I came to RH Dallas | The Gallery on Knox Street strictly for brunch with my girlfriends, and it was everything. The space is beyond stunning — high ceilings, natural light, and a setting that feels effortlessly luxurious. The energy alone makes you feel like you’ve escaped into a design magazine. The brunch itself was delicious, the drinks were strong yet elegant, and the service made the experience seamless. Between the ambiance and the laughter at our table, it was the perfect spot for a girls’ day. This is the place in Dallas when you want brunch with a touch of sophistication.🥂

Restoration Hardware Restaurant offers a stunning ambiance that beautifully complements its upscale design aesthetic. The intimate setting, marked by high-end furnishings and meticulous attention to detail, makes it a perfect choice for a romantic date night. While the menu is on the smaller side, this allows for a selection of more specialized and carefully crafted dishes, ensuring a unique dining experience. Although service was a bit slow during our visit—likely due to the busy time—we found this understandable given the restaurant's popularity. Be prepared for a higher price point, as this is truly a premium dining experience. Overall, it's a fantastic spot to enjoy both great food and a refined atmosphere.

Fantastic place to shop at for your home, office. Lots of great selections to choose from no matter what your taste is. If you are looking for something cheap this is not that place. The materials are some of the finest. Lots of special leathers, wood, stone to suite your needs.

The product speaks for itself and the RH Team elevates the experience. Dale is my go-to for anything. He consistently goes above and beyond! If I have questions or need a quote, he's on it - and every visit feels personal. The showroom is more than just a space - it's a wholeee thing. The absolute worst store and restaurant I’ve ever been to. The staff is ill informed and poorly communicative. Four staff members told us conflicting information about the same topic. And the manager was extremely rude and asked us to step off the property line onto the curb when me and a friend were simply just standing on the patio. The food here is also unappetizing and the menu is extremely limited. This place is not worth wasting the time or money for the visit.

I purchased a piece of furniture to be delivered a specific day. They gave me a delivery day that I was not able to accommodate. I called and moved the date. I have a very important event happening and I counted on that piece of furniture to be delivered before then. I waited and waited on the day of the delivery (after cancelling all my activities of that day) and I never heard from them. I called the warehouse and they told me they did not take the appropriate steps to reschedule and the piece was not able to be delivered. I called customer service and they lied to me saying the truck had a delay and that they forgot to let me know. They also did not care to keep me on hold for a whole hour. Either way, it was their failure to deliver the piece of furniture as expected. I offered to pick it up and hired my own transportation. they did not care at all about me being in tears, having an important event, and me needing to pay somebody to be at home for the piece to be delivered on the date they wanted to deliver it. This is my first experience with these people and they did not care to make it right. Very poor customer service. Once they charged so much money for a piece of furniture, they do not care to deliver a good customer service.

This review is for the store only not the restaurant. I was able to find some wonderful pieces here as well as get a few great ideas. This place is well maintained and so up-to-date with their designs.

The showrooms were really nice to look at and the staff was really nice. The ambiance of the rooftop restaurant is the main reason for the 5 stars. I had a cheeseburger and fries, and although it was a bit expensive relative to the typical price for cheeseburgers and fries, it was really good. Parking is very limited in front; you will likely need to park somewhere nearby.
