Came here on a weekday night during happy hour and it was solid. *VERY* slow service outside. Food was fine for happy hour prices, but I wouldn't pay regular price for their bbq.
The outdoor seating area is nice because while it is covered and parts of the sides are blocked, there is still very good air flow, and they have heaters. However, I was basically ignored after I sat down. I could see that they had multiple servers inside who were free, but no one except the host (who I had spoken to about sitting outside) ever acknowledged me. I finally went inside to place my order with the host after waiting for over 15 minutes.
I got 3 HH ribs and a smash burger. The ribs were very tender, moist, and had a perfect smoke on them. Not burnt, not too fatty. Cartilage was pretty tender. The dry rub was good. I'm not normally a sauce person but I tried the offerings on the table. The sweet ozark which had a very nice acidity. The Carolina gold was not as good as ones that I've tried at other locations, it was kind of watery. The Spicy Ozark was good, not too spicy, but somehow not as flavorful as the sweet ozark. The smashburger was served on toasted thick cut white bread and came with some tasty pickles.
Parking was kind of a headache because the streets in the neighborhood around the restaurant were packed.
