On the Grid : RH Atlanta, The Gallery at The Estate in Buckhead

"Let’s pretend this Restoration Hardware—the biggest RH in the goddamned world—is not a gigantic retail scam but a rambling six-story boutique hotel made for us, because that’s exactly what it looks like. Let’s enter off Peachtree and carry our fake Gucci bags through the high lobby and gawk at the well-mannered furniture and avoid eye contact with the “hotel employees” and go room to room, trying out the couches and beds made just for us, climbing the stairs to the next floor, and the next, thumbing through the incredibly thick RH catalogs and dreaming of a richer life where one would actually buy their child a bed like that, nodding hello to other “hotel guests,” until we step out on the top-floor balcony with its cool lounge furniture and unimpeded views of Atlanta progress, the milky sky coloring to deep orange as the sun sets, sipping from our whiskey flask, sipping more, deciding it’s time to recite aloud a little Dickey: “First in the heart Of my blind spot are The Buckhead Boys. If I can find them, even one, I’m home. And if I can find him catch him in or around Buckhead, I’ll never die” Until we are asked to please leave the store." - Office of Brothers

Excellent customer service especially Atanasia Jackson- she went above and beyond helping us through multiple transactions. She was always very responsive, gave her expert opinion and so helpful making complex design decisions. Highly recommend!!

Wow, what amazing service from Atanasia at RH in Buckhead! A plus service! If you need any help or any recommendations for lighting in your home or office, please go see her. She has been absolutely fantastic to work with!

Wanted to call out Annat Maurya for his design consultation expertise. What I liked was that there was no "rush." He did a virtual consultation and walk through, collected floor plans and visuals, and then called us in for an in-person consultation on the lighting choices. As it turns out, the choices were excellent! Really added a lot of character to the home. RH does have excellent lighting selections and we are happy that we came to the right place.

What began as a simple bedroom refresh has blossomed into a comprehensive home transformation. We were fortunate to collaborate with Dalvin, whose design expertise and keen eye for detail have left an indelible mark on our home. Dalvin embodies the Restoration Hardware ethos, seamlessly blending timeless elegance with contemporary flair. His thoughtful and meticulous approach took our initial inspiration and turned it into a sophisticated reality, guiding us through the intricacies of interior design with grace and patience. Each room he crafted is a testament to his artistry, teaching us the subtleties of design while infusing every space with luxurious comfort. We have many more pieces on the way and I cannot wait to see the final results. The sensation of walking into our home and falling in love anew each day is unparalleled, and it is all thanks to Dalvin's exceptional vision and RH's exquisite offerings. Thank you, Restoration Hardware, for imbuing our home with purpose and unparalleled beauty.

My mom and I came in last week to shop for bedroom lighting and everything was absolutely gorgeous. We were helped by a tall blonde who I think was named Ellen. She was incredibly courteous and listened to all our needs with great care. I was blown away by the customer service and really left with a great attitude. I’m excited to work with her in the future.

Atanasia is absolutely the best!! I have been working with her for years. On at least 6 projects of mine. She is the best responder. So pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend!! ♥️

Yelp
The associate team leader was too busy applying for a job at Pottery Barn to help me.

Yelp
The store is palatial and an experience in itself. A quick breeze through all 6 levels will take half an hour. If you're thoroughly shopping it will take over an hour, at least. Upon entering the grand entrance, I was greeted by a very kind associate and everyone who worked there was kind without being pushy in the slightest. I loved the furniture displays and design inspiration. The cloud sofa is truly like sitting on a cloud. Gorgeous!

Yelp
6 floors of furniture ... black, gray, and white. Twin, queen, king, cribs. Modern, industrial, provides lighting ideas.

Yelp
We ordered a dining table that was supposed to be delivered via "white glove delivery." The deliverymen came last weekend and dropped a corner of the table top on our wooden floor right in front of me. They didn't say a word about the damage to the floor or table until I pointed it out. We had to send both back, and I immediately contacted customer service about our floor with photos. I have yet to receive a response despite spending thousands of dollars here and their use of untrained deliverymen. Don't bother ordering from here.

Yelp
We are moving to Atlanta this summer. I've been working with Annat. I cannot say enough good things about Annat. He is right on in every suggestion he has made. He is familiar with all the brand, and he is able to understand your personal style and make suggestions.

Yelp
I went in with an open mind upon the recommendation on "The Cloud" sofa product from a friend. What follows is a disappointing experience at a price point that should've been better. a LOT better. The store itself takes itself very seriously--which makes sense since the products are obviously high-end and quite lovely to look at. After wandering around the store trying to find someone to help me, I finally got someone and ordered a sectional product from a seemingly frazzled associated. Cut to the day of delivery and one part of the two-piece sofa was off by about 19" or so. Totally and completely unworkable for the space. I called immediately and reported it, and then promptly sent in photos and supporting documentation. (Luckily I kept a screen grab of my measurements otherwise I'd have no way to prove that my initial measurements were correct. Make SURE you do this to back up any purchase you make.) What followed was a truly Twilight Zone experience of corporate customer relations that was inconsistent and not at all in keeping with the price point of an $8K sectional. One person told me I could have a full refund; the other gave me a loosely collected nonsense e-mail stating I could be credited back 50% of my original purchase price. Two customer care people with two drastically different solutions. I didn't hear back from phone calls and e-mails, so I called corporate again today and verified that I could return the entire order for a full refund within 6 months. Shouldn't have to take all this effort, to be honest. I will definitely be returning and finding another product that has the right service behind it. UPDATE: after 1 no-show for the first return pick-up they finally came and got it. RH refunded me *my deposit* (about 1/3) and that was it for about a week. I had to call them and help the phone support person do addition/math that completed the refund. no way I'll ever shop here again. proceed with caution.

Yelp
I feel like I just died and went to heaven. Because I just walked into Restoration Hardware and I REFUSE to leave. I can't comment on the purchase experience because non-factory outlet RH is quite a bit out of my budget right now (yay, mortgage and car payments). But omg just wandering these floors brings me such pure joy and such torturous pain. I can look and touch... But cannot buy. I could spend hours wandering these halls. Every room is another sensuous sigh of pleasure as the leather chairs engulf you in their arms. My favorite part of the entire building and store is the rooftop. Outside, you're privy to the view of all of Buckhead and glimpses of every neighborhood of metro Atlanta (well, I could only recognize Midtown/Downtown and Sandy Springs). This view trumps every rooftop bar in Buckhead, if not also Midtown, hands down. I hope one day I can get married here. If that's even a plausible option. That being said, one day I'll come back and buy a couch or linens or a table. Why? Because, RH. That's reason enough.

Yelp
Wow. This was the most ridiculous showroom ever. Think of it as an upscale Rooms to Go. Granimals for adults who cannot decorate. The rooms were sterile, and identical. Each bedroom had the same set up different theme. You have a small space? Shop on the 4th floor where all the chairs look like they are for a small child. My husband is 6'1 his right foot would not fit in one of the accent chairs. The only person that touched us (I don't mean physically) was the greeter. I have a feeling we were ignored because we were in shorts. This ostentatious showroom with its over priced furniture is a must miss. The sales staff needs a class on customer service.

Tanya L.

Yelp
It's been a long time since I have experienced such an exceptional level of customer service. Jose the general manager and one of his team members Jezel were extraordinary. They were knowledgable about the furnishings, the quality, style, and after home care. They exercised patience while my spouse and I made a variety of choices regarding our great room, family area and living room furnishings. They made us customers for life! I encourage those who are looking for fine furnishings and great customer service, please visit the RH Atlanta, Gallery you'll be happy you did. T.M.Lewis

Yelp
To be honest, the 4 stars are purely for the "experience" of this RH location. It's a huge 4-5 story building with lots and lots of beautifully staged furniture. It's a cool place to just walk through and check out. If you can afford the stuff they sell here then good for you.... if not then maybe you can jot down some decor ideas.

Constance J.

Yelp
RH has some beautiful furniture and decor items but every staff member in there is weird and rude as hell. I have been a customer for the last 10 years and the customer service has went to shit. Anything I buy will be from online and not in store. RH Atlanta is not what it use to be and it's every evident that people don't want to work and do their job anymore.

Yelp
This review is going to be short because there aren't enough words to express how much I love RH!!!! Just go and experience this location!!! Make sure you go up to the roof!!!

Clare H.

Yelp
Ordered in October and spent over $13,000 on dining set & rug, marble table was delivered marked and dull and before replacing we're going to try some kind of buffing etc, RH sales lady put in a work order in November and despite going in to remind her AND calling customer service still nothing? I love their furniture but poor customer service has definitely put me off shopping for the rest of our new home! I'll definitely go elsewhere to spend our heard earned $$$

Yelp
Wonderful experience. There is no 'forced' valet parking, though it is an option. I parked less than a block away on the street. Was greeted as soon as I walked in, and was directed to where I wanted to go. A sales associate met me on that floor and answered all my questions. There was no pressure to buy. If you are looking for nice furniture with a lot of choices, this is it. Would highly recommend. My sales persons name was Sarah. She was great.
google avatar

Mikaela Z.

Yelp
The customer service that I have received from Alla (sp?) on two separate occasions is enough to make me a huge fan. She made me feel like I was the most important person in the store. The facility itself is gorgeous, there is no denying that. The staff is friendly and there are lots of people around to help. My only complaint is with the selection in the baby section. They don't have the greatest variety of samples on the floor. For example, they have a TON of stuff in petal. All different styles, bedding, curtains, etc. BUT, not a SINGLE thing in silver mist. Except for like a 2x2 inch swatch of fabric. I think it would help them sell a greater variety if they would at least have SOMETHING in every color for people to see.

Yelp
What a disappointment! If you're looking for a beautiful space to walk around then this is the place to go. There's no doubt that the space is beautiful and well designed. If you're looking for a great customer experience this is not the place to go. We went fully prepared and ready to buy a sofa. Once we expressed interest we were told to wait for someone to help us. After nearly 15 minutes of waiting we started walking around and randomly found a sales person. She passed us off to another sales person...obviously not too interested in helping us. The sales person stood with an iPad and simply showed us stuff on their website. I could have done this at home without the drive and long wait. We wanted her help with fabric choices and she wasn't able to offer any solutions. She had no opinions or insight in this process. After being in the store for over an hour we finally chose a sofa and fabric and were THEN informed that it would take 4-5 months to receive our sofa. The model of this store is that you come in to experience their products but can't actually walk out the door with anything. This would imply that the customer service experience is legendary and makes coming in worth the time. This is an epic fail on their part. They lost us as customers that day!

Yelp
We came to this location for the first time. Such a beautiful place! Until our first encounter with the bald male sales rep downstairs at the entry. We've bought our couch from restoration and our dining room table but today we came to make a return.. he said to us "um, I don't have time for you right now.." and turned a way to deal with two older ladies being beyond tasteless to us as customers. The older ladies were even shocked. He didn't point us in any direction, or intro us to another team member. Working in customer service in my NY days, I was completely speechless. Such a disgrace to the business and way to make a first impression.. bro, maybe you should think about working in the storage room where you don't deal with people.

Yelp
Great furniture for $$$$, HORRIBLE execution of delivery and Customer Service. Damaged furniture arrived- 4/3 Replacement furniture arrived- 4/10; delivery guys said was too heavy to lift; they said they will call to reschedule No one contacted me for rescheduling for 2 weeks 4/24 - I call and the guy said "will do you a favor" and start scheduling process again; someone will call by Tuesday. No one called me. 4/29 - I call again, the said "so sorry"; here's your new date for 5/1. 5/1 - no one shows up; I call and they inform me it was never scheduled.... UGH! New date 5/7 (wish me luck). Imagine if my boss wasn't understanding and I lost days of work!

Yelp
We just moved into our first house and had little in the way of furniture. RH offers a interior design service at no charge, with the highest trained expert interior designers. We were fortunate to have their interior designer Sara Whitt lead our large project (had to furnish the entire home). After spending time reviewing our favorite design inspiration photos and talking to my husband and I about design inspirations we love, she immediately grasped exactly the look we love. She designed our entire home and morphed the space into our dream home, which I was not even aware our space was capable of. She is truly exceptional. She was always available, worked tirelessly throughout the holidays, made us feel like part of the team, worked so hard and was so clever to be able to stay within our budget. Her enthusiasm, love and passion for interior design are contagious. She was so fun to work with. We will forever love RH not only due to the gorgeous furniture, but also because of our experience with Sara and for what she was able to do for us.

Yelp
Went into RH yesterday with my husband. Greeted by valet workers with masks on their chin so I assumed rules were pretty lax, boy was I wrong! Bombarded at the door by salesperson demanding we put one on. She gave us one and we went to put it on. I then proceeded to pull up the bed I was shopping for on my phone to ask her where I could locate it. Security guard then demands that I am not putting it on fast enough and it's not covering my nose high enough. Already annoyed and 5 minutes into our experience. He then lurked behind every corner hovering over us. We made it up to 6th floor after looking around a while. Had the floor to ourselves with no one in sight. I was talking to my husband and readjusted my mask, employee comes walking by demanding yet again I was not wearing it high enough on my nose. NEVER ONCE ASKED if we needed help purchasing furniture!! We walked in prepared to spend $$$ and they are way too concerned about full compliance to ridiculous Covid rules than actually helping you purchase furniture. Horrible experience.

Yelp
Walked in and was "pointed" upstairs to the goods we were looking for. Found, on our own what we wanted but no one around to help. Went to look for service and found none. The person providing service to another couple would not look at us. Let the store and won't be back. Saved me a lot of money.

Mitzie S.

Yelp
Andrea Jones and Rachel Hill are responsible for me NEVER shopping anywhere else in Atlanta. Their helpfulness on a recent issue involving exchanging chairs and cushions was more than helpful. They made the whole process much easier than I could have imagined. We have purchased an entire houseful of furniture from this store and have not been disappointed. All items have been beautiful, delivery and set up was a breeze. This is a great example of "you get what you pay for". Highly recommend this store!

Jane M.

Yelp
Poor quality for high prices! Plus what a waste of money mailing this amount of random advertising ! It's a travesty to do this. It's so heavy my recycle bin weighs a ton. They have to compromise quality and overcharge to be able to market this way. Ridiculous!

Yelp
This has been far yet my best experience ever shopping at RH. I worked with Design Consultant, Atanasia Jackson and all I can say is amazing-she provided exemplary customer service, had great design ideas and was extremely professional. She responded to my emails promptly, answered my many questions, returned my calls at the promised time and was patient during the entire process. I've shopped at RH for years but I'd say that this has been my best experience that I've encountered thus far. Because of Mrs. Jackson, she and RH has a customer for life. RH well done, you've surely an asset in Mrs. Atanasia Jackson, cherish her. Superb!!!

Grace M.

Yelp
Have been in the store twice. First time no one even acknowledged my presence. Second time I had to park in a vacant lot because I didn't want to valet. Once inside I wanted to buy some swatches. We're in the middle of my transaction and the clerk continued walking away to help his coworker. Very rude. I left. I love to shop in athletic wear just to see how I'm treated. Big mistake RH.

Yelp
I generally like Restoration Hardware(not their furniture, too contemporary, but their plumbing and lighting), but this place is a disappointment. It is a new concept with a huge building, the place is from the untrained eye, impressive. If you pay attention though, their product offering is very limited, mostly each floor contains the same things as the other ones. Online, there are tons of options, but they build a 7 story building to only fill a regular sized store with the same thing, over and over. I have give them several chances, a while back I went to look at their pillows, which I decided to pass at the time. I was unsure of them since I couldn't find enough reviews of them. I finally decided to buy them a few months later and they no longer carry them in store.......... What is carried there? The sales people are either rude or nonexistent, rude when you walk in and unable to be found anywhere else in the building...they should invest in better HR.

Yelp
Quality nice stuff. Good to see the items in person setup in actual space. However, NOONE was helpful. I was prepared to spend a lot on drapes, new hardware and 2 chairs. After, walking around for 45 min I gave up and left and bought what I needed on Crate and Barrel.

Frank M.

Yelp
My wife and I have had the most wonderful experience at Restoration Hardware in Buckhead. Our designer, Eric Mathews, was absolutely fabulous - professional and creative - while helping us design several rooms. Not only was Eric punctual for our meetings, he was very prepared at each meeting, and truly listened to our thoughts and tastes, helping us create really beautiful rooms for our new home. From the moment that we walked into the store, everyone was friendly and helpful, while also letting us browse and get a feel for what we wanted to recreate in our home. I cannot say enough positive words for the store itself and our designer, and do not see how our experience could have been any better. It was truly excellent. Job well done Restoration Hardware - we are happy, satisfied customers!

Yelp
Great quality furniture with even better customer service. Great showroom in Atlanta.

Yelp
The environment was a great experience, the Custer service aspect was the icing on the cake. I spoke with one of the leaders, his name was Jamir and he made sure that we had all the information that we needed and answered all the questions we had. Also the associates on the floor where very knowledgeable about the product.

H H.

Yelp
I love that this location is close to me! The staff are always kind and helpful and offering to go the extra mile. The parking is generous and the location is HUGE. I have only found a small number of items that this location doesn't have in store. Highly recommend for all of your furniture needs.

Catherine H.

Yelp
I had an excellent experience here. I did not valet (parked myself in the back) and was greeted at the front door as soon as I walked in by a very friendly employee. He directed me to the floor where I needed to go (cabinet hardware) and called another sales person (Michael) to meet me there, who was just as friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions, looked up things online and even showed me some other options for hardware sizes that RH didn't have. He also took me to another floor to look at other items; he even measured some of the light fixtures because we were trying to figure out some sizes. I never felt rushed and when I needed help placing my order online (from home) a little later in the day, I called the store and was put through to Michael very quickly. He helped me with my order and could not have been nicer. To be honest, I was expecting a pretty bad experience based on some of the reviews I'd read, but I was very pleasantly surprised!
google avatar

Yelp
Forced valet parking?!? Get over yourselves. I tried to shop your actual store front for window treatments. I guess I'll but elsewhere...online.

Ivo H.

Yelp
I purchase a cloud sofa and the down pillows do not hold their shape even after one day of sitting. This sofa was very expensive and I am completely dissatisfied with the quality and performance. Now they want to charge me another $1400 to replace the cushions to something more durable. This is. Outrageous. I would consider twice before purchasing products from here. The customer service for any defects or problems is horrendous

Yelp
My husband and I just moved into our first home and were in the market for quite a bit of furniture. We shopped around at many places but settled on RH with no regrets. Obviously the Atlanta showroom is stunning and the quality is great, but also customer service does not disappointment. We were assigned a designer to help us with our order (Atanasia) who worked tirelessly with us via email, text, and phone call even while the store was closed during COVID to make sure our master bedroom was exactly what we envisioned. She truly went above and beyond to make sure the order we placed met our *exact* needs. I work odd hours but Atanasia was so consistent with communications no matter what time or day I reached out to her with questions, and it was clear that our satisfaction was her priority. Thank you Atanasia for helping us with our dream bedroom -- we are so happy!!! Start to finish our experience with RH and Atanasia was above and beyond what I've had with other competitors like Ethan Allen or Frontgate, and we will 100% be a repeat customer.

Yelp
A special Thank You to Ms. Laura Owens for showing me around this absolutely breathtaking store! I will be making several purchases with her assistance. This store is immaculate with lots of eye candy, and everything you've ever wanted in a home.

Yelp
I am and have been a fan of Restoration Hardware for like... ever. I first discovered them when I lived in New York. I have driven and walked past the Buckhead location many times, always meaning to go check it out but today was the first day. I looked over the other reviews here, and generally I agree. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service in Atlanta has pretty much been shi##y across the board. I don't get it. The store is beautiful. Like a museum for those of us who love interiors. I don't have kids and was going to skip past the kids floor, but it was so stunning I spent about 20 minutes looking around. I did not realize that entire building of seven floors was all RH. Going up all of those stairs is quite the work out, in addition to touring the showroom. Good exercise. I don't really understand the estate garden rooftop park and conservatory. At first I thought it was a restaurant or something which would be awesome but it's not. Do people just come and sit around at RH here? I'm so confused. It seems like such a waste of a beautiful space. I asked what the outdoor part was and the woman said it was just outdoor furniture. Hmm. It seems so excessive because all of the outdoor furniture looked like the same thing after a few pieces. Also when I was looking out the door to the outdoor area that I thought was a restaurant (or bar or something) I noticed valet parking. I live down the street so I walked, but I remember thinking why in the heck would RH need valet parking? This isn't walmart, why is the parking lot so big? I doubt the store is ever crowded enough to warrant that large empty parking lot or valet. Whatha... It seems so Atlanta/Buckhead to me to be all showy on the outside, and then just lacking. Pretentious is a good word. For no reason. In New York places like this pride themselves on service, in Atlanta service is just not a thing here. People go out of their way to be rude it seems. Anyhow, it is a beautiful store and worth going to check out if you love interior design, or you're thinking about ordering something and want to see it in person. Beyond that, I would probably just order anything online. I do hope they add the restaurant here though, it seems like it would bring in so much more business.

Susan H.

Yelp
Thought RH was supposed to be this premiere store with above quality furniture. Stools I ordered online that were supposed to be wood, felt and looked like plastic. Turned them over and saw a made in China sticker ? Return process was as weird as it gets. Delivery Truck comes out with another guy in a car following them. They all get out and the guy in the car comes over with a writing tablet and proceeds to come up to me - no introduction, had to ask him who he was. Said he was following the delivery crew - he just stood there - looking at me while I explained to him that I was returning the stools because they looked like outdoor furniture & plastic. He says.." well, I know they're wood." Really really weird and unprofessional- While they did take back the stools and provide me with the others I chose, I will take my business elsewhere. Too weird and creepy to be paying this much $$$!

Stacey G.

Yelp
Way over priced for the quality. There are a lot of other places with much better furniture. Don't waste your time. You have to be a member to talk to a designer who is sitting around doing nothing and they are very rude if you are not a member. But they are happy to auto charge you every year for membership whether you buy something or not.

K And G P.

Yelp
My husband and I needed a new dining table so we headed to RH. Luckily the first person we met was Annat. I am a horrible decision maker and even worse at decorating. Annat was patient and guided us through the decision making process. When I showed him a photo of our living room and asked for suggestions to update the look, he made great suggestions and so far, we have taken all of his advice. Annat has been responsive to all of our questions and has been a tremendous help to us. Everyone at RH has been wonderful, but we're especially grateful to Annat! Everything looks amazing and we feel like we have a whole new house. He is thoughtful and kind and worked very hard to help us achieve everything we wanted.

linda s.

Yelp
They got too proud of themselves...what happened to going into RH and picking up what you want? Everything has to be ordered? Even bath mats? Really? After I was told I had to valet park, I walked into the store and was directed to the bathroom department, and from there never saw anyone, never got any help. No one was even on the first floor to offer any help or ask if I found everything I needed on my way out. To which I would have said no.

Yelp
RH - are you paying attention to these reviews? I was going to shop in your store for new dining room and living room furniture until I read these comments. Poor service in store and on-line means I will be going elsewhere.

Yelp
Mixed on the review...we've all become so focused on their style and in all honesty their quality, its hard to be more pertinent on my rating. As far as product, quality, style, etc I would have to give them a 5 1/2 STARS ****+ Altho, I'm getting a bit tired of the "greighs" Isn't it time again for a bit of color? Anyway...my poor rating is really on the staff. Most seem a bit posh...like we should be thankful for them helping us??? I am the customer, I am spending $$, I am in essence paying your salary. Their basic knowledge is quite limited, take away the electronics and they (most) are clueless. I miss the enthusiasm, knowledge, and pride in product and company. The Buckhead group (most) are just happy to be hanging out in Buckhead. The valet guys are the most positive group here, as far as pleasant, smiling, people kind of people. I recommend the manager do a special course on attitude. I also had multiple and widely conflicting information from 2 phone contacts and in store with 3 different sales people...needed to ask for check and double check on the products I wanted. Its not even the holiday rush??? Whats up folks!

Yelp
Michael Talbot is the absolute best! I came in with a potential problem and he helped me sort it out in no time. Excellent design Eye and excellent customer service! Can't say enough about him

Yelp
Soooo frustrating. There is no point to going to the store. They have 6 floors, yet most of it is filled with duplicates of the same thing, so the sales people (if you can find one) just pull up the website to show you what it looks like! I just don't understand. So frustrating.

Yelp
I love the style of Restoration Hardware. I have 2 homes, both is which I've bought many pieces for. I popped in today which I usually never do. My designer goes for me. I had the worst shopping experience of my life. Every female in the store was beyond snobby. The men were great! While there, a poor sales lady got her finger stuck in a ladder while trying to show me a large rug. She was screaming in pain. I and my nanny along with my 5 year old daughter attempted to help her but we needed a screwdriver to try to open the ladder pinching her finger. There was one sales lady on the phone with a client who never PUT THE PHONE DOWN!! She ignored us when we yelled for help. I ran into the hall and was met by a pregnant lady also on her phone and said we need help now. She didn't move except to reply "ma'am we're working on it". Finally a nice manager came with a credit card (as the sharp end of my cell phone charger was not small enough) and got her finger out with a credit card. The ladies on floor 2 may have just as rather gone to lunch than help their fellow employee not lose her finger. So that was that. Will never return.

Yelp
While this 'store' is beautiful and the staff was friendly, I left feeling disappointed. I put store in quotes because it really felt like nothing was for sale; it just seemed like a big showroom. At least in the old location you could pull something off the shelf and buy it... I would have purchased some candles but the ones on the floor were all scratched and kind of dirty. Some of the things that I liked were marked 'for display only'. Meh. I'll just stick to the website.

Yelp
I usually don't write reviews, but my recent experience at Restoration Hardware compels me to do so. I wanted to look at some bar stools I had seen online, and after realizing this store, which I had many happy experiences with at Lenox Square, had moved, I made the trip down Peachtree to their new behemoth. Looks like a fortress and contains maybe 4 stories of furniture, all of which is of the massive variety one might find in a castle. I don't believe a single piece would have fit the proportions of my small-ish house. And the bar stools? I never saw any. One associate said she thought there might be a few on the upper floor. Of the next two associates I spoke with, one said "you are the second person today looking for bar stools." When I voiced disappointment, the other said "I have worked here 8 years and we have never had bar stools in the store." Unless you plan to furnish a mansion, don't bother.

Yelp
We had a wonderful experience after being advised by Eric Mathew and Madelyn Harlan. They are extremely professionals and helped us tremendously. Five stars Plus!!!! Congratulations!

Yelp
why does this place have a valet? while he's the only humble person working in that whole place, it wasn't really needed -- just exudes pretension. Also, how about making it easy to find help in that maze of a place? By the time I was able to find someone (emphasis on find), I was too annoyed to even describe what I wanted.
