Revival Cafe Review - Davis Square - Boston - The Infatuation

"The team from Cafe Crema, a former Harvard Square staple that closed due to rental disagreements, is behind Revival Cafe’s three locations in Davis Square, Alewife and Back Bay. Revival serves good coffee, and we also enjoy their breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Plus, every food item on the menu is under $10. The Davis Square location also has a great shaded patio area during the summer months. This would be a great coffee shop to work from, except there are designated seats for laptop users from 11am - 2pm every day, and they cut the wifi off on the weekends. photo credit: Drew Katz" - Joel Ang

I waited 20 minutes just for my order to be taken... mind you there was only one person in front of me. After ordering my ONE drink, I sat down and waited. The family of four behind me ordered and we sat for about ten minutes, then they got all of their food and drinks before me, even though I only ordered one drink. I had to walk up there after almost half an hour of waiting and ask for my drink, which took them about 30 seconds to make. I won't be going back!

I visit the sweet ladies at the Revival Cafe pretty much everyday! I am always greeted with big smiles when I step through the door! Service is always friendly and full of laughter and genuine well wishes! The coffee is amazing! I’ve tried most of the menu and I have never been disappointed! the Lotus drinks are always refreshing. The pastry’s are delicious and we love our waffles on a stick! I love my Revuval Cafe!!

This is such a wonderful place to take your kids and have really good coffee I have spent so much time here and I never regret it. The summer heat is hot and with good a/c and a cold brew it never fails. Thank you guys for all your hard work and can’t wait to see the upcoming specials!! 6 star rating

I was craving an Expresso or some such coffee. I saw a sign that there was a coffee shop at the next left. I pulled up, the shop was spacious with various seating areas. I asked if they made latte and they said they used a strong coffee from Ethiopia. I said that sounded good. They made it exactly the way I wanted it and it was delicious. Very comfortable place to sit for a while. The town is cute. I took a little stroll with my coffee as I was passing through.
