside (concrete) and not as comfortable as it could be for a wifi/coffee cafe. They were running the loud roasting machine for a long time, the a/c was on overdrive even though it was raining and cold outside. This could be a nice place if they made it a bit more comfortable. Run the machine in the back in a separate room.

Clean, good atmosphere, amazing coffee, amazing service, and great snacks. Try the sausage biscuit! Even the bread is delicious. Mmmm!

Pecan coffee cake: Wow. So incredible. This is the best pecan coffee cake I've ever had. I got it on a whim and, so so so damn good. Oddly light? Somehow. Not super dense like some coffee cakes. Extremely delicious. Cafe au lait: I came here originally for this, and unfortunately this just isn't good. I've had a lot of cafe au lait and I guess with NoLa nearby they would know how to do it, but this was thin coffee thin milk. That ain't Cafe au lait, sorry guys

This is a super cute coffee shop downtown. We stopped in here on Saturday morning. My mistake was ordering the voodoo elixir. It was absolutely terrible. They put goat milk in it. That's my fault for ordering it, but it did not taste good and I didn't try anything else they had. Their baked goods looked fantastic. My husband had their regular coffee and seemed to enjoy it.

The most delicious coffee served up in the most beautiful coffee shop. I ordered the Kyoto Iced Coffee w/oat milk and sugar-free vanilla syrup and the it was some of the best coffee that I've ever had. The staff was also super sweet as they gave me a lot of compliments on my outfit and made sure I knew that I could add more syrup if I needed to. The space itself is filled with lot of green plants, high ceilings, and various seating options. 10/10 I think I just found my new fave coffee spot!

Not the experience I was hoping for. The service was hit or miss as far as the friendliness of the employees. My husband enjoyed his Pandan coffee. Mine said it had spices, heat and honey but it just tasted like Milky coffee. I even added a shot of espresso after tasting it and it didn't really improve.

This is more of a local spot than travel to spot. It's paid parking on the street. I wasn't impressed with the food options or the coffee. Not sure if it was an off day. Did notice that the barista was chatting with a friend so there was that. Unfortunately it didn't wow me to want to drive here again

Sorry no pictures! This place is really nice inside. Gives me industrial contemporary vibe. The barista was awesome. Really explained to me what coffee I was getting and what flavors I might experience. The bathroom was clean but smelled horrendous. I did not really hold that against them in my review. Location was my reasoning. Living in the middle of Lafayette, I have so many coffee options and don't see myself traveling that far into downtown for coffee. Hopeful to see growth and maybe an another location.

I've been to Reve many times before and enjoy their specialty coffee drinks. On my most recent visit, I decided to change it up and order an espresso martini. I sat down at a table and waited about 15 minutes, but the drink never came out. I went to the counter and told the girl who was making the drinks that I had been waiting awhile for my order. She asked me what I had and I told her an espresso martini. She checked her tickets and said she didn't have that order. Her coworker explained that those drinks print out from a separate area. The girl making drinks told me she didn't see my drink order since it printed out from a separate area and it would be out in a minute. I then waited at the counter and watched as she proceeded to make everyone else's drinks who ordered after me. If you know there's been a mixup with someone's order and that they've already been waiting for quite some time, why would you keep them waiting even longer?? After standing at the counter for five to ten minutes as she ignored me, I told her I was going to sit back down and asked that the drink be brought to my table. She said she would have someone bring it. I sat down and waited another five minutes. No one came. At this point, it had been about a half hour since I placed my order so I walked back to the counter and asked for a refund. The girl at the register went to the back and the kitchen manager (who took my drink order) came out. She apologized and took accountability for the wait, saying that since my drink ticket printed out in a separate location, the person making drinks never got my order. I appreciated her apology since she was the only person that apologized for my wait. However, I explained that the girl making drinks was well aware of what I ordered because I personally told her and she still never made the drink. They did refund my order but I won't be back after this experience. A customer doesn't feel valued if you keep them waiting and ignore them as you continue to make drinks for every single person that comes in after them.

Vegan and gluten free options with hand made pastries. Sweet and savory!! With delicious and creative coffee! Love their seasonal drinks wich are hand designed. Strong flavour. Lafayette classic.

Came for Mardi Gras morning, they had shortened hours and a very limited menu for the day. So I got the iced coffee. Solid iced coffee. Carried it around with me while we watched the parade getting set up.

I've been coming to this location for almost a decade when I am in town. It has gone down a lot in consistency and vibe. Customer service is generally good, and the people are friendly. The coffee is ace, but consistency fluctuates beyond what is comfortable for a regular. This used to be on par with every third-wave cafe in the US. I have high hopes that it will pick up again in quality, but what was once a hip indie spot is now a hodge-podge. The little things count, especially for regulars who drop a pretty dime every day of the week.

This is a cute, light, and airy coffee spot in downtown Lafayette. They have a nice menu of delicious bites and wonderful coffee options. This will definitely be my go-to for coffee and knocking out some work in Lafayette. Do not skip the Boudin buttermilk biscuit.

Service was outstanding... coffee was good... over all cafe look was super cool. Only drawback is parking. Had to park 2 blocks away in a parking lot labeled I would be towed. Would love to see a shared parking lot for these local businesses.

Great coffee and cocktail shop. I love that the have unique and interesting drinks and bakery items. The only issue is that the allow non service animals inside. Unfortunately, I had my delicious Peaches and Cream biscuit ate by a dog in the shop. It happened extremely fast and the dog was extremely big. The dogs owner order me another item yet, I left with dog hair all of my items due to customers petting the animal.

1/29/24. Ordered through the app. The girl barista was EXTREMELY RUDE as I nicely told her the drinks were iced not hot. Disagreed saying the order was hot for both coffees. Then said "what, you want me to remake it?" She remade 1 as I did not mind taking the other one as hot. There was NO line. The remade drink was awful, straight water with a hint of coffee and no vanilla. Attached is my order specifically saying "iced" for both. Usually don't do this and usually have great experiences there. Not sure what the problem was.

Would love nothing more than to give this downtown spot a 5 star review. In addition to the location being good and adequate parking and plenty of seating options, both the coffee and service were excellent.... Truly outstanding. Also, they have a great number of drink options and also enough breakfast and lunch options as well. However, I need to knock one star off because I was disappointed that the bussing bin in which patrons drop their dirty dishes was overflowing- not sure why no employee ever emptied it. I was also disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, it actually smelled bad, I know no one wants to clean bathrooms but it's got to be done.

My goodness! This coffee place is phenomenal!! Ok, so I have never had coffee energize me as much as this coffee did. Not only did give me the pick me up I needed but it also was GOOD! I came here on a Saturday afternoon. The staff greeted me with a smile and handed me an extensive menu that includes different coffees and food but also booze! I had the hot cafe latte, one size, in dark chocolate flavor. It was thick, creamy, and served in a cute coffee cup and saucer. So, naturally, I had a second hot latte but with white chocolate and I was wired! After that, no more coffee for me but there is a pretty good variety there. I may try just the nitro flight next time. I wish I had taken a pic of the menu too. It is a very clean space with clean bathrooms as well and a great location downtown. The only other coffee shop I can compare it to is Mojo in New Orleans. The coffee taste is very close in my opinion and Mojo is my favorite coffee. I will certainly be back.

June 21 at 7:30am what appears to be closed is actually the door marked Reve locked. Try the next door to the palate studio. I found a delightful cafe late.

By far the absolute worst coffee that I have ever had. The employees were very nice and helpful but the macchiato was utterly nasty. I asked to replace it with a brewed coffee , that was also un-drinkable. As an added bonus the delicious looking pastry was not worth eating. There is a bright side, another coffee shop nearby that has excellent espresso and Gelato !

Loved this coffee shop. Everything was good. Good hang. Good latte. Good service. Good design. Try it.

This is a lovely coffee house, right at beginning of Jefferson. The service here is always great. I at least come once a week. So today I got the Pineapple Under the Tea, made by Valerie!! This was my first time actually looking at the barista work (please forgive me if I've used the wrong title). It was really nice to see it made. I order my fave sandwich (Spinach and Artichoke ) I strongly recommend.

I made a pit stop here today for my drive from New Orleans to Houston when I needed a little caffeine to help me out for my trip. The baristas were friendly and the vibe was nice. Got a great latte and a bag of beans that they roasted there. Excited to give them a try. Very cool and dynamic space too.

Cool spot in downtown Lafayette. To be fair, I only had a cup of their drip coffee. It was pretty good, nothing that blew me away. They have a big seating area, even board games to play. Outdoor seating as well. My nephew raves about their hot chocolate. It wasn't very busy at the time, and the workers definitely took their time getting our order out to us. Would've tried one of their pastries or cookies, but they didn't look especially fresh. Probably had been picked over by the morning crowd and it was a Saturday late afternoon. Would definitely try them again and amend my review if needed. I will say that I like spots like this bc I support local. Next time I'll try one of their specialty coffees.

Found this spot on a day trip to Lafayette. It's downtown, near he greyhound station (yes, it appears there are still greyhound stations!). This place has a cool vibe. More hip kinda new age feel. Parts of the menu are quite different than your average coffee shop. I've included pics so you can check out the specialty drinks. They were out of the one I wanted to try (The King Cake) , so I opted for a Cafe Au Lait. It was a good freshly brewed drink. The Hubby was more adventurous, and tried the Snow Piecer. It was ... different. I've included a pic which lists its ingredients. I'll just say, it has cranberry in it and yes it's still coffee! Lol It wasn't bad, just different. I hear they won't have the King Cake back until next year so I'm adding this stop to my calendar for 2022. Nice place to chill. Great music playing, very nice & helpful staff, roomy and surrounded by glass. Oh! One more thing, they have nice sized individual rest rooms that include changing tables! These tables also have clean covers for you to use, paper towels, etc, located under the table! I thought that was a great thing to have. Anyway, stop by and try this place. I recommend it.

Coffee was phenomenal! Exaggerating, not even a little; I visited 4 days in a row on a recent trip home. First time the shop was particularly empty and there was tons of parking right out front. I ordered an voodoo elixir and honestly, my mouth is watering thinking about it. The next few time I order to-go due to number of patrons. I appreciate the presentation when you dine, take it taste just as good! Also, hand sanitizer stations at the entry both inside and out! Happy to support business who value the health and well-being of their employees & customers.

I ordered the nitro-infused iced coffee and it was great! I've been to the location in River Ranch several times and I love Reve coffee. This was my first time at this location and I was really impressed. It's a cool space with lots of cool places to hang out. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. I had no idea they sold alcoholic beverages and I can't wait to come back and try some!

Reve is a must visit coffee shop in Lafayette with a charming atmosphere and great drink selection. The macchiatos are legit; no s-bucks pseudo macchiato here. If iced coffee is your jam the Voodoo Elixer is a great choice. 10/10.

Loved the atmosphere, food and drinks were impressively good, and service was excellent! Can't wait to come back! This spot is quiet enough to study but loud enough that you won't be breaking the silence by grabbing coffee with a friend. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Five stars! The food is amazing and fresh, the service is unparalleled, the atmosphere is great and open. This is a great place to stop with kids. AND there is an changing table in the bathroom!

Delicious Coffee, perfectly brewed, experienced baristas, great customer service and definetly a place to come back. We stopped in our way home to Texas from Florida. Location was also nice in Dowtown Lafayette, it would be worth to explore as well.

First time we went it we great. The gentleman, looked like a manager, who was there paid attention to our order and had our drinks done within minutes, even with a line. This time the lady served everyone after me before me. The manager was not there today or else I would've spoken to him. I literally sat in my car waiting for my girlfriend to get a latte made for HALF HOUR!!!! While everyone else coffees were made first and the girl flirting with some guy for attention. Never going there again! Shame because I like their coffee.

Wife and I went here and liked it so much stopped again when we were back in town. Cute little quiet place with great coffee and snacks.

Nice atmosphere. Coffee was great, nice assortment of pastries and lots of menu choices. Outdoor seating alongside downtown Lafayette. Friendly staff and fast service. So many unique coffee choices! Nice place to hang out for a while while downtown.

Stopped in & asked to purchase a ice water. Simple request but apparently it wasn't. The guy took my order & spoke with another guy that says to go to another area of the shop. So I grabbed a bottle of water & said I would purchase that but could I have a cup of ice. The other person says yes & says for him to give me a water cup that was the size of a shot glass. I asked again if I could have a bigger cup & he said that's all we have. I asked well what do you put your ice coffee in? The other guy snaps & says if you want a bigger cup we will just give you one. I said no I will pay for it. It's not a problem & the guy says oh no it's not a problem but apparently it was really difficult to sell someone Ice water.

I've loved this place for six years, ever since I came to Louisiana. My favorite coffee joint in the state. Awesome traditional macchiatos and craft coffee, poetry events and others, great service, and nice vibes. 10/10!

This place has insanely awesome coffee and it's at an affordable price unlike some place that might charge you thirteen dollars for a simple latte. For instance I got the voodoo elixir and it has to be the most creative way to present the drink where you mix it yourself and the coffee with the spices pairs really well with the goat milk in a very nice looking and comfortable to hold jar. So in short this place is amazing and a definite top 5 for me.

This is about as good as coffee shops get. Thoroughly modern and spacious, with welcoming staff and outstanding coffee. Many seating options and strong WiFi. I enjoyed my couple hours here on my laptop on the way to NOLA.

The coffee is stupid good....soooo good! Like seriously this place does an amazing job. Got one of the specials and a chocolate chunk cookie and one of the home made biscuits. 10/10

We came into Lafayette just for the day and we were looking for stuff to do. After finding Reve on Yelp, we added it to our go-to list. The boyfriend is a coffee snob and I just love coffee in general. The vibe of the place was great. The girl who helped us at the counter was really nice. I sometimes feel like you can't ask questions at coffee shops or you'd look stupid, but she was super sweet and recommended a few things. I got the snow cap which wasn't on the menu. It was delicious. It has cinnamon and honey in it. So yummy. The boyfriend got the nitro brew which he really liked. If we were ever in Lafayette again, we would definitely stop back in.

In this evening after a dinner for Americano and honey. Beautiful place, industrial setting which I really like. Only issue I have here is...only one size to go cup and it is small. And this is the largest available here. Keeps 5 stars off my rating. Otherwise all very good here.

Beautiful atmosphere, and awesome baristas! Decided to try here since I was in the area, and it did not disappoint! I had the following: - Ice Cafe Au Lait - delicious, milky coffee, no additional sugar needed, just the way I like it - Blossom Apple Pie - flaky, buttery, apple pie, where have you been all my life? Great positive vibes from this coffee shop! I will be back when I am in the area!

Coffee was good but I was expecting more baked goods. I got my niece the blueberry lemon zest muffin. She really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and place was clean.

Great service w friendly staff to support you. My spouse recommend us to stop by for coffee and sweets. We ended up ordering food menu; no regrets! Both dish, Southwest burrito and sausage biscuit are good with our iced coffee before hitting the road. Great food-fuller spot! Plus great vibe.
