"Revolver Taco Lounge, once of the metroplex’s most-lauded taqueria’s, has abruptly shuttered its location at Sundance Square in Fort Worth, CultureMap reports. The restaurant, at 156 West Fourth Street, had opened just two months ago. A post to the Fort Worth Foodies Facebook page apparently first noted the closure, saying that the doors of the location were chained and that the address was no longer listed on Revolver’s website. According to the CultureMap story, staffing issues were partly to blame for the closure. Revolver, which is known for its elevated tacos and chef Regino Rojas’s insistence on authenticity, still has two locations — one in Deep Ellum and one at the Exchange Food Hall." - Brittanie Shey

My new favorites restaurant at Sundance Square. It’s a Mexico City dining experience. The atmosphere is stylish and comfortable. Excellent service. Drinks are unique. Tip: they have a taco sampling platter (not on the menu) that was ideal for our group of 12. My fav is the octopus taco — very flavorful. The tres leches cake in the picture is excellent. It’s not as pudding-like as some places but excellent.

Great food. Great environment. Great staff. Great location if you are walking around downtown. The portions were a little on the small side.

The food was okay. I can understand it's fine dining, but no need to loose the actual Mexican touch. No chips and salsa, no chicken on the menu? The Pato was salty .Simple fountain drinks are being offered in cans and not even in glasses. Cost of a diet coke can is 3$. Prices are high!. The overall experience was mehh.

Not recommended at all. Extremely overpriced and petty portions. The flavor of the ceviche was good but for $28, the portion it was ridiculously small. The tacos are small and overpriced as well. Staff is friendly but that doesn’t compensate for the extremely high prices for such small portions.

Pedro was great. No chips and salsa, the manager said because chips and salsa aren’t “authentic”. BRING BACK THE CHIPS AND SALSA. Birria tacos not authentic. Soooo over priced. $10 per a taco and no rice and beans when I could go to a taqueria and get an authentic birria taco for probably $3/taco

Food was okay but all 6 of us agreed not worth going again for the price. Not a family friendly place. No chips & hot sauce or kid’s menu. We live downtown but sad to say we won’t be back.

Food was pretty good, very over priced and not enough vegetarian friendly options. Our server was good but not attentive enough, seemed like she was the only server in the restaurant. We were there for 2 hours and only got two drink orders in.

The service was very bad and the food was also tasteless. We came to the same Taco place an year and I think the old one closed. The old one was so delicious and we mistakenly came here. Finally it was a huge mistake, taste was bad, very expensive and the waiter was very rude.
