"Located inside of the Valley Forge Casino, this is one of Montgomery County’s finest steakhouses. Not convinced? Their massive 34 ounce Westholme Wagyu Tomahawk for two is not for the meek." - Ernest Owens

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing King of Prussia Restaurant Week and chose to dine at Revolutions Chop House. To my surprise, I discovered the restaurant was located inside Valley Forge Casino—a detail I hadn’t realized until I arrived. Nevertheless, I was excited to give it a try. Upon entering, we were greeted by the hostess, Mrs. Ernestine, who was honest, friendly, and welcoming. She informed us that there were only two servers on duty that evening. Despite the potential for a longer wait, we decided to stay and enjoy the experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a lively yet serene vibe, even on a busy Thursday evening. Our waitress, Tina, stood out with her kindness and attentiveness, skillfully meeting our needs despite managing a sizable workload. The food was exceptional in both taste and presentation—truly reminiscent of a five-star dining experience, but without the steep five-star price tag. Although the wait was longer than usual due to short staffing, the quality of the food and the genuine hospitality of the staff made up for any delays. I wholeheartedly recommend Revolutions Chop House for its delicious cuisine and excellent service. It’s a hidden gem worth discovering, offering a fine dining experience at an approachable price point.

Google
Really not good. In total, for two people it took 2.5 hours and cost 250$. And we only had two drinks each. Both steaks ordered medium rare and came out well done and very dry. The French onion soup, Mac n cheese, and the Cesar salad were bordering on pretty good. Everything else was mediocre at best or terrible at worst. The server was nice and understanding though.

Google
My husband wanted a nice steak on Father's Day and this place is close to home. We come here occasionally and the food is usually pretty good. What sets this place apart is the service. Our server Rachel was so very attentive and quite honestly on point. We had a couple of temperature issues with our steaks but Rachel did an amazing job making get our food reworked. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and I love the the way the staff works collaboratively

Google
Wow! Had a last minute change of plans and ended up here for Thanksgiving and the food was amazing! John was our server and he was great! The pork belly was the bomb.com. The lobster shrimp dip was amazing and the French onion soup made me cry because it was so good!!! Got the filet mignon (7oz because I ate my weight in apps) and Mac and cheese!! We will definitely be back!

Google
Pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service we received. We ordered the short rib and tiger shrimp tempura- BOTH amazing!! My husband ordered the chicken Parm and I had the crab cake with a wedge salad. We have nothing bad to say about anything we ate. We ordered the cheesecake to go (not pictured) and it was to die for. We will definitely be back! ** Make sure you make a reservation**

Google
Lobster ravioli really delicious! Steak (filet mignon) was not too fresh; a bit lower quality. Fresh oysters were good. Attentive service.

Had dinner there on a Saturday night. No wait but was moderately busy. The food was tasty: tempura shrimp, calamari, Caesar salad, and crab cake were ordered, pics included. Thoroughly cooked and served hot, portions were bigger than I expected. The service was great, quick refills on drinks, bread before dinner and checked up on by staff several times.

When I finally got my steak, it was really good. It took 3 times to get it right. my family and I were here for Restaurant Week and I wish I had taken pictures of the appetizer course, it was an extremely tasty treat and well presented. Our waiter was Jason and Jason was the top-notch of all Waiters. Please get the Caesar salad it was one of the best salads I've had in a long time. You won't be disappointed. All in all our experience was a good one

Yelp
Nice staff. Good drinks. Server was welcoming. Bread not very good at table. Seafood soup good but served lukewarm:; should be served hot! Steaks very good. Perfectly cooked. Striped bass juicy and cooked nicely. Salmon average and overcooked Mac and cheese delicious Steak fries overcooked and not flavorful Asparagus awesome !!! Best dish of the night ! Overall food is good but prices are very high.

Yelp
My wife and I went there for dinner and usually the food and service is good until last night. We had a reservation and when we walked in, there were 3 employees at the check in desk. The hostess, a casino host with his back to us and another hostess. We stood there for 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. The casino host finally moved out of the way and they brought us to a table. Our waiter Jon was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu but it took him a while to come and take our order. The drinks and complimentary bread took a while. The appetizer came before they did. When the food finally arrived it was not what we were used to expecting from here. it wasn't good. Overcooked and not very tasty. I sent back my side order because it was overcooked. The floor manager noticed when we were talking to Jon about our disappointment, she justed smiled and walked away. Jon apologized for our experience. It was not worth the money they charge and probably won't be back.

Yelp
Made a reservation at this place because it is in the VF casino and that's where I was going. The ambiance is a bit dark with no real windows, but it had a nice, chill vibe that I appreciated. The service? My server was Lillian, and frankly, she is in the top tier of any and all servers. On point, classy, and very knowledgeable. She even schooled me a bit on wine, nice touch. My wife had filet mignon, why not? She just won a bundle on the slots. It was cooked to exactly the proper specs that she detailed. Wow. I had the braised short ribs, which melted in my mouth instantly. They even gave me a free dessert because it was my birthday. I chose the crème brûlée, glorious picture attached. I definitely recommend, and you will spend a good bit but if you want a 5 star experience then go for it.

Rob L.

Yelp
Overall very good. Apps and entrees were tasty and done well. My wife had the pork chop and I had the short ribs. Both were done correctly and tasted lovely although the timing from the kitchen was so long after the apps that the server apologized and offered a comp dessert. Pricing was very high but I assume that's because this casino restaurant is used mostly for player comps and credits. Our server Lilliana was a true pleasure, exceptional, checked back but not intrusive. Ambiance is 90's casino restaurant. Purples and reds. Not particularly clean (the whole casino is very dated and dirty). For the price of the "Chop House", they could at least modern it up a bit.

T.J. S.

Yelp
The food is grossly overpriced. The 16 ounce ribeye ($72.00) was ordered medium well and came out burnt to a crisp. We ordered a bottle of wine and it was a 300% markup from market cost. This is not fine dining, just high prices for poorly executed food and bad ambiance.

Yelp
Love, revolution, easy menu great service great bartenders great waiters waitresses. It's the whole 9 yards.

Yelp
My fiancé and I had a great dining experience here. He is a big meat eater and I am vegetarian, but, I often find myself at steak houses (because I'm such a great, compromising partner! Lol). In all seriousness some of the best veggie sides and dishes I've had have been at steak houses, so I don't mind! Revolution Chop House is inside Valley Forge Casino but it definitely feels private and intimate - away from everything going on in the casino. The staff are very friendly, attentive and accommodating, making sure I knew which items were vegetarian and which were not (for example the arancini is made with chicken broth, and I appreciate them letting me know!). My fiancé has the porter steak and shrimp and he loved it and ate every bite! I tried a variety of veggie sides - the burrata fresh tomato and basil, Mac n cheese, roasted Brussels and Buffalo cauli, which was a special of the day. He had a few beers and I had a cocktail and glass of Zinfandel. I must say the watermelon margarita was DELISH. I actually regret getting wine for my second drink - should have reordered the Marg! For dessert we shared the salted caramel budino and in all honestly I'm not totally sure what it is - it was my first time having budino, but we both agreed it was amazing! Admittedly, we wouldn't have thought to come to a steakhouse in a casino on our own, but, we will definitely be back. The food and overall experience were both fantastic!

Yelp
I came here on a Saturday night around 8:30pm with my parents. To be a restaurant in a casino, it was surprisingly clean. The vibe is perfect for a date night; it had some low light and intimacy. There were a few people at the bar still and a couple tables that were seated. First I want to start with our server Rachel. She was very attentive and speedy with our orders. She had great recommendations and made our time there was a pleasurable experience. Onto food and drink. My family and I, all had different starters and drinks. We had the Tempura Shrimp, Dozen Oysters, and PEI Mussels. For drinks water of course, a Makers Mark Old Fashion (not shown in pictures), a Strawberry Lemon Drop, and Peach Bellini. The drinks were strong and decorated beautifully. We finished every appetizer with a clean plate. The Entrees came and I have to say the Diver Scallops were the star of the show. 10/10 would recommend. The Dry Aged steak was the runner up, cooked to perfection but needed just a bit more salt and pepper for my taste. Now the Natural Chicken was okay; it was kind of dry and the grits beneath gave me a bit of a texture issue but, the flavor was there. We sent the Mac n Cheese back, it wasn't our absolute favorite. The only thing to be aware of is the restroom is OUTSIDE of the restaurant. The price point is about average for a decent steakhouse. I was very surprised to be eating such food inside of a casino. My family and I will be back for sure.

Yelp
We've eaten here many times. We start with the Caesar salad with the Parnassian crisp. So consistently good and fresh. I love the salmon. My husband goes for the short ribs (so-o-o good). The steaks are pricey but luscious and cooked to order. Service is attentive (ask for Tina) and unobtrusive. The restaurant is spacious, favors red, and tends to be chilly for me at least so I bring a sweater. We enjoy dining here.

Michael M.

Yelp
food was wonderful but the hostess was a bit rude this morning- telling us to wait - with no polite words. that could have been handled alot better. I won't be back for Any holiday events. you had your chance and blew it.

domenique m.

Yelp
Ok so i missed a few pics but this place is a definite YES. I took my mom here for her birthday weekend safe to say we enjoyed eating here three times in two days. The first day the French onion soup was salty the first day but the second day i got the real deal. This soup was amazing. All of the food was good yall. Like i didn't have anything i didn't enjoy here. That was my favorite thing had to be the soup. The first day we weren't offered bread just being honest. However i wasn't sad about it because we had so much food. The steak was cooked perfectly as well. If your in their casino please check this place out.

Yelp
My first experience was bridal shower luncheon in July of 22. Excellent in all ways. However, I am shocked at how far downhill my experience February 10th for an 85th birthday celebration. I'll keep this short, but not sweet. Within 30 minutes of arrival they took our drink order and brought bread baskets for the tables. Ok, great. An hour in, approx. 7:30 we had to ask would anyone be taking our order. They explained that the kitchen was short staffed so ..... ok, understood. No one checked in and by 8:30 one member of our party went to find the manager who apologized profusely and said it would be another 10 minutes. Ok. At 9:00 pm a few of our table left. Forgot to mention they did bring out the salads. Thw remaining 4 people finally threw in the towel. They had us pay for the 6 drinks. My frustration was not only the situation which may have been unavoidable however the lack of communication, manager not appear to apologize, no offer of gratuity or anything. Finally, yes, we were a party of 16, only 12 were still left by 8 pm and 6 left by 9. I asked our waiter Kane- very very nice by the way, why 4 other tables came and were served and left during our time, but he had no answer to that. I am very disappointed. And the night was ruined for the 85 year old guests of honor.

Yelp
Unexpected nice surprise on a random Wednesday night. Excellent service, manager came by to check on us and the food was good - definitely on par with all the other kop steakhouses. Very nice decor, too.

Kimmie A.

Yelp
I usually enjoy this restaurant, but after last nights dinner I don't really know. we were a party of 8 celebrating my aunts 70th bday. I believe there were 2 ribeyes and 1 NY strip requested all steaks well done. The problems started with cocktails then went on to dinner. One drink was to be a MahiTai it was brown in color and did not anything that even comes close taste. As for the steaks they were hard, and tough they weren't even seasoned. This was the worse experience at this restaurant that I've ever had. Thorough Diappointed. Kim

Yelp
Delicious, we have been here twice - gotten the wedge salad, 7 oz filet, horseradish cream sauce, crispy brussel sprouts - wow wow wow, just so good. In our experience you need to allow for two hours because the food takes a long time to come out but it is well worth the wait.

Alida B.

Yelp
The food was amazing. The service was great. Will definitely be back real soon. Nice atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. Went for Mother's Day and had a great time.

Deanna N.

Yelp
Everything here is incredible - juicy and full of flavor. They serve complimentary bread with an amazing honey butter. Every seafood item on the menu is to die for. It all tastes fresh and mouthwatering, leaving you wanting another bite.

Russ X.

Yelp
Eat here for dinner. Had the calamari, French onion soup and a salad. Started with the French onion soup and it was delightful. Tasted great with just the right amount of cheese. Went to the calamari and frankly - I was very disappointed. It was so salty I couldn't finish it. The waitress offered go get me something else but I felt bad since I ate half of it. The salad was just ok. The lettuce didn't have the crunch I expected - almost like the lettuce was a bit dated. Would I eat here again? I don't know. For the prices you're paying I expected better. In their defense, I think they just opened so maybe they need to get up to speed. The waitress was great - bring this from a 2 star review to a 3 star.

Steven C.

Yelp
My wife and I come here regularly often on Friday nights. We usually sit at the bar as the bartender "Nicky" is the best. Frankly the food is OK but the bar has such a great vibe we always feel welcome and love the vibe. We've eaten there a hundred times over the years and had 2 bad experiences-both times Nicky was out!

Thre T.

Yelp
Five star dining and service. Don't let the dated furniture and setting fool you, this is a five star dining experience. I came for a celebration. The host treated me with a box of fine Belgium chocolate truffles and sat my party immediately in a private booth. The staff treated us like kings. When the waiters brought our food, we had gotten up to go to the bathroom. When we returned our meals were gone. They had put it under lamps to keep it warm and brought it back as soon as we sat down again. Juan, our head waiter, was incredible! A class act all around. He offered us a selection of mouth watering specials, which we inevitably tried. The chef prepared each meal perfectly. The lobster tasted so sweet. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. The oysters were not briny, but perfect and shucked so nicely that they slid easily off the shell into my mouth. They were fresh and sweet-- perfect! I cannot rave about this restaurant enough. They played all our favorite holiday music. It was just the best dining experience and perfect for my graduation celebration. Thank you.

Joseph M.

Yelp
Had dinner last night, needed to send 2 steaks back under cooked then replacements were worst than the first.$60 for a steak think it could be done right. Stale bread, bothered by mosquitoes and Flys whole time and this was indoor! Manager never took time to even visit table.Dont waste your time! Go to Capitol grill, Eddie v's or Top cut never disappointed at these resturaunts. WE WONT BE BACK!!

Virginia B.

Yelp
Great service. From the hostess to my server, I was very happy with the way I was treated and taken care of. Not over the top, not in my business, just enough attention. I had a salad and burger. The salad tasted great, but a few rust spots on the lettuce is unacceptable for an $11 salad. Same with the burger. It appeared to be a frozen patty, it was so tiny and tasteless. The fries were the best part of the overly priced meal. Iced tea was fresh and tasted great. I probably wouldn't eat here again, but as others have said, the Tavern is closed for food so it's this or the food court.

Armando J.

Yelp
My kids took me here for Father's Day. Nice decor. Good mood. Our server was very nice. The Signature cocktails were not impressive. So, I had a smoked old fashioned, Makers Mark. Meh. Way too much ice. Not made in the traditional way. No cherry, no orange garnish, no large cube of ice. I had a signature cocktail afterwards, equally unimpressed. The bread came out and the sweet butter was fantastic! Then I found a hair in the bread basket. Found it in the basket in the napkin. We kind of blew that off. It happens. For appetizers we ordered the Spanish octopus and coconut shrimp, they were both good. I liked the char flavor of the Spanish octopus. Main course came and it was really good. Two of us had the lamb loin. Fantastic. The stuffed chicken was good, not as many mushrooms (if any) in the meal. My daughter was a little disappointed, but she liked it. the filet was delicious. Brussel sprouts where on point. Then we ordered desert drinks...there was a hair IN the whipped cream. WTH. Manager came over and offered a faint apology and wiped the bad drink from the bill. But really not too apologetic about the hair in our food. Really dismissive of the hair in the bread basket. Attitude of the server was so much more heartfelt than the manager. Because of the managers attitude, I'll not come back. Stars are for the food and our server.

Yelp
Wanted to give this place a try as hopefully a new favorite steakhouse in KOP. Fortunately, they have steak. Unfortunately, it is not a favorite, not even close especially for the price. Steak was ok, not the worst I have had, but for $58 I had much higher expectations. Soup was nothing to talk about. My wife's food was cool in temperature. Our Waitress was very nice and extremely hard working. Unfortunately, she was doing the part of waitress and buss person amongst others. For a restaurant portraying the caliber they do, one would expect about 3-4 staff to do what she was doing. Expected dress was dressy, but many in casual jeans and T-shirt's. Not necessarily a "nice" date out. For the price point and expectation try one of the other steak houses in KOP. If you are looking to save a few bucks, try one of the casual chains. This establishment has potential to be either a casual or fine dining; but needs to change their prices or step up their game.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service we received. We ordered the short rib and tiger shrimp tempura- BOTH amazing!! Yelp
We had dinner last night at the Steakhouse. Wow, everything was awesome. They bring warm bread with maple butter and regular butter to your table. We ate in the bar area at a hightop. Nikki is a great bartender and provides excellent service and suggestions. Also want to mention Veronica, the hostess, so nice and always has a smile on her face, and Phil the manager, Always is friendly and stops by and chats ( Good luck with that puppy)! Now to the food, my husband had the appetizer special, oysters on the half and I had a shrimp cocktail, Both were excellent. But the entrées, probably the best meal that we have ever had at the restaurant. My husband had The Veal Osso Buco, melted off the bone, and I had the halibut special, both were mouthwatering. Keep up the great work!

Adam M.

Yelp
The best time to go is on an "off" night (not Friday or Saturday). The food here is spectacular - perhaps the best tasting food at any restaurant I've ever been to. The steaks are incredibly flavorful and worth the money - they are expensive. Each time I go, it tastes even better. The shrimp, lobster, scallops, and steaks are juicy and mouthwatering. The staff is very friendly as well - they work hard. I drive about 45 minutes just to eat here - it's worth the drive!

Allen C.

Yelp
For a casino Steakhouse, it's pretty good. Love the Hostess here. I keep joking to my friends, I'm gonna ask her out. Way outta my league though....maybe. I bring a lot of my female friends here so she probably knows I'm just a "player"....at the casino too lol. Anyway back to the subject of the actual restaurant. Never had a bad meal here. Everything from the lamp chops to the filet mignon is awesome. Service has always been great. Btw I've been here like 6 times in the past 8 months. Highly recommend. I have pictures of the food I'll see if I can find them among the 12,000 pictures of food in my phone. In my phone or is it on my phone? Ugh lol.

sandy g.

Yelp
Unfortunately the food was over cooked and the service was extremely slow. The waitress was apologetic though.

Christopher D.

Yelp
Had the risotto crab cake and a dessert. All were quite tasty. Only thing is the risotto may have been filled with too much vegetables. Overall a nice hotel restaurant.

Jake C.

Yelp
Disappointed. Definitely not in the league of other high-end steakhouses. Food was mediocre and not worth the prices. No ambiance, felt more like eating in a hotel lobby, certainly not a romantic setting. Kind of felt this place wasn't going to meet expectations when my wife and I were seated and paper menus were placed in front us like place a place mat. We ordered the Tiger Shrimp Tempura ($14), Wedge Salad ($13), 16 oz Prime NY Strip ($49), 8 oz Lobster Tail ($50) with a side ordered loaded baked potato ($10). For the appetizer I was expecting butterflied tiger shrimp in a tempura batter, instead I received tempura battered rock shrimp. The shrimp was cooked nice and the portion was large but too much dressing made it soggy. Just not what I expected. The wedge lettuce was served very cold and was a large portion but was so overdressed that the dressing over powered the rest of the salad. I ordered the prime NY strip steak medium, unfortunately it was cooked medium-well. I have had prime steak in other top steakhouses that cut like butter. My steak was a somewhat tough and certainly did not cut like prime steak I had before. I asked the waiter if the steak was a prime cut. He said that's what it said on the menu but that they also serve choice cut. Just wondering if I received the prime cut. My steak came with chef's choice vegetables, carrot and squash. For the few pieces of vegetables served, may as well just not have included them. My wife enjoyed her lobster tail and said it was tender and her potato was o.k, although on the small side. We decided to skip dessert. Overall, I felt the steak and lobster were overpriced and the restaurant has no ambience.

Yelp
So, here on a business seminar for real estate...and decided to have steak for dinner... Have to say, the ribeye steak, bone in, was absolutely amazing and perfectly cooked... Butter, rich in flavor and just great succulent flavor. Also had the Oyster appetizer, that was good, not amazing, but good. Great presentation. As for dessert, I had the cannoli, that was not so good... Looked beautiful, but the flavor profile was not there...the cream had a lot of cinnamon AND orange tang to it, all the flavors just did not work together. The pistachio and chocolate nibs we're good for presentation. But, in my opinion, the orange zest along with cinnamon did not work. My friend had the creme brulee, which was absolutely amazing... Next time I am definitely ordering that. The flavor worked, it was done well...

Peter C.

Yelp
Wow, a casino steak house that's trashy...what do you know. Sad. Even a trump steak house is better. So I came here to a medical convention, yes, I was trapped. I mean, I could've taken an Uber or something but this was seemingly the place to go. So let's do this: The bar - a seemingly ok selection of liquor- I like chartreuse on the rocks and they had that. Speaks well. Wine list - a crazy 50% markup on EVERYTHING. I Like my wine but $19 a glass for the skunky stuff, please. Salad: Caesar...fielded that well Steak: 10 oz filet - $47 - really?!? The rare was, well kinda red but also kinda grainy. Frankly, Outback does it better. Yikes. So I sent it back. The manager came out and told me that that was rare and unless I wanted it cold, there was nothing more he could do. He questioned the fact that i wanted rare....cause i obviously didn't know. So I got it back, cold in the middle with a side of malice. I was hungry and it was food. But I will not come back and you would do better to get an UBER and find a local place that makes a steak worthy of your daily calorie budget. This was a rip off. On the plus side the wait staff was nice and obviously deferential to the fact their management was screening people. I tipped them well. Bottom line - BRING YOUR OWN FOOD, I'll not be back here.

Shanekah S.

Yelp
Covid Era: WARNING: THIS PLACE IS NOT A STEAKHOUSE (DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY). For starters they don't have a good menu and they are extremely pricey for nothing. We made reservations and was seated immediately when we got there. A minute late our waiter showed up give up water and 5 mins later someone brought out some warm bread. The bread was hard as a rock. I order a Ceasar Salad which took about 15-20 to get to the table, we had to keep asking the waiter when was it coming out. My husband ordered an 8oz Filet Mignon and I order the Shrimp Seafood Scampi and we order a 8oz Filet Mignon to go. We waited almost an hour and half to get our food. We had to get the manager involved, who tried to speed things up. As we where sitting, we seen others who can in after us get their food and than you seen a lot of bread go out. The bread man even came back to us to welcome us again with bread and he had to tell him that we been fitted andhe gave us bread already. Finally, our food came out the Filet looked more like a 3oz stick w/ 3 small pieces of carrots and the tasteless Shrimp Seafood which look like Scampi. When I seen the plate and the portions, I immediately said to the manager "this is what we have been waiting an hour and a half for, are you serious" he said nothing. He needs to fired, because I felt like he didn't service us properly either. The food sucked and it was tasteless, I could of went to Chick fila for a better dinner. I felt like the manager should have comp the whole meal because the experience was horrible but he end up make em pay for a Caesar salad and one of the filets. The restaurant wasn't even crowd and the waiter keep saying because of Covid and them closing this is how things are. Once they close their doors they should stay shut. I wouldn't refer my dog to this horrible, tasteless, non-service, incompetent, place they called a restaurant let along my cat. All this place is a SLAZY CASINO RESTAURANT.

Yelp
I've come to Revolution a few times now and have yet to leave a review until today. (It was probably because I was too busy being sad while waiting for my food after losing at the casino downstairs ). Every app or entree I've had here has been solid and I've literally tried everything from their soups, to the steaks to their scallops and side dishes! Today I was behaving and went the healthier route with the shrimp cocktail and salmon. The shrimp were freaking HUGE and worth the $16 price! The salmon was sooooo picturesque and packed with lots of flavor. It was prepared perfectly with a crispy skin and medium-well. The sauce was so good I was tempted to ask for a side of it because I thought I was gonna be licking the plate if I didn't (luckily I refrained from embarrassing myself and didn't lick the plate). The only reason I can't give the joint 5 stars is simply because it's a steakhouse and I have had better steaks elsewhere. I know I'll be back because I have to win my money back downstairs at poker , so, UNTIL NEXT TIME!

Jenn M.

Yelp
Decided to go to this restaurant last minute as we were at the nearby KOP mall. Even if reservations are available avoid. The ambiance is cheesy old school AC steakhouse. The food is sub par and for the prices, extremely overpriced. I have been to many steakhouses and this was by far the worst. Do not wast your time or money.

L C.

Yelp
Another typical dinner experience at Revolution Chop House in the Valley Forge Casino. Slow service and very overcooked food!

Armella G.

Yelp
Steak, salmon, and scallops were delicious! At first I thought the mashed potatoes and lobster mac would be bland; could not have been more wrong! To top it off, the service was wonderful! Thanks for being a part of a great Mother's Day weekend!

Yelp
1/4 Star would be way too much. I sat at the bar until the restaraunt opened at 5 pm, the hostess forgot about me and I asked a waiter to seat me. The deuce I was seated at was so uneven, rocking back and forth. The tonic and lime I ordered came to the table flat, I returned it, settling for tap water. The pan fried crab cake was so mediocre and nondescript, no lump pieces noted. Warm bread came to the table decently hot but made from frozen dough. The medium 14oz strip steak came lukewarm on a cold plate. Nice crust on the steak with too much salt, the rare steak would have been great if it was hot, ordered it medium as well. The baked potato was good but the butter never appeared for it. Not wanting to chance dessert I settled for coffee. The waiter placed a clean spoon on a dirty table right over a streak of butter. The coffee was left after two sips. It tasted as if the urn cleaner was mixed with the coffee. A steakhouse menu is relatively simple letting the food speak for itself. I could not hear a thing the food was saying. The waitress was super nice and the staff earnest, they just are not trained. Very unprofessional wait staff. Most could have been at McDonalds last week. Stay away unless you too are mediocre, this was my first and last.

Yelp
Went there for Thanksgiving Dinner 2018. The Turkey was cold and dry as a bone. Tasted awful. But, we were hungry and ate it. My wife and I were up all night. sick. Terrible food and way over priced. They need to get rid of everyone who cooks in the kitchen and hire NEW people / Chefs who can make a decent meal. Also, the manager on duty that day was totally useless and needs to be the first "to go". Mr. VF Management, are you listening ? And. whomever Aimee E. is , the person who responds to these postings, I'v been there for years and have never met her or seen her, maybe she should spend time in the restaurant. Unbelievable, They need to clean house ASAP

Yelp
We ate here while it was still under the LP Steak name to celebrate a birthday and then again in early November when it had changed to Revolution Chop House. We had a better experience while it was LP Steak. Our porterhouse steak was good but not great. It was cooked medium rare as requested. At $60 we had expected it to be a better quality. Lots of grizzle and not as much flavor as we had hoped. The salmon entree was good. Caesar salad also not as flavorful as we expected but it was fine. We felt the music that was playing loudly in the bar - just across from where we were seated for dinner was incongruous with the atmosphere. Also not a fan of numerous tv's blaring news and sports while I'm out to a nice dinner. We ordered a bottle of Nero d'Avola Cusamano to go with our dinner - generally about $11 in the wine shoppe - was $50 at LP Steak. Oh my! The chocolate cake we split for dessert was almost stale. Just not good. Obviously the restaurant had underlying issues by this point that presented themselves in the food. The staff was friendly and courteous but most of them were not well trained in fine dining. The second time we ate here it had already changed to Revolution Chop House. The french onion soup I had ordered was awful. I've had better french onion soup at local diners for a third of the price! The server and the bartender were literally chewing gum as they assisted guests. One of the servers ran by us whistling - yes he was running and yes he was whistling out loud. Typically I wouldn't care but after the horrific bowl of pseudo French Onion soup at the price they charge I started to notice that Revolution Chop still had not made an effort to properly train their staff. Sorry but if you are charging the prices you do people have an expectation - they are paying for that level of service, for that quality of food . . . charge it FINE but then DELIVER. We felt that they did not deliver either time we were there.

Yelp
Just an amazing meal!! Juan was a very cool server and pretty good at his job. Hostess Beth was just a fun person. Biggest honor goes to Chef Salina. She is absolutely a boss! It was a meal that I actually got sad when it was almost all gone!!

Yelp
Wish I could give a review on the food however we waited over an hour and no food was brought out. We were more disappointed in the lack of communication/ concern of the service than the fact that our food was not brought out timely. When after 60 minutes passed, we expressed this to the hostess who stated there was a hood fire and based on what we ordered , the prep time was effected. While that would be an understandable excuse, the fact that thise seated aftwr us were served within 20 minutes for similar entrees. We alsio waited 30 minutes for a room temperature salad with soggy croutons so the excuse given was not acceptable. Needless to say, we walked out and didnt have a meal to review on. An anniversary dinner and night out was wasted. Had the server or anyone communicate there was an issue perhaps we wouldn't have left but having to find out why the service was non existent and to have a non chalant response was the basis for us walking out.

Yelp
Great service! Above and beyond from everyone - the bartenders, hostess, food servers, waiter, even the bus boys were pleasant! The food was excellent. A wonderful surprise considering the surroundings. (The casino was okay, but the restaurant pushed it from three to four stars.) I highly recommend the jalapeño bacon to start, some caprese salad, the braised short ribs (delicious), and white chocolate bread pudding to wrap up. We had several things at the table, but those were the clear winners. A great place in a just okay hotel. :)

Yelp
Dan Hazlitt is my new favorite bartender. Great service, great care for his customers. Understands the art of pouring delicious cocktails.

Yelp
There was a party of 15 of us who dined at this restaurant on May 16th for a Birthday dinner! We were greeted so friendly when we walked into the restaurant. We had two servers, who were great but Luis was amazing, kind, patient and even recommended dishes if we weren't sure! The food was so delicious! My husband got the filet and he said it cut like butter. I received the shrimp scampi and it was amazing and wasn't very garlicky! We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this restaurant! As for the Luis and you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
I have dined here when it was LP Steakhouse and it was good, but a little too pretentious for what it was. The service was good and the food was decent, but the layout represented something you should find on Market Street, not in a private casino in Valley Forge. Revolution Chop House has a little less of a stuffy feel but still has the same great food and much better service. Typically I order the filet when I go and it is fantastic. The cut, the flavor and the temperature is always consistent. The Brussels with bacon have been the best I have tried in the area. The last time I was fortunate enough to dine here I switched it up and ordered the chicken parmigiana. It took everything in me not to order the steak, but I saw someone else order the chicken parmigiana and it looked too good not to try, and I am glad I did. Just like the rest of the food it was wonderful. Trimmed perfectly and pounded to a nice thin filet before breading it. The sauce wasn't overly sweet and the cheese was fresh mozzarella. The service is also incredible. One of the simple tasks that is often overlooked is asking the table if they need anything else. Whether you're the server or busser, it only takes a second to ask and pass along the message. This place pulls that off flawlessly. I have yet to dine here and not have a manager stop at the table (multiple times) to make sure everything is up to par. I was there for an unfortunate event that occurred last year. The young gentlemen who was managing the restaurant at the time handled it with urgency, professionalism and concern. There is no food & beverage training that could have possibly prepared him for what had happened, but the gentlemen, along with his entire staff handled it properly and made all the customers in the restaurant as comfortable as they could be that night. This is a higher end steakhouse in a suburban casino. That being said, yes, it is pricey, but you get what you pay for. If this place was in Philadelphia or NJ the prices wouldn't be high at all.

Yelp
We have not returned to the RCH since my review. The only reason for this update is to let people know how corporate can really drop the ball. When I posted the review, I received a quick response from RCH. They wanted my contact information and said that someone would reach out to me. Two weeks later: still waiting. I mean, REALLY????

Yelp
Horrible customer service. Who doesn't take walk-ins on a Saturday night when there are dozens of open tables??? Was early for our reservation and would not be seated. We asked -what if we had just walked in? The MANAGER told me they don't take walk ins. What a joke.
