Tried RH BBQ in Rowland Heights for their $34.99 lunch special. Amazing side dishes, steamed egg, miso soup, and cheesy corn. The marinated short ribs, brisket, pork belly, and baby octopus were fresh and tender. Finished with ice cream—super satisfying! Great service and value, highly recommend!

Came here for dinner The food was great, fresh meat, good flavors, and solid portions. But honestly, what stood out the most was our server Aaron. He was super friendly, super attentive, and just made the whole night better. Kept checking in without being annoying and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re coming here, ask for Aaron. He made it feel like more than just dinner. Definitely coming back.

Korean BBQ, all you can eat. All the staff were very quick and enthusiastic. We ordered different types of meat, and the quality was quite good. However, eating too much BBQ can feel very greasy. The complimentary Korean side dishes, especially the kimchi, helped balance the richness. Overall, it was a good experience.

I like both the marinated and the non-marinated ones. The service was very friendly but if they’re busy, it takes some time to catch their attention. Probably theee best Korean bbq place I've tried! Every one is friendly, clean and welcoming, fast service, fresh meat! (Not frozen fresh) they're actually slicing the meat with the giant meat slicer! Delicious sides so much to chose from even from the basic $29 dinner menu, so it's worth it. Really enjoyed the food the staff was on it didn't have to wait and let my food cool down to make eye contact with someone they made sure we were taken care of like if we were the only ones in the restaurant (even though they had a full house) definitely making the drive

We originally planned to eat at RH BBQ 2 but there was no parking available and the wait was too long. So we Yelped KBBQ’s in the area and found this gem. Parking was still full but there were available spaces. We were seated right away. This was on a weekend. Hillary was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. The quality of meat was excellent, i can say the same with the tofu soup and the macaroni salad. The place was clean and the exhaust for the grills are better than most KBBQ places. Definitely worth trying out this place.

I heard RH BBQ 2 is the better one, apparently they're not related. I came for dinner and the ayce was around $30 bucks. The meats were okay, nothing to be raving about. The sides were decent, but i was surprised they didn't have bean sprouts. It was a hassle to park, and considering the food was mediocre im not sure if i would return or not.

really delicious meats and wide selection of sides! marinated beef belly is a must!!! It was so good! We got the 30$ option which I think was a good price and had plenty of options. Portion sizes are adequate as well! Wait time was less than 5 mins on a Saturday night for dinner. Service was great, didn't even have to waive our server down, they checked in on us constantly. They even brought us ice cream at the end without even having to ask! I would definitely come back. Only reason why this is not a 5/5 is because I'm used to the tvs playing K-pop in and around the restaurant which add a layer of ambiance but they didn't have that lol Also side note: I was confused about this and RH 2 down the street but apparently they are different restraunts with different menus.

Food as good, if you know how to cook it, service was a bit slow, however to be fair they were busy. The downfall, was that the rest of the rooms Door was open and its was super cold in there, so being a sweater and long pants, over all great spot, to chill and converse with your crew, come and check them out and ENJOY!

Fantastic service! Efficient and friendly. Food was amazing. We went to RH2 but it had a long wait so we decided to check out this restaurant which is the sister branch. Same food. Same menu. The banchans were good we especially loved jalapeños soy sauce. The hot sauce was food too. Overall yummy in our bellies.

Service was very good. Everything we ordered was brought to us quickly. Grills were changed promptly. The food was good. The best item I tried was the jalapeno chicken. It's a good starter bbq place if you've never been to one. Prices are reasonable.

Great Food at RH BBQ The place is clean and the food is tasty! The sesame marinated beef and bulgogi were the stars of the show for pur main entree. The steamed egg and cheesy corn are a must try. Their portions are generous and will fill you up. Their service is also great! Very friendly and attentive service. This is a must try restaurant. Better than the chain restaurants. Give it a try.

Back again!! Loved the complimentary desert! Came a Tuesday around 5pm! Not too busy which is great for a family or a nice date night. Brandon and Chuy had amazing customer service! This place never disappoints & I will definitely be returning in the future

Came here with friends and it wasn't too packed. We served immediately and our meats came out pretty fast. The pork belly and the bulgogi were delicious. I wasn't the biggest fan of the banchan here and our rice came out a little cold. Overall, we had a nice meal and the meat was pretty good.

Love this spot. There's a reason why it's been here forever. This is a no-frills Korean barbecue place with good quality food. The price is reasonable, and there are different menus to choose from. The service is great. Inside the restaurant is a little dim, nice place to go with a group of friends. I definitely recommend getting the beef belly that is one of my favorite cuts.

Oooh goodness....I was spoofed, sooo my partner mentioned RH BBQ 2 because she saw it on her social media. Unfortunately, we ended up at the wrong restaurant RH BBQ. We didn't stop to think they were different owners. Nonetheless, we decided to try it with a few friends, thankful for the exceptional service and delicious food. We visited during the week, and despite not ordering an overwhelming amount of food, our group probably overstayed our welcome. But the owner's kind gesture to remind us that it was our last order was much appreciated, as we were already quite full! However, after paying the bill, we were given the freedom to chill for another hour or so, which was wonderful. It was as if we had the whole place to ourselves, allowing us to catch up with friends without any pressure or hurry. As for the food, I have to rave about my favorites: the Kalbi Short Rib, Marinated Rib Finger, Pork Jowl, Beef Bulgogi, Beef Belly, Pork Belly (thin), Beef Tongue, Baby Octopus, Corn Cheese, Salad, and Steamed Egg

The food was amazing. The banchan was fresh and the kimchi was spectacular also the fish cake. The meats are great and they have such great options. The corn cheese was amazing and came in the cutest plate. I enjoyed the tofu soup as well. Usually at other places the soup isn't tasty, but here it's crazy good. The soup also has meat in it too and isn't salty. The food overall was amazing especially for the first time. The servers were all incredibly helpful and nice. The owner as well was so nice and welcoming and always was checking to make sure we were eating good and enjoyed her restaurant. I will be coming back and eating here because the food is delicious.

ROANY!!! I feel like working as a server for any food industry should be a requirement for everyone cause it definitely builds character and Roany is a prime example of the outcome. He's super patient when dealing with troublesome customers and shows hospitality to everyone. Of course the food is good as always, but the service is much better compared to any other kbbq I've been to.

Very good AYCE KBBQ. One of the best we have ever been too. Service is good and the people are overall very friendly. We got the $30 per person, which was still a very good choice in proteins. They have really good bulgogi, especially the spicy one. It was very spicy, and delicious! The workers also work VERY hard. Scrubbing the seats after guests left, nonstop checking on our table, and constantly changing our grill. Thank you guys! Will return!

Roany had the best customer service. He's fast and polite. The food was so good. The meat is served very fresh. The Ambiance today was very quiet. They were super busy which was nice.

GYAT ~ My group and I aren't locals here but we had to find a reasonably priced dinner after a business event. We made this choice because you can do no wrong with KBBQ and shiiiiii was this choice so RIGHT. I would catch a case for this damn food. In the words of Gordon Ramsey, it's "bloody delicious." First off the SALAD alone, was the freshest I have ever had from a KBBQ restaurant. It's like they literally picked it from lettuce patch they grew from their kitchen. I had TWO bowls of salad. People here for AYCE meat, but I was a mf omnivore tonight. The meat fire. The cheese corn fire. Steamed egg fire. Everything was in flames. So is my soul. Ty. ilY RH BBQ.

This is one of my favorite spots in Rowland Heights for all you can eat KBBQ. The service here is always great and our server Brandon did an amazing job with making sure we were taken care of. All of the meats we tried were good but my favorite menu item is the corn cheese- I could go for so many of these! The ambiance is good, they had no music playing (not that we could hear at least) but having friends over at this places always makes it a good time. Would definitely recommend!

Placed an order on this app for lunch to go. Received payment/order confirmation. Checked on the app and restaurant never confirmed the order so I called after the confirmed time. no one picked up 3 times then finally one lady picked up and hung up on me. Tried to call 2 more times and the phone just went straight to voicemail. 15 minutes later, received an email notification that the order has been canceled. WTF?

Went to RH BBQ because we were conveniently in this plaza. We were seated right away, so I assumed that service was going to be efficient throughout the whole experience. The ambiance was casual and expected of a KBBQ restaurant, however, decor and interior is a bit dated. The servers were very friendly, but it was obvious that they were understaffed after waiting drastic long periods of time be served, checked on, and/or for the meats to arrive. As for the meats, I wasn't impressed. There were some meats that I felt were alright and others were I didn't like at all. The beef brisket and beef short ribs were decent. Some flavoring/marinating of the other meats were unusual in taste and different compared to most Korean BBQ places I've been to. The steamed egg was not good at all, which was very disappointing. As for the positive, I liked the sides, the friendly workers, and the plenty of seating in the restaurant. There were quite a lot of people still eating here, so this place still has its appeal.

This BBQ spot is absolutely legit! They got fair prices for the quality of meat you get in return! So happy I got the chance to try them. The staff was also very kind and helpful with everything! Come on by and give this place a try.

I haven't been here since it was last called Red Castle. I'm so happy I decided to stop by because the service here is stellar! The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The quality of meat is great as well. We showed up just in time for the lunch special so it was only $24.99 for the regular menu. I'll definitely be back!

Place has lunch special everyday (weekends and holidays included) from 11:30-3pm. Plus an additional 10% for review per person during spring season. In terms of value for the food, it's good. The service was good in the morning. One of the server saw that our pork belly had too much fat and she was kind enough to remove it and offer another set. For the price and the food selection, I think this is worth it to eat if you wanna save and want decent variety. I wouldn't necessary go out of the way for it but if you're nearby, why not! Overall experience 4/5. Update: in the end, they gave complimentary ice cream lol

The best bbq place in the San Gabriel valley!!! Service and food are amazing! Our servers were great especially Chuy! Super quick and very attentive! We tell everyone about our favorite place!

The food quality was consistently good (went with the RH Plus menu). The only lackluster meat we got was the bulgogi and chicken. All of the others were great. The iron steak has to be the best of the bunch. The portions are actually a bit big which is good or bad depending on your group size. You can always do half portions. The highlight would have to be the service here. The staff was very attentive and readily available. Wait times between the orders wasn't an issue. Shout-out to Esther for being on top of everything. They have a few fans blowing at ground level through the restaurant to keep the air circulating. It really helps with the smoke that would otherwise build up. I would come back here again.

I accidentally posted my review to the wrong location, so I'm moving it here! I have enjoyed the affordable brisket plate via Ubereats during the pandemic. In more recent times, I visited on a Sunday at 2:30pm after an 8-mile hike. I accepted the additional $3 charge for solo diners on top of the basic $30 per person AYCE menu, since I was tired and didn't have a car lol. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the variety of banchan, beef brisket, prime steak, pork belly, beef belly, steamed egg, and creamy corn cheese. The meat quality was good for the price. Everything tasted great, and the servers were so nice. I also appreciated that the kpop playing overhead wasn't blaring loudly. Yesterday, I took my bf here for a weeknight dinner close to 8pm. Since we arrived later, parking was easy in the popular plaza lot. We were seated right away, but the order of operations wasn't comfortable. We were asked if we wanted to put any meat orders in before we had time to look over the menu. Our meat came before waters and banchan, so I asked for both. Still, our server and all foodrunners were friendly and courteous. Everything also tasted great (cucumber, radish, fish cake, broccoli, macaroni salad, house salad). I thought the steamed egg was a bit overcooked and less juicy this time, but the corn cheese remained excellent: ultra cheesy and laden with mayo. We also tried the sesame marinated beef, which had good flavor. I enjoyed the cut of brisket more than the beef belly on this visit; it was flipped last time around.

Meat quality is great at RH. RH BBQ 2 got bought out and has really bad quality now. RH BBQ (this one) is the one still under the original owners of both. Service is 10/10. Attentive and you don't have to wait long until someone helps you out. Multiple requests in a short timeframe are always handled graciously and with a smile. Ambiance is pretty typical for an AYCE kbbq spot. Not nightclub looking like Gen but very comfortable with big booths and adequate cooling/fans. It never got smoky even with it being full. One of our regular spots for kbbq, and never disappoints!

I haven't eaten rh bbq in a couple years due to bad experience from the past, but this time me and my family decided to go to rh, with little expectation we thought we would have a bad experience but we were surprised how much better this place is now! The food was really good my favorite was the intestine, good quality and crunchy! Bella was the best service, we had a big group but she remembered everything we needed and made sure we had a food experience :) would come back again!

This Korean bbq gets the job done but it's nothing special. We came as a large group close to their last call but we still received excellent customer service from our server (Brendan?). I think that truly made the experience enjoyable for everyone. The meat was good but standard for kbbq. Menu had no frills, it was straightforward and simple. My favorite meat was the brisket, and my favorite side was the tofu soup! Another plus is that the cheese corn here comes ready to eat so you don't have to place it on the grill and wait for the cheese to melt!

Their service was amazing. I expected a long initial wait but it came out pretty fast. Their quality is also pretty good and definitely not disappointed. Non of the meat were chewy, which leads me to assume they are probably of higher quality. The menu is also pretty limited compared to other k bbq places. To top it all off, I loved how they gave us free vanilla ice cream at the end. You can instantly tell the ice cream is high quality. Overall, it was a lovely experience with higher quality than most places I've tried.

We came in for lunch. The portions are very generous for each plate of meat. They give out a lot of sides. Really enjoyed all the foods even the sides. Service was quick and attentive. Usually try to avoid this area as it's very busy and hard to find parking. However, it wasn't too bad on a weekday. Was in the mood for KBBQ and RH had a lunch special for $25 discounted from $30. We got seated right away as soon as we found the hostess. Was about 3-5 other parties there throughout our meal. The meat had good flavor: Prime, steak, brisket, beef bulgogi, spicy pork, and pork belly were all very tasty. The service was brisk as the meat comes quickly after you order. I would say this place is better than RH II.

Good service, and good for large groups. We had a party of 15 and were split into 2 groups. Would recommend side dishes: corn cheese and steamed egg. Not the best I've had but good for the price :3 yummy pork jowl

The food quality was good especially for the beef and thin slices of pork. The thicker cuts of pork were alright especially the garlic pork belly as it barely tasted like garlic (you should just get the regular pork belly). The service was amazing! They worked fast and checked on us very consistently for being three servers with many tables filled! I would suggest asking for a booth seat as the table in the back are very close to each other and the tables were a little dirty when we were seated (not the worst really). The price was honestly fair for what we got ordered including alcohol and other drinks. We would recommend for a overall good quality KBBQ spot without expecting great quality.

Came.for AYCE ROUND ONE brisket, bulgogi, steam egg beef belly and prime steak all . Service was quick, attentive. And polite.sunny suggested we try some thin pork belly and it didn't disappoint. The music was cool as well as the crowd. Plus you get ice cream at the end!!!

The best part was the no wait compared to other all you can eats. Pricing was similar to any other all you can eats. Food was good, not great (lacked flavor even with the extras) and wasn't impressed with the meats. Ambience was casual. I'd go again if I really craved Korean bbq and didn't want to wait 2 hours.
