It's just bar food... But it's some of the best bar food I've ever had. This is my second appearance at this restaurant and both times I've found the atmosphere and food to be worth 5 stars. The first time was a Friday night around 8 pm for the NBA finals. They had the game on and a live band playing. This time was around 4 pm on a Thursday so it was empty but they had great music playing and a friendly staff. Seating is mostly covered outdoor seating at picnic tables. We ordered the brussel sprouts and fried pickles as appetizers which were phenomenal. Their fried chicken sandwich is one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had. Their pesto chicken sandwich is pretty good as well. Their burgers were decent (I probably wouldn't order the burger next time with the chicken sammies being so good). I highly recommend this place.

Google
I had an awesome time at this spot! The cozy vibe and shaded seating made for a super relaxing atmosphere, perfect for hanging out with friends. The menu was pleasantly diverse, offering plenty of options for any taste. I was especially impressed with the chips and queso – seriously some of the best I’ve had. The margaritas were top notch too, hitting just the right balance of flavor. Even the wedge salad, which I wasn’t expecting much from, was surprisingly good. What really stood out, though, was the staff. The bartenders were not only friendly but also super efficient, making sure everything came out quickly without missing a beat. If you're looking for a standout spot on the east side with great food, drinks, and service, this place is an easy recommendation.

Google
I went here for an early dinner and was impressed with the friendly, attentive service and relaxed atmosphere. We sat at the bar and enjoyed our drinks, appetizer (excellent pretzel bites), dinner (I had the grilled cheese with smashed avocado), and dessert (brownie). Good bar food prepared in a timely manner and a great place to hang out. I would definitely return!

Google
Wonderful and delicious! This place has a great atmosphere, great service, and great food. My whole party was satisfied with everything we ordered. The kitchen was super quick and the food was incredible. I highly recommend.

Google
The staff here is so lovely. I went on a crowded night with the NCAA games and I was able to order drinks and food at the bar in a timely fashion and they brought the food out relatively quick. They also are so nice when bringing out the food or clearing the tables. There’s lots of outside space however the inside is a bit small. The food was just regular bar food. We got the hamburger with sweet potatoes waffle fries and fish tacos. Both decent. Definitely a great place to watch a game with a large group of friends

Google
Great experience! Went here with a large group of friends and had no issues getting seated and served. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food and drinks. The outdoor space is large, clean, and cozy covered with seating. The indoor space, while smaller, felt beautifully designed, and the staff behind the bar were exceptionally helpful. Always a breathe of fresh air to visit a wonderful locally owned restaurant and bar - and Revelry Kitchen is just that!

Google
It was past 11am when the food stalls/trucks/ restaurants started to close and this was one amongst the few places that still had its kitchen open. Good food options. The buffalo chicken wrap, wings and BLT sandwich tasted good. Special mention on the chicken wings- it’s perfection! The only downside is that the indoor space has limited seatings and there’s a bit of a wait to seat yourself. The bartenders were great. He customized a couple of drinks for me and my husband which was a hit. The draft beers a reasonably priced and fresh. I loved the outdoor seating better but not all the heaters were working (if it’s cold outside). There’s sufficient seating outdoor and gives a good view of the DJ’s/live music spot.

Solomon Martinez

Google
Revelry definitely has a great atmosphere but this is NOT the place to go solo.. The place is deigned for groups or couples. Went last night to watch UFC 312 and every time I went to the bar to order food, people took my bench seat.

Yelp
A welcoming, comfortable bar with great drink selections & delicious tacos. We sat inside and watched the three televisions playing NFL games. The patio outside also had monitors with the games. It's a 21 and over only establishment but not rowdy or loud! Great service!
google avatar

Kent R.

Yelp
Had a great time. Loved the coziness and the shade. Menu was diverse. Chips+Queso was outstanding. Margs were top notch and even had a good wedge salad. Particularly appreciate the bartenders and quick service. Easy to recommend this east side stand out.

Yelp
I've only been here once, for drinks while catching up with a friend. We stumbled across this place playing very nice live music , so decided to go in. I was very pleased with the ambience, the service was quite attentive for a Sat night. I'll definitely go back to checkout the food next time.

Yelp
A staple in me and my boyfriends brunch rotation! Consistently good, we always get the chicken and waffles! Burger is another great choice! Runner up from the waffles is the brunch sandwich- incredible! Top it off with a mimosa carafe and you're set! Also, there service is incredible. Bartenders know us by name and always make us feel so welcomed! 10/10
google avatar

Yelp
5 stars for brunch - must order items are chicken and waffles, wings and French toast. TONS of covered outside seating with fans and they have a DJ every Sunday. I've been coming here for 7 years and have celebrated many birthdays here. Would 10/10 recommend for brunch!!
google avatar

Yelp
The vibe outdoors is fun, it's open air with mist fans blasting and a roof overhead. Dog-friendly and saw several dogs there. There are big TV's as well to watch the games. You seat yourself, pull up the menu on a QR code, and go to the bar to order. There's paid street parking and small parking lots nearby. As for the food, it's mediocre bar food. I tried a couple recommendations from other reviews, namely the pretzel bites and the wings (Asian garlic flavor), both of which were very average in taste. The burgers don't even come with fries, you have to order them as an appetizer.
google avatar

Yelp
Great HH spot!! Their brussel sprouts are fantastic. They use a maple sriracha bacon sauce and it's addictive, not to mention they are discounted on happy hour. I also enjoy their RK burger. It's juicy and flavorful and I often add cheddar cheese. Their employees are always friendly and they renovated the indoor area, which looks great! You can also choose to sit on one of their two patio areas. Wells are $5 on HH.

Yelp
Back from my January weekend trip in Austin, I remember we had left Lazurus Brewing searching for a last stop to watch the Jaguars/Chargers game and grab some last minute drinks and eats. Arriving, it was packed but we found a bench outside in front of the tvs allowing us to watch the game unfold as my buddy went inside to order for us. Due to the cold temperatures outside, I went with an irish coffee to warm me up. Served in the coffee cocktail glass with the whipped cream topping, it does what any irish coffee does: wake me up warm! Probably the best part of our stop here. Food was order consisting of parmesan fries and the fish tacos. The fries have crispiness but the parmesan add is a rip-off since it's only a couple sprinkles of it. As for the fish tacos, the slaw and salsa add flavor since the blackened fish is somewhat bland. Some reviews mentioned bland food here; I hope that's not a recurring theme although in our case it was for the fish part of the tacos. Since there's a lot of people here, especially on a Saturday night, you'll be shoulder-to-shoulder with people inside or amongst a sea of people in their mid 20's-30's outside. So if you're looking for a quiet evening with your boo, go somewhere else. If you like the chaotic mix of different personalities getting their drink on, then you'll fit right in here.

Yelp
Honestly this place was EXACTLY what my friends and I needed after a few drinks on the east side. The drinks were great but the FOOD? 10/10. Service was also great, and there is plentyyyy of seating. Forever thankful for this place! Order the brussel sprouts! You won't regret it.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm shocked at the other reviews. Take your choice: either it's not from scratch or they haven't hired anyone with knife skills. The "special" French dip has "au jus" made from a powder. The food here is embarrassing. The staff is not empowered to resolve service issues. The manager didn't want to address the basic service issue until I tasted it all and told him how embarrassed I was to have recommended his establishment to my friend. It's hipster and trendy. Don't expect good drinks or good food
google avatar

Azeria D.

Yelp
So not only is the staff absolutely amazing so is the food! The outside seating is beautiful and spacious and such a great vibe can't wait til basketball/football season start!! Their food was amazing!!! Beat wings I've had the lemon pepper wasn't too lemony and was very flavorful and the burger was AMAZING!!!

Yelp
Bf and I were looking for a brunch-y place that was open with availability on a busy Sat of ACL weekend 1 and walked over to this place. It was about 1030am so not too late, ID checker at the door otherwise we sat at the bar and quickly attended to by the bartenders. Decor is definitely a college sports bar but not dingy. I ordered a pretty regular breakfast, of what I can recall, eggs, bacon, potatoes and he got the breakfast tacos which were highly recommended and French toast. No complaints! It was an important college game and the deck was packed and poppin, I'm sure towards the evening it can get crowded. Good spot!
google avatar

Rob G.

Yelp
We spent several hours here enjoying drinks and college football/heavyweight fight. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting, with ample TVs all around showing different games. Good beer selection, and bartenders make excellent cocktails including spicy (they are spicy) margaritas. Before we knew it, we were many rounds of drinks and multiple sporting events in. Had a great time and would absolutely come again.
google avatar

Erika B.

Yelp
We went on a Friday night at 11-12 and the place was empty. They didn't have a DJ or anything fun so we left. They do have a really nice patio with plenty of picnic tables though. Great space.
google avatar

Tracy W.

Yelp
The experience wasn't bad here, but the inside seating is limited and the food was just okay. Not bad, but not impressive. The prices should dictate a better experience but it just makes you feel you spent too much for what you received. Might give it a try again when back in town, but with so many choices in area, not sure why I would.
google avatar

James K.

Yelp
We have been here a few times and have always had fun! Revelry is conveniently located right on E 6th street, and it's a good vibes spot to grab a drink at in the afternoon/evening. The spacious outdoor seating available is really nice too. We will be back at some point for sure!
google avatar

Sydney G.

Yelp
First of all, for service and vibes alone this place is a 10/10. If I was just reviewing the friendly bartenders it would definitely be all 5 stars for sure (and the DJ on Friday night was also killin' it). The food in general left me a little underwhelmed. I got an order of tots with Queso which came out super hot and crispy. The Queso was a little bland so I think I'd get ranch or ketchup in the future. I also got the fish tacos bc I was on a taco kick. They were also just fine. Those in our party who got the fried chicken sandwich seemed to love it so I think I missed out by not ordering that. The mule I got was a bit sweet, so I switched to well drinks after that, but they were reasonably priced. Would definitely hang here again
google avatar

Kevin B.

Yelp
Revelry Kitchen + Bar is a great brunch spot! They have a DJ playing all the jams as you sip on your adult beverage of choice. Menu Recommendations: Can't go wrong with their Ribeye Hash Skillet or the Breakfast Tacos! Service: Order at the bar or from the QR code located on your table
google avatar

Anthony M.

Yelp
I've had lots of great chicken & waffles over the years, but the latest one I had here may just be my new favorite especially their Wings & Waffles plate ($15) that they offer for weekend brunch as it comes with 6 chicken lollipop wings on top of a Belgian waffle covered in a bacon-sriracha maple glaze with garlic herb butter. Need I say more? Overall, I was highly impressed and y'all need to come out and try this delicious dish for yourself! I give them a 4.5/5!
google avatar

Keay A.

Yelp
I have been wanting to have brunch at Revelry for a while now and it was delicious! The first thing on the menu that I noticed was the wings + waffles; I highly recommend ordering this dish! The chicken was so crispy, yet juicy; you absolutely won't need any maple syrup because of the drizzle of sweet and spicy sauce. The inside is cozy and decked out in holiday lights, a few decorations here and there, and a disco ball. My favorite part was the huge wrap-around patio, complete with TVs and a DJ! The bartender made a great Aperol Spritz that was the cherry on top of the day.
google avatar

Adrian G.

Yelp
The staff was friendly and had good conversation. I had the Cubano grilled cheese it was so good I forgot to take a picture. The drinks and music were perfect

C D.

Yelp
One of the best places on East 6th to eat and drink. It's def a weekend hang out spot for the neighborhood. Great food. The menu is strong. Big TVs indoors and giant ones outdoors. It was a great place to watch NCAA basketball finals. The patio is elevated so your sitting higher - good people watching. The staff is friendly and efficient. Good vibe all around.

Jackson R.

Yelp
The food sucks and the bartenders got attitude Definitely not worth it to come here. Don't come

David M.

Yelp
This place is ok. The food is average and the drinks are slightly better. Decent place in a pinch though.
google avatar

Natalie F.

Yelp
Hadn't been to Revelry in years! I don't recall them having the side patio area the last time we came but we really enjoyed the spacious outdoor seating and misting fans especially on this muggy, hot day. I ordered jalapeño cheddar biscuits with sausage gravy and an over easy egg on top. Very tasty and was the perfect amount. Satisfied my brunch craving and washed it all down with a Bloody Mary.
google avatar

Ewa U.

Yelp
Great place - love the vibez and style. Country brewery meets coffee chic - with ample space to work on one's laptop!
google avatar

Sientje H.

Yelp
REALLY great tacos. I went with a group of four and we got the carne Asada on flour & carne Asada on corn tortilla as well as the fish tacos on flour & an order on corn. Every single one of us loved them. The ingredients were were seasoned the topping all fresh, the salsa clearly homemade. 10/10 would get again! I also got a holiday mule which to me wasn't super fantastic but I would 100% go back for the tacos again and just try a different drink :) also the music was
google avatar

Eva S.

Yelp
Fun place for happy hour. The food was good and the bartenders were amazing. Super nice and also made me a mocktail. I love when bars can help you out when you want a cocktail but have to stay sober, very appreciative! I'll be back.
google avatar

Julia C.

Yelp
Stopped here for an early Friday night dinner. At about 5:30p, it was pretty easy to find some street parking. Not a lot out people here yet, and plenty of available seating inside and out. The bartender was super chill. Easy to order at the bar. Food was fantastic. Take advantage of the Happy Hour prices on apps! We try to eat low-carb, and was able to swap our burger/sandwich buns for a bed of lettuce.
google avatar

Xia B.

Yelp
Waaaaaay overpriced. May not order again, but I can say I enjoyed the warm Bavarian pretzels- a very unique treat. (I also had the cookie-brownie with ice cream and the burger, both mouth watering) Hello Manager Comment Below: Wow, I posted the review 2 minutes ago and was editing as it is similar to another review I am currently writing. You are quick to comment. That's a good thing. The information in this review is currently accurate for my experience with Revelry. Thank you for your business & food.
google avatar

Tayo F.

Yelp
The very first time I went to Revelry was for a miscellaneous brunch that a friend told me about. It was a little small since they were under construction but everyone seemed to be having a great time, plus they had a DJ that was spinning some old school beats I was vibing to. This was a very different feel cause it was a Thursday night and it was cold but it still felt pretty cozy in there. People we still coming through for their smash burger deals and fried pickles which were most dope. I always leave thinking, "I should come here more".

Shannon P.

Yelp
Located in E 6th in Autin, very good drinks, great wait staff, food was fast and good. Others commented on how good the Brussel sprouts were so we tried them, and they were right! Definitely recommend.
google avatar

Hallie S.

Yelp
Normally I love the food at Revelry but I went during a main title card for a UFC fight at 1 PM on a Saturday & was extremely disappointed. Specifically had picked this bar due to their food options yet got an uncooked waffle and sad wings.
google avatar

Constance R.

Yelp
The Brussel sprouts were good and the fish tacos we tasty but dry. I feel like a nice chipotle mayo would have hit the spot with the cajun fish. The wings were flavorful but small

Katie S.

Yelp
Bartender was good, fast service. But don't really appreciate burnt bread on my grilled cheese .....
google avatar

Hayden N.

Yelp
If I could give less stars I would. Let's start with the pros, the vibe is good, dj was nice, tons of patio space. The bad, I'd equate the food to a 12 year old who received their first George Forman. The burger was bland, the grilled cheese, pathetic. Yea, that's about it. Come for drinks.... Not food.

Elyse K K.

Yelp
We came here for the super bowl. The atmosphere and food is great, but the staff really made our experience. Megan was a super great and attentive server!!! We had an amazing time:)
google avatar

Karley M.

Yelp
Super laid back joint with friendly staff. Indoor outdoor seating with live entertainment. The soft pretzels were really good and other items on the menu sounded good too!! I'd highly recommend stopping here if on E6th.
google avatar

Stephanie M.

Yelp
Lively Sunday Brunch spot with DJ out on the patio. Most of the patio is covered, so it's totally bearable on a hot day. Also can't beat $12 mimosa carafes! The RK burger & Mango Habanero Chicken Wings are tasty. I can handle some spice and they are not super spicy, but still really good!
google avatar

Lazar V.

Yelp
Walked by and saw a sign for the best gumbo in town so I had to give it a try. My expectations may have been set high but I have had better gumbo. The Revelry signature Gumbo came in two sizes, 8oz and 16oz. I went with the 16oz which for the price was on the smaller end for portion size.
google avatar

Mell H.

Yelp
Been coming here for a few years and always have a fun time. Last night made me a life time customer! Jordan, Connor, and the bouncer handled this drunk guy harassing my friend and I. They kicked him out so quick and returned to check on us. Jordan made us feel super comfortable was able to get our spirits back up afterwards! The DJ plays the best throwbacks. Biscuits & sausage skillet BOMB, Wings and Waffles BOMB. Always keeping the bathroom and tables clean. Love this place!
google avatar

Mia A.

Yelp
Went to this spot after a show on a Friday night. You order food and drinks at the bar but the service is very quick! We got the patty melt but subbed a beyond patty instead, sweet potato wedges, spicy hibiscus marg and an old fashioned. The patty melt was SO good and probably the best plant based patty melt I've ever had. The sweet potato wedges were HUGE and delicious. I liked that the drinks weren't too sweet - even the spicy hibiscus marg was just right and didn't taste syrupy at all - very fresh! The portions are huge, the service is quick, the crowd was very upbeat, and the dj was playing a Cumbia version of Return of the Mack. Would go back to grab a late night snack!
google avatar

Kassandra B.

Yelp
The food is amazing here. I came here one day by chance after work for a quick drive before heading home. The inside isn't big but it is nice and intimate. I haven't sat outside but sure it is just as nice.
google avatar

Megan H.

Yelp
I think the best thing about the place is the atmosphere. We sat outside, and at night with the string lights turned on it was very lovely. There was only one bartender working, he was very nice, it just made the line to order food really long (you order at the bar and they deliver food to your table). They were also out of a lot of items, which I don't blame them for. My main complaint was I just felt the food was very overpriced. The pretzels were good, for example, although very small portion size. Same with the salad, which I felt skimped on toppings (generous with greens if that's important to you). Overall I liked it, I probably wouldn't eat there again though, maybe just go for drinks.
google avatar

Amy G.

Yelp
I recently discovered Revelry's happy hour, which only makes this place better! It goes 5 -7 which makes it actually possible to get to after work. A few appetizers are $5, including sliders, pretzels, and brussel sprouts. The sliders aren't on their regular menu, but that's ok. I'm glad to get them when food's cheap! You get two sliders on toasted Hawaiian buns with cheese, spicy mayo, and pickles. It's just the right serving size for me! As usual the fries were some of the best in town!
google avatar

Veronica Y.

Yelp
Went for brunch but perhaps it's better in the evening. This review is solely for this as a lunch spot. I got the breakfast blt which was a very good size portion, had a runny egg, smashed avocado, nicely toasted bread. The bacon was thick, which is usually nice but with this, the pork belly was a little tough and didn't cut so easily - I would take a bite and pull out the whole bacon piece. This dampened my enthusiasm a little bit. My friend got a bunch of sides (egg, biscuits, hash) - this again was a very generous portion. I tried some of her jalapeno biscuit and they were disappointing - a little dry/crumbly and burned on the bottom. However even with all this, I would still give them 4 stars... except that during Sunday brunchtime, the music was soooo loud and made it really hard to have a conversation. We sat outside and even tried to move tables to no avail. Seems like it would be a fun place in the evening though.
google avatar

Leah C.

Yelp
Environment was good but the food was subpar- the French toast wasn't done enough and the flavors weren't great. You order at the bar but service was okay.
google avatar

Jose C.

Yelp
Going out on an adventure to find cool places to drink and eat, this is will be added to the list. Very hidden place, nice seatings outside. Definitely try it out, the drinks were made perfectly. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because our chicken wings barely had meat, but it was an appetizer.
google avatar

Prithi D.

Yelp
Great little place to grab dinner before hitting Sixth Street for music/drinks...counter service but they bring the food to you and food was reasonably priced. Only complaint was the cocktails we ordered were tiny so we thought those were pricey so we just switched to beer and wine. We started with the Chicken Lollipop Wings (one with Garlic Parm and the other with Honey Sriracha) - both were hits! Someone in our group liked them so much they ordered another order for their meal Also the onion rings we ordered were good too! The angry Ranch sauce they were served with had a serious kick. For dinner, our group ordered the burger, crispy fish tacos, PBLT (pork belly), and Korean BBQ grilled cheese. We also ordered fries to share since the burgers/sandwiches don't come with them. They were also good - crispy and hot. Everyone was very happy with their choices - not a bad meal in the bunch! Would definitely come here again!
