Awesome time at Revolver with chef Meiko Krishok and her team! A fun space, cool neighborhood and a great concept. Changing weekly schedule of chefs doing pop-ups, BYOB and family style seating makes for a really engaging evening. Veg-forward food and style, great conversations. I'd go back in a heart beat!

Our first visit was hit and miss. Each course was good and well composed in itself, but the combination was disjointed. Opening mushroom tart was tasty, but thin and dry. Smoked beef ribs and Manoomin followed, out of menu order. Both were highlights but not so together. Spaghetti squash followed but better with the beef. Lemon bar with passion fruit was a great finish. Chef's sourcing of foods and her ingredients were terrific and to be applauded. Will return for another try and another menu. Great to be able to BYOB.

I absolutely love the communal seating. The conversation between the six of us was one of the best I have been part of in YEARS... There were 5 delicious courses of the best Vegan food I have ever tasted and it was probably the best date I have had, ever...! Totally in love with this place. The service was amazing, the Chef was on point and the owners are extremely personable. Five stars most definitely..!!

I have been to (revolver) several times and thoroughly enjoyed each experience. The communal seating is great and the waitstaff is friendly and gracious. It is a wonderful (though somewhat pricey) way to experiment with varied cuisines. The chef commentaries and table visits add a particularly personal touch.

Amazing dinner experience. We went on a Sunday for the Moroccan dinner which was sold out. It was great the servers were super nice and fast. It is a BYOB which I did not know but will remember for next time. They provide wine glasses and openers you just bring the wine no cork fee. I suggest signing up for their newsletter so that you know what chef is in town that weekend cooking. It is a set menu and price which I love.

Accolades! Chef Byron, the staff & food were all awesome. Highly recommend for any occasion. Bring your own wine and they graciously do all the rest! Food was extremely flavorful and looked beautiful! The staff was so attentive. Park in the municipal lot if all street spots are taken. Great experience.

One of my favorite restaurants. Always something interesting and new to try. You get to meet chefs from around the world, with a strong Detroit focus. The owner is awesome, and the wait staff is professional and courteous. Highly recommend trying multiple times!

Don't shoot yourself in the foot on this one by missing out. Find out which great chef is next to be chambered. Great space where you can meet new foodie friends. Expect high caliber food and service. You won't be disappointed unless you forget to bring your own adult beverage. Suggested pairings to bring are provided.
