Had a great experience at Revithia. The 8-course tasting menu with wine pairing was excellent. I loved how the menu focuses on local ingredients and reinterprets forgotten flavors. Every dish was delicious, but Harmony was definitely my favorite. Highly recommended!

What a great experience! My husband and I were visiting Turkey for 2 weeks. After our first week in Istanbul we were starting to lose hope that Turkish food was anything more than kebab. But once we tried food in Capadocia we realized Turkish food is so much more diverse. Revithia was one of the culinary highlights. We both took the 8 course tasting menu with wine pairing. Each dish was unique and tasty. The wines were world class and complimented each dish. At the end we were full but not stuffed. We highly recommend this restaurant!

We stayed at Kayakapi for our 10yr anniversary and ate at Revithia on our last day. I had the 5-course vegan tasting menu and my husband had the 8-course tasting plus wine pairing. Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The staff were amazingly attentive and friendly. View is unbeatable. Must try during your stay in Cappadocia!

The restaurant offers a special atmosphere, relaxed yet quite elegant, set in a beautiful cave. The food is unpretentious, genuine, and prepared according to tradition with a modern touch. The Chef is passionate about local cuisine and successfully translates that passion into his dishes. The service is attentive but never pretentious. We would like to recognize the excellent work of Shella, who took great care of us during dinner. Thanks also to Leyla and Yusuf.

A wonderful experience. We had the 5 course vegan tasting menu. The service was immeasurable. It was attentive, friendly and accommodating. The waiter even called us a taxi and a buggy takes you to and from the front gate. It’s worth a visit.

My husband and I celebrated our first night of our honeymoon in Cappadocia at Revithia. We did the 5 course tasting menu with wine parings. All the wine was Turkish and amazing, our favorite was the white. The dishes were simple, but flavorful and reflective of the diverse cultures that have inhabited the area. Our favorite dish was the veal cheek. The service, both from the manager and the servers, was amazing. The restaurant itself is intimate and comfortable. We highly highly recommend!

Really great high end restaurant in Cappadocia. Staff were fantastic, location was historic (although we couldn’t sit outside at this time of year which would have been even better), it was the best wine we tried in Turkey and the food was excellent. While more expensive than most meals in Turkey, the 8 courses were worth it and included service charge.

Absolutely amazing tasting menu. The food was sensational- every dish a balanced plate. The enthusiasm of the staff for the local food and wine was clear. The view was stunning. This cost was a little over $3000tl, but worth it.
