Loved it so much we went two nights in a row! Our server Donny was great! Booths are comfortable with large tables for a lot of space. Sides are definitely shareable or could be ordered as a meal themselves, large portions, thankfully our server warned us about it before we ordered them. Friday night, the restaurant surprisingly sat us right away and was quiet. The filet mignon and Delmonico steaks were perfect from cook to flavor! The wild mushrooms and mushroom risotto were some of the best we’ve ever had, full of flavor! Not many places smoke bourbon so that was a nice touch to a classic Old Fashion. Saturday, was a little busier but we were still sat within minutes. The lamb chops and salmon were cooked perfectly! My husband loved the garlic & truffle oil fries. We were initially underwhelmed by the aged cheddar mac n’ cheese. Andrea insisted on having the chef try again and it great the second time! Also, complimentary bread is provided after placing your entree orders which is always a nice touch.

Excellent in every way! Best meal we've had in a long time. My wife got one of the specials, which was garlic steak and shrimp with sauteed green beans and carrots. I got a filet and side of mushroom risotto. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Very friendly and attentive server named, Andrea. Would definitely go again.

100% without doubt a 5 star experience!!! This was our 3rd time dining at Revelry and each and every time the staff goes out of their way to assure a 5 star experience. The food is phenomenal and the surroundings are spot on!!! Highly recommend!!!

Let's start by saying our waitress Andrea was amazing. Very passionate about describing the food, what to expect and telling us about the specials. Hubby had a steak ordered med, came out med rare, very light on seasoning, mac and cheese was ok nothing amazing, but Let's talk about the tomato's garnish. Please fix that it needs help , looked horrible like a dried up rasin. ...... I had the fish special which had a nice sear and the sauce was amazing. We shared the peanut butter pie which we could not get enough of!!! Over all not too bad.

Family of 4, 2 steaks cooked very well but pricey. Beef Rib cooked perfectly and priced well, and a burger cooked very well. Couple of things were sent back for exchanged. The whiskey package was a good way to go. The other drinks we ordered needs some work. The risotto was returned but the Mac n Cheese was good. The fries and homemade potatoes chips were above average. No dessert.

This was a big no from us. Our burger, fries, asparagus, and steak all came out cold. Not room temperature and not like warm, just cold. We sat and waited on our food for 1 1/2 hours. We were a table of 2 and the table with 5 and the table with 4 that came in about 20-30 minutes after us all got their food at the same time as us. Overall, when you pay as much as we did for the meal, you expect a better quality and the fact that our meal was as disappointing as it was with no resolve after talking to our server was highly disheartening.

Tuna and Waygu carpaccio appetizers were excellent. They get 5 stars! Tuna app a little pricey for the portion. My son enjoyed the french fries appetizer while we had those. :) It is thoughtful for them to put a petite filet on the kids menu. Although the filet was grilled (not expected) and a little tough. My 6 oz filet was cooked perfectly and the bourbon sauce was great. My husband got the lamb chops which he enjoyed with the bourbon sauce as well. We both felt the portions were a bit small for the price. The sides were large portions. The fingerling potatoes were yummy but the mushrooms not so much. Overall, the food was not properly seasoned - we had to ask for salt and pepper. Def recommend the creme brulee cheesecake for dessert - 5 stars! Service was fine but not excellent. Server was very nice but didn't check in enough.

The restaurant is beautiful. Intimate, low lit, but spotlighting on each table. The menu is stunning with a lot of choice. The food was wonderful. Sides were able to be ordered in half portions which allowed us to try more than expected. Absolutely would come again

First off, Troy was a delight. What a wonderful waiter. Great attitude. The half chicken was quite good. However, it was $40. I live in NY and there are WHOLE Peruvian rotisserie chickens in Queens for $30. They're so delicious, you'd finish the whole thing before you got home if you could, but the grease would probably never come out of the upholstery in the car. So to recap, beer brined, mysterious yet savory and delicious green sauce, WHOLE chicken, $30. I ordered scallops. They were cooked through. That was the high point. They were salty - almost too salty to eat and there was an unpleasant briny smell to the risotto (and I like briny under normal circumstances). And that was $50. Did I mention there were only 4 scallops? There were only 4 scallops. The burger was just a burger. Not a robbery for $22, but certainly not worth the price tag. The mac and cheese was quite good, but sadly is completely different from the side dish (so my daughter had bland mac and cheese and my son who ordered it as an entree, had to share.) Dinner for 2 adults and 2 children with one sangria (meh, by the way), was about $150. My rule is this: If you're going to charge NYC prices, then you better have NYC quality.

Good food and very generous portions. Yummy bread! Great service. We appreciate the wait staff for their patience with tourists. We sat outside on the patio and the weather was perfect. Great ambiance.

A nice change of pace if you're looking for finer dining during your vacation. Our waitress was wonderful and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Drinks were excellent (definitely recommend the signature martinis), and for the most part, the food was good. The Risotto was great but the steak was just ok. For $60 I would've expected something a little more flavorful and upscale, but I can cook a better steak at home. If you have room for dessert, get the peanut butter pie. That was the highlight for me.

This is a classic steakhouse vibe! We loved our salads, the beet and goat cheese, as well as the wedge. Both were delicious!! They served warm bread and butter before our meal came out. We all ordered steaks and they were executed well. We ordered a combination of sides and sauces for the steaks. I would say the sauces were okay, nothing special. The peppercorn sauce could use a bit more flavor and a bit thicker! Overall though good dinner if you are looking for a classic steak!

It's perfect for a romantic dinner, celebration, or upscale night out. The service was exceptional--friendly, attentive, and professional without being overly formal. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations, including the unforgettable Chocolate Molten Lava Cake. This dessert was the highlight of the night--rich, warm, and perfectly gooey in the center. Paired with silky vanilla bean ice cream and fresh berries, it was beautifully balanced and decadently satisfying. The quality of the chocolate was evident in every bite--smooth, deep, and not overly sweet. If you're visiting Hershey and want a refined dining experience with top-tier service and atmosphere, Revelry is a must, and the molten lava cake is the crown jewel of the dessert menu.

Revelry exceeded our expectations! I wasn't too confident going in since the reviews weren't all great, but I was pleasantly surprised! We had the Caesar salad, which was delicious, and then split the tomahawk with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The mac and cheese was full of Gouda, and the mashed potatoes were so creamy. The steak was cooked perfectly and was so flavorful. We had a wonderful bottle of red wine that, thanks to our waitress, paired perfectly. If you're looking for a date night spot in the area, I would definitely recommend it!

Delicious meals and great service! They even made my daughter a special dish that wasn't on the menu.

We chose to celebrate our birthdays at Revelry this year, and boy are we glad we did!! The food and the service were first rate! For example, our short ribs and prime rib were melt-in-your-mouth tender and delicious. Our server, Troy, went the extra mile to take care of us. I mean that literally: when I asked for a Guinness on tap, he went to another (related) restaurant to get one for me! Parking is plentiful and free, and it was an all-around great experience!

Worst steak ever. Diner steaks better. What a giant waste of money. Yuck. Service was good however.

Revelry was great. We always make it a point to have dinner here while at the Hershey lodge. Our server Jim was awesome, we have actually now had him several times. The filet and crab cake, burger, kids salmon and kids filet were perfect. Perfectly cooked and simply delicious. Highly recommend!

We went to the Revelry at the Hershey Lodge to celebrate our 32 anniversary. Wow! We did not know about this restaurant. Everything was spot on - service, food, and drinks. For our apps, we had the fresh house ricotta and Buffalo chicken dip. The fresh ricotta was the winner. For my meal, I had the wagyu strip loin that tasted amazing along with grilled asparagus and creamed street corn ( I was not fan of the corn). I had the red blend - Complicated wine and the Pinot noir - Three Otters wine. The red blend was winner. We did not have dessert ( filled up on the apps). Highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion.

Great food and excellent dessert. My daughter is a picky eater and said her burger was the best she has ever had.

My family dined at Revelry recently and were thrilled with the experience. The service was fast and friendly. One of my children has food allergies, and the entire staff reassured me that he would be safe, then followed through, getting the chef to talk to us, and delivering the correct meal. Our drinks were delicious, the food was really good, and we only regretted not being able to have dessert!

If you don't want to leave the reservation, this is probably the best thing going at the Lodge. They work hard to make it have a real steak house feel, which if you frequent steakhouses, you'll see. Service was really good and on par with some of the better steakhouses I've visited. The sides and apps were nice, but the steaks just don't match up with the price point. They don't compare to the cut you'd get a real steakhouse. That being said, if you want to treat yourself one night and only have to walk back to your room, this will do the trick.

nice atmosphere & good food . the sauce was pre fab from sysco but because we were celebrating V-day early we had a fantastic time . nice staff .

We stayed at Hershey lodge and tried this steakhouse place by chance because of the location. It is located in the hotel and had the best ambiance among others in hotel. The complimentary bread and butter were very good: warm bread and soft/creamy/very tasty butter. The wagyu steak was cooked at the perfect temperature and very juicy/tasty. The chicken dish was so amazingly tender (not sure how they cook the chicken to this tenderness). The Brussels sprouts were very tasty and very good with goat cheese. The service was a bit slow but good. That being said: I will say that the food here is very good however they are expensive and the service is a bit slow. But you get what you pay for. If you donot mind paying for good and tasty food and are not hurry to go anywhere, I would highly recommend this place.

I went to the have a drink and salad around 7pm before going out with friends. The experience was overall pleasant. I ordered a Cesar salad and requested chicken be added. The Cesar was delicious unfortunately the bartender forgot to add my chicken. She did apologize and offer to rectify the situation.

Food was great! The service and the ambiance was a real nice. We had the halibut, mahi mahi and burger and they were good portions and the food was cooked perfectly..

This was the best place to eat at Hershey Lodge. Yes it's pretty pricey. But the taste in food & service makes up for it. The steak was cooked to perfection. We couldn't have asked for a better waiter.

Chose Revelry for our Anniversary dinner. The food was amazing! The steaks were perfectly done to order and the side we ordered came out hot , and delicious the portions were huge . Keep in mind if choosing this restaurant you are at family resort so as far as atmosphere they try hard . I had asked for a quiet table since it was our anniversary and they placed us nicely in a quiet but well lite corner. There are children going to be there so if you are bothered by children who have been at the park and Maybe tired this might not be the place for you. If you're looking for a really great steak dinner and don't mind paying a premium I don't think you'll be sorry. Comparing to the meal we spent a lot on at the Log Cabin even with the children commotion this was a very good dinner. Oh yes we shared the Brussels sprouts appetizer once again more than enough for a table of 4! They were great! Dessert was very nice and chocolatey good as one would expect from Hershey!

The Staff were very nice to us, food was great. Everything cooked right and free refills. And the place was very nice and no trash on the floor.

after ordering the Tomahawk 'medium' the waitress said a little pink, uhm try rare boarding on not cooked. we didn't say anything since the waitresss said the kitchen doesn't take critcism well. Revelry you have long way of transitioning to a pure Chop House of your kitchen can't take criticism and on the receipt lists the recommended tip based on the bill total.

I attended Revelry this past week and it was worth all the rave. So many people recommended this chophouse to me and I loved it. I had filet mignon, mashed potatoes and broccolini. The filet mignon was cooked very well. Although I tried the sauces (chimichurri and house steak sauce), they were not needed. The service was good. The night I attended they are not typically open but they were open due to special request. Our waitress did her best due to it not being a normal night. They were short staffed and limited menu. I would definitely return and try out more of the menu.

Simply put....Revelry blew us away. On our third nights stay at the lodge we decided to treat ourselves and try out the steak house. Impressions: Ambiance: rustic yet classy, dim lighting but not too dark. Just right IMO. Staff: pleasant, attentive. Service: excellent. Food: bone in rib eye was extremely tender and well seasoned. Portion for the price and quality was fair. The side dip of chimichurri complimented the perfect steak nicely. We also ordered a wagyu strip. Again very tender and flavorful. These were some of the best tasting steaks We've ever had. Side dishes: mashed potatoes, broccolini, Burrata appetizer all excellent. Everything was perfectly seasoned. The mashed potatoes were buttery smooth. Dessert: a type of peanut butter lava cake was good but not great. Would have liked a warm flowing inner peanut butter core which this was not. Still good. Overall, this place is essentially a must try for anybody staying at the lodge. Even for those not staying at the lodge this is some of the best steak I've ever had, period. Do yourself a favor and try this place if you are anywhere in the area and looking for a high quality steak dinner!

Some of the best steak we've ever had. Our boys had the kids' filet and we had the tomahawk for two. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will certainly be back.

They ruined my Mother's Day dinner plans refusing to accommodate my 3 month old in a stroller or car seat.

My wife and I had a 6:30 reservation at Revelry about a week ago. It was a Friday night and it wasn't a packed restaurant. My wife ordered the scallops ($48). Two of them were inedible due to sand. I ordered the burger and fries. Fries were room temp at best when they came out and most were soggy. The burger itself had about 1/2 tsp of sauce on it and was very dry. The server asked how are food was literally 1 minute after he put the plates on the table. We didn't see him at our table again until 10 minutes after we were completely finished. My wife's empty drink glass sat on the table for at least half of the meal with no one asking if she'd like something else. Dessert (cheesecake) tasted great...we took it to go...but the slice was about the size of 2 twix bars stacked on top of each other (not exaggerating) for $11. For a place that's obviously trying to be "high-end" with their pricing and portions...our experience was anything but. Over $125 dinner for 2 and feel like it was a complete waste of time/money.

Stayed at Hershey Lodge and my husband was hankering some steak. We decided to try Revelry. A late dinner at 9pm, we ordered one appetizer the brussel sprouts with balsamic, goat cheese and Granny Smith apples. HUGE portion (more than enough for 3 people) husband ordered the NY strip, Ibgotbthe lamb chops and my son the vegetable risotto with shrimp. We also got 2 sides corn casserole and bourbon cheese mashed potatoes. The sides were VERY plentiful. A little bit of a wait but once the food came out. Yummy yum yum. So much left over (except for my husband's steak) we had to take the rest up to the room. No room for dessert!!

Much more casual than advertised. People and kids were eating in sweats and wet hair straight from the pool area. Hershey needs to decide if this is an upscale restaurant (the prices certainly are) or a family diner. Food was good but servings small. Drinks ok. My husband took me for my 60th birthday. We don't mind high prices but expect atmosphere to come along with it. Otherwise we could have just gone to Outback. Won't be going back.

As Covid winds down, it gets back to basics. Service and food quality. The service was exceptional. The food quality for the price was not. The kids meals were presented as if we were at a neighbors backyard cookout and they ran out of paper plates and threw the hot dogs and burgers in the middle of a big white China dinner plate. No condiments...no lettuce or onions or sides of anything "wet" to put on the dry buns. They had to go downstairs to the sports bar to get some pickles. (The sports bar where the food last night was exceptional.) My $57 ribeye was equal to what you would get at Golden Corral during Steak Night. Almost a non-existing cap on the Ribeye and definitely not the 18 ounces advertised. Again, plopped in the middle of a big white plate with zero garnishment. Even if the pricing was under $30....I would not be complaining. But 57 BUCKS....no way. My wife's filet was also not exciting or worth it's price. It time for someone to re-tool this operation and make it the chophouse that it could/should be. Hershey is famous for its quality and class. This comes from one thing and one thing only...it's people. This place could not survive with the reputation that it has without the kind and loving local people who work here. I don't blame the employees...I blame the management. Someone is really cutting corners post-Covid. I believe that this restaurant used to be the restaurant I expected it to be when I walked in. It just isn't right now.

Great steaks and sides! The mashed potatoes were amazing and fresh baked bread was out of this world! Will definitely go back!

This is a somewhat small and dark restaurant with a bar inside. I actually liked the atmosphere but I could see how others may not. I did see a terrace which I would assume would be open during the spring and summer months. I would suggest making reservations as it can get very busy if the hotel is busy. They do give you this awesome pretzel bread with a delicious mustard dipping sauce. The bread was warm and soft and I could have made a meal just out of the bread! For an appetizer, we started with the Chocolate Bacon, which came with fried Brussels Sprouts and Creamy Cheddar Grits. The bacon and grits were delicious and the Brussels Sprouts weren't too bad, but I've had better. Not sure why it was called Chocolate Bacon though--we didn't really notice the chocolate flavor. For our entrees, I went with the Shortrib Sandwich and my wife had the Shrimp & Grits. A fork and knife were pretty much needed to eat my sandwich! Lovely flavor and the short rib was so tender. Combined with the fried onion rings and a toasted onion brioche bread, and it was simply delicious. My wife said her Shrimp & Grits were some of the best she had. Our boys just went with the mac-and-cheese and a hot dog with fries. For dessert, my wife went with the chocolate creme brûlée. This was the first time I've seen this in a chocolate variety but she said it was really good. Definitely worth checking out if you are staying at the Hershey Lodge. We would definitely go back.

Best service ever for family with kids, beats all the fancy Michelin stars restaurants. Servers are experienced and know exactly what parents need for their children. They interact with your kids and make them feel comfortable. The food is excellent. American cuisine, nothing fancy but plenty of choices for parents and children. Food was served quickly and tasted great. Decent price for a hotel restaurant. Love the convenience since we stayed at the Hershey's Lodge.

Came here for a birthday/retirement celebration and was quite impressed! Great food and fabulous cocktails!

I feel like I need to leave 2 reviews for Revelry 1 as a local and 1 for travelers So if you're traveling and visiting the Hershey Lodge - you're in luck, everything is here, you don't have to go anywhere outside your hotel. Revelry has great food and a great bar - the people here are super nice and you couldn't ask for much more when you are on vacation or traveling for work or whatever brings you here. I've had to travel for work a lot and finding decent food and drink can be a minefield!! - and who wants to be driving around a strange place? - if you even have a car! - Hershey Lodge has just about everything you might want and need under one roof - everything is really good, to great - it's very expensive! - but sometimes when you are traveling it's worth it to know you have something really great right where you are staying. So if you are a local.... - Revelry does have good food and a great bar and the people here are really super nice, however it is really expensive here - I feel it is just too expensive for what you get. The place is LOUD and CROWDED - there are kids of all ages running all over the place - people coming in the restaurant in all manners of dress, there were a bunch of young men came in in shorts t-shirts and ball caps in the dead of winter - strollers everywhere! Which is fine, if you understand this going in - it's a very, very busy hotel restaurant and bar, emphasis on HOTEL - with an indoor water park!!. You are going to pay upwards of 60 bucks for a single ala carte steak - and when you get up to go to the bathroom you will fight you way through roaming bands of children and probably have the odd stroller roll up on the back of your heels, not exactly a quiet romantic or relaxing environment. The service was painfully slow, painfully - however the people were just wonderful, all of them. Just FYI - my wife does not approve of this review, lol - she loved it here despite the obvious. Just too harried for me to spend 200+ dollars for dinner for 2

Enjoyed a lovely family dinner for 10 here during our vacation at Hershey Lodge. We're we're here last year and had a fabulous dinner. Our server was Taya and she was so knowledgeable, helpful and nice. She made everything go so smoothly. For appetizers we enjoyed the blue cheese fondue with homemade potato chips, tuna tartare, tomato bisque (sweet and creamy), shipped salad (big enough for 3-4 people). For entrees we had the tomahawk steak (shared by 3), salmon in fabulous soy ginger sauce, filet mignon, lollipop lamb chops, veal tenderloins, and scallops. Sides were whipped potatoes. Broccoli. Asparagus, and mushrooms. A child enjoyed max and cheese and fresh fruit salad. . All were so delicious. We also enjoyed some signature cocktails; the Hershey chocolate-caramel martini, a Manhattan, and a smuggler. Highly recommend the chocolate martinis. For dessert we shared some chocolate lava cake. It was a spectacular dinner The steakhouse venue, food and service were the best.

I went here on Hershey's restaurant week. My friend and I wanted to go to Devon but decided to go to Revelry instead. We were glad we picked it. The food and services were excellent. We definitely have to come back in the near future.

If your going to charge NYC prices (and I'm from NYC and had many delicious meals- with far lass the cost ) at least present meals with the prices to reflect the cost. It is a absolute embarrassment to charge $40 for 4 (yes 4 fatty lamb chops ) and call yourself a chopshouse-Please stop ! I even spoke with the head of all the restaurants in the men's room (I wish I got his name )- not impressed - needs educating on hospitality. Lastly, I will say is Bernadette at the front - should show more respect with larger family's. (5 strollers in the place and she has a problem with our family) . Absolutely unacceptable.

After a day at a conference, a low key dinner at the bar at the Forebay was exactly what I was looking for. The bartender, Phil, was friendly and attentive. He made a spectacular Lemon Drop Martini. For dinner I had the crab cake appetizer with a side dish of Lobster risotto. A perfect, not heavy meal, that left me some room for their Shoo Fly pound cake dessert. Meal was delicious and not any more expensive than the other restaurants at the Hershey Lodge.

The meals here were subpar and the drink service is slow. If you would like wine with your dinner order that ahead. The staff is certainly not warm and inviting. I did not get a family friendly vibe although it's a family lodge. The waitress nearby seemed much nicer and concerned about issues. The food was not good at all. I ordered the seafood linguine and it tasted like a pasta side out of a packet. The shrimp was over cooked and it's described as having lump crab meat but it only has shrimp and apparently shredded crab meat. When complaining to the manager she said they talked to the chef and offered to talk to the chef again but I declined. I was offered a bowl of backfin crab to add at the end of our meal. How that was helpful I'm not sure but whatever. They stand behind their subpar service.

We so wanted to love this restaurant. The service was spot on (of course, part of that was probably because there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant when we were there, so that staff could afford to pay us a lot of attention). The food, however, was just so-so. My husband and I shared the wedge salad, which we both agreed was excellent. The blue cheese dressing was really, really, really good, and the fact that fried onions topped the salad was something I've never experienced on a wedge salad, but the next time I make one at home I will definitely add them. The problem was with the steaks. I ordered my filet pink, not red. The first 2 bites were pink, but after that the steak was well done. It was very disappointing. My husband's NY strip had a lot of fat. In fact, the manager called it out when he came to clear the plates. Bottom line, we've had much better steak dinners elsewhere, we are sorry to say. The price was reasonable. A bottle of wine, the wedge salad, and the two steaks cost about $150, but I don't know that I would return.

Fantastic Restaurant! Jim our server was fantastic across the board. Jim is a professional . The room and space are old world . Large leather chairs , oversized wood tables , high ceilings. The food was phenomenal. Salmon , Ribs , Steaks , Seafood all great quality and prepared to perfection. This is a quite space , if you have kids , reconsider going . I truly enjoyed our dinner and look forward to dinning here again . Outdoor tables looked very inviting. Prices are high but worth it !

We just came back from Hershey lodge and we dined here for 2 nights straight. That's how much we like it. And we are completely picky with our food! We had Jimmy as our waiter. Every recommendation he gave us we ordered and it was absolutely amazing!! From New York strip to the wagyu steak .. mashed potatoes delish! My girls loved their hot dog , hamburger and chicken tenders .. definitely recommend ... ask for jimmy. He is amazing

A great establishment, excellent staff. Drinks were delicious & even though it's in Hershey & they have chocolate based food. The sauces do not taste like chocolate. I can definitely return & provide them with my business again. The portions were large & definitely worth the price you are charged. That's something that you don't get too often. A place that you get your money's worth in food

Very unimpressive for a high end steak restaurant. Steak was excellent. Chicken was cooked raw. The chicken was also served at room temperature. Mac and cheese was also served at room temperature. We Decided not to eat the chicken and have it removed from bill. We didn't receive any apologies or offers to make it right. Disappointing and won't ever return.

great food great time spent with the family a restaurant inside of the lodge so no need to be traveling outside. all the food we ordered came out fast and hot every bite was just as delicious as the first.

First time here at Forebay. Nice ambiance inside & perfectly lit. Food was great and presentation was spot on. Came here for Restaurant Week. Nice cocktail & wine selection to compliment menu. Would recommend this Restaurant for a great meal. Great job.
