RH Houston | The Gallery at Highland Village

We’ve bought several items from both RH Houston and RH Baby & Child over the years (sofa, two swivel chairs, multiple curtain rods, crib, bed, desk, shelf, small table, ottoman, and two gliders). While we’ve had a wonderful experience at RH Baby & Child, RH Houston has left a lot to be desired. We purchased a couch and two swivel chairs about a year ago. The couch is not nearly as comfy as the store model and the fabric seems cheap. The worst part is the couch has cheap plastic cylinders on the legs. We realized this after discovering several scratch marks on the hard wood floor under the couch, presumably from the cleaners moving it. Cheap plastic does not belong on the bottom of furniture going on hard wood floors. Also, the couch isn’t aging well. See for yourself in the pics.

I recently visited RH Houston and had an overall good experience. The store has some stunning, must-have pieces, though the aesthetic leans heavily toward a modernized style, which may not suit everyone’s taste. The staff gave us plenty of freedom to explore the showroom without hovering, which I appreciated. However, there was a moment when I asked for help, and after the staff offered assistance, I noticed some giggles. I didn’t take it personally and didn’t want to assume it was directed at me, but it did feel a bit unprofessional for such a high-end establishment. That aside, the showroom is worth visiting if you’re looking for modern design inspiration.

Obsessed with this store! The furniture is beyond elegant, timeless, and high quality. We have had few of their pieces for a while and absolutely love the quality and the look of it. The service here is unmatched. Today, we met with Don , who answered all our questions and guided us. They also have design consultants that I highly recommend to work with. The store itself is a piece of art/inspiration. The rooftop area is so beautiful. You have to see it for yourself. The furniture here is definitely unmatched.

I absolutely love this furniture store. It is impeccably well designed with large plants enveloping the floor plans. The style is modern, strong and clean/somewhat minimalist. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There are three levels at this location, showcasing various furnishing options.

Restoration Hardware. Few words other than positive adjectives follow them. The store is unique. The furniture is exquisite. Small chachkis are not worth the asking price generally and the staff is top notch.

Amazing store! I went to see what the hype was all about and I was impressed. Such beautiful displays and friendly staff, they treated me with respect even though it was apparent that I wasn't going to buy anything. I had a great experience overall.

A little pricey (if you make a large purchase you can always purchase a membership and end up saving a lot), but excellent quality furniture, very stylish in rustic/transitional styles. The staff and designers are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Huge selection of finishes, fabrics and styles. Worth it if you're willing to invest in your house for the long term.

Excellent service! We purchased a bedroom set and then came back for a dining room set. Elle and Frank were great in helping us select our furniture. Great communication with delivery and a 30 day return/exchange policy! They didn't have our dining set on display in the store so when it arrived we didn't like the table and were able to exchange it for another one. Absolutely love our beautiful furniture and the whole experience with RH!

We spent $24k at this store on a leather cloud sectional, dining table, chairs and coffee table. I was excited to receive the concrete pier reclaimed oak rectangular table. However, upon delivery, there was a 1/8" ledge/lip between one plank and the next on half the length of the table which made the table non-functional. Stemware would fall if set down across this ridge. Not to mention that it was unattractive and hurt your hand if you slid it across this area. In addition, the delivery men knocked a sizable chunk out of the concrete pier when they installed it. This table cost us $4000 with tax and shipping. Client services repeatedly argued with me that this was a "celebrated" feature (a line taken straight from their online product description) and not a flaw. We bought this table for the time worn features; the knots, splits, and cracks but it is reasonable to expect the table to be functional. To add insult to injury, she indicated that they would accept a return but that we would not be "allowed" to replace it with the same type of table. What kind of customer service is this? I will never buy another item from Restoration Hardware.

My wife and I visited this location over and the weekend and had a wonderful experience. We are so happy with our experience and excited to receive our furniture soon.

Absolutely gorgeous showroom and if you're looking for the famous Cloud Couch loved by celebrities and Tik Tok'ers this is where you'll find multiple versions of it. From linen to cotton to different versions of head rests and seat widths, this showroom is Cloud Couch heaven. As far as staff, we worked with Sherry to get 4 dining room chairs and a farm table. She was patient and kind. Make sure to get the membership because it's only $150 and some change and it you can save a few hundred dollars on big ticket items. PRO TIP: Park on the side where the new Yeti store is going; If you need, Handicap parking, it's adjacent to the RH entrance.

CC: RH Management You're better off ordering online! The people and service at this place is appalling. If you feel like being judged and dismissed by all means enjoy yourself. I was told that my choices in the items I wanted to purchase were going to make my home look, "old." I didn't ask for this lady's opinion, I simply told her what I wanted in which she felt the need to dismiss me and walk away to sit down, proceeding to shop from her tacky Zara website. I happen to be 29 and I don't need ANYONE'S opinion. Periodt. Especially someone that is possibly 20 years older than me and still conspicuously shops at Zara. Yikes. This place is supposed to be an upscale store but has unrefined ambassadors. Low-key NEVER coming back to this store.

I just had one of the deepest most delicious sleeps in a loooooong time. On my sofa. That's right, I spent the night on my sofa... midweek! I woke up once in the middle of the night, just briefly to shift the pillow, and in those scant seconds I'm pretty sure I was smiling... I was soooo comfortable. When I made the decision to get an in-town apartment to eliminate my M-F commute to The Woodlands, I knew I was going to need to furnish from top to bottom, and I immediately became excited, knowing I would be back at RH. Approximately 90% of the furniture purchased for my house came from there, so it was a no brainer, having nothing to do with the fact that it's just down the street from my new apartment ;) The process was really lovely from beginning to end. I came to my first appointment armed with measurements and knowing exactly what I wanted. I had a nice time with my consultant, finalizing the selections (they have samples of all of the fabrics and materials so that you can see exactly how those textures and colors will look together.) Also, she made sure to create a single ticket, advising that, if I wish to add anything (and I did - a few things,) use that same order ticket so that, regardless of how many shipments it takes, I'd just have to pay one delivery fee. FAB! Fast forward a few weeks: delivery time! My furniture arrived in 2 different shipments, because some pieces were custom-made, but RH did a great job of coordinating the deliveries to suit my schedule. The ladies who do the scheduling are very friendly and extremely professional/helpful. And the guys that deliver were also fantastic. They are NOT from a 3rd party... they work, exclusively for RH, which is important, because they KNOW the furniture. They assembled my furniture on site, placed it all where it needed to be, and cleaned up behind themselves - this is beyond "white-glove" service. So, once again, I love my RH furniture. I've never had any problems with any of the furniture I've purchased from there in either of my homes, and the process of getting it all here, from start to finish, was seamless. They really got this down. Note: if you plan on making large or multiple purchases here, becoming a member is TOTALLY worth it! Purchased $25K worth of furniture from RH in Jan. House was being renovated and didn't check it closely. Got Covid and was out of commission for 2 mos. In June was the first time I entertained and discovered the Vintage collection dining chairs were completely unsanded - as in - splinters in your hands and legs!!! And one chair has a crack in it!! St James pedestal table was smooth on top - but pedestal legs were completely rough and unsanded. SAME for the French casement dining hutch and consoles and St James bedroom furniture. ALL UNSANDED. I'm talking -steel wool snags on it - and Extra fine sand paper tears. Requires fine to medium to sand this. 2 friends experienced the same thing! Rustic does not equal unfinished!!! There are no reviews on RH websites for a reason. Now they state they were purchased in Jan and there is nothing they can do. 3 different collections and 21 pieces of furniture all like this! And 2 friends had the same experience.

I love RH and it's changed so much over the years. Back home I remember the first time I walked into their store. it was another Pottery Barn with a wall-full of shiny hardware. But now, RH has revamped itself to compete more with Williams Sonoma or West Elm. It's a gorgeous luxury upscale designer furniture and textiles chain featuring all the trendy grey-wash, lofty urban, French chic industrial decor. I love it. Walking in the three-story showroom, complete with a roof-top garden, you can easily imagine what your French chateau could look like. No longer are they another Pottery Barn copy-cat. They cater to the upper echelon and provide complete fully staged bedrooms and living spaces with twinkling chandeliers and unique high-end quality furnishings. If you're a world traveler or a aviation enthusiast you'll appreciate a room with "airplane" themed decor. Maps on the walls, full-size propellers, steel and leather chairs with grommets...an aviators dream. The store is painted in its signature "slate" color which is available to purchase and on this day we were just browsing but had in mind a few pieces we wanted to look at. We were greeted and assisted immediately as we walked up the second floor by Ted who was very professional and helped us with our order. We knew as soon as we saw the French door glass bookcase that it was coming home with us. A much needed antique-washed dresser for the bedroom was also purchased. Delivery was a breeze with a polite and courteous crew and I'm very, very happy with our purchase and my entire experience. I got both of my items on sale so saving a few dollars for a quality piece is always a good thing.

Does anyone actually work here? We walked in today since we had the day off from work. It wasn't super busy, as it was midday on a Friday. We explored all three floors both inside and the outdoor patios and only saw a woman who was cleaning up after the doves on the 3rd floor. What an odd place! I like some of the furniture, but it is so hard to find prices and forget asking any specific questions because there are no employees in sight. Some of the items had no price tag at all and I wondered if this place was just an air-conditioned lounge for people walking between the new Apple store and the rest of Highland Village. Everything we saw was done in such a large scale, that it would be too over-sized for a normal house. We looked at one couch and then realized it was much longer than any other couch we'd ever even considered. Yeah, this place is kinda neat, especially the outdoor space on the 3rd floor, but it's cool in a go hang out kind of way. I didn't see a single person purchasing anything. There were a bunch of people just chatting on the 3rd floor... I expected hors d'oeuvres to be passed at any moment. This would be a cool place to have a wedding, maybe they should rent the place out?

The store manager is actually amazing as I previously worked for her about 16 years ago. I also listen to other design sales team members who were very informative and knowledgeable. The furniture and delivery service was also perfect which is why I didn't rate this store with one star. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. The sales person forced product on me and when I asked to see what other options were her response was "no, you're getting these." She then went on to ignore the fact that I told her I didn't want blue fabric chairs. She continued to talk to my husband completely ignoring any input I had. I responded very patiently, "I feel like I'm not being heard." She looked at me and turned the laptop away from me and towards my husband and proceeded to ignore that I was sitting right next to her. When it came to check out my husband looked at me as I was the one purchasing and paying for the furniture. Sadly, because of her poor customer service I told her to remove everything out of the cart except for the dining table and two counter stools (which still had a hefty price ticket). She also failed to tell us that she was charging us $100 for membership fee and $199 for shipping. Honestly, if I wasn't so in love with the table I would've just cancelled my entire order and walked out. It's 2020 now and I am appalled that another woman would treat me with so much disrespect.

Every experience I've had here has been good! Whether it's been with the design team or sales associates or their customer service department. They've always been friendly and helpful!

Service was extremely rude. The stores closed as we were still looking and the associate stopped in front of other customers and stated "The Stores closed." And then went to the other customers after they asked "Oh, the stores closed?" and replied "Oh no that's for customers who aren't serious buyers." I was offended, because me and my partner were intent on purchasing a sofa, and more than capable of affording anything in the store.

Buyer Beware! This is the worst experience with a furniture company I have ever had. They delivery was late, rushed, guys didn't want to remove two console tables from the box, started talking negatively about me in Spanish thinking I didn't know what they were saying, and then damaged BOTH of the furniture pieces. After many calls and promises of returned calls I am STILL waiting on them to get these items and refund me my money. RH acts like an upscale furniture store and their items look great in the store but in reality they are overpriced, are of terrible quality, and have terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. I have read the other reviews and it seems like some lucky people get a product they like in a timely manner but with so many options why take the risk when there is a 50/50 chance the experience will be awful.

We love these guys. But just make sure you get an estimate before they start the job. Bobby, the owner, is very honest and forthcoming. He had gone above and beyond. But I would highly recommend. Just get an estimate before they start the work. Sometimes it is less expensive to replace than to repair.

I have to give them credit, it's a beautiful gallery. It's like a furniture museum! Literally right out the pages of it's catalog and there for you to sit in and touch and feel! Two things: Shipping & Customer Service 1. Purchasing, it's a different story. You can't really buy the furniture there at the store. You have to order them and pay $169 in SHIPPING. Not practical when you want just 3 bar stools for your counter. I guess it's nice to have that flat shipping if you order 10 items+, but really strange to have to pay for shipping when you're spending this much already. We were really interested in purchasing a Bed with their 20% discount today. Unfortunately, when everything is worked out with Discount + Shipping + Tax, it's really maybe $50 off. I'm sorry, I rather go with another place that comes with complimentary shipping after I've already spent over $1k. Shipping policy is ridiculous for the cost of the furniture! 2. My beverage was thrown away while in the restroom for a couple of minutes. When I asked an employee about what had happened to it, I was confronted with their policy about no beverages in the store because it would damage their gallery. RH had not only thrown away a customer's possession, I was confronted with a pretentious attitude and the employee literally tried humiliate me in front of other customers! I was really shaken after this, literally SHAKING. Stressful experience!

It is painful trying to check out here. They are happy to help find things but it takes forever to actually check out. And asking some one to help you check out, they take as the ultimate insult. Decent after Christ sale.

I'm so disappointed with our furniture. It's already been too long since we got our sectional so no way to return it but let me tell you that I had to send it to an upholstered to re stuff it because the exaggerated amount of feathers that came out of it no matter what we did, feathers pocking at you, feathers everywhere!!! We ended up with a sectional but originally we had a sofa and 2 wing chairs. They were beautiful but again feathers, feathers, feathers!!! so when we exchanged them we decided to try different look and to see if maybe a different piece may be a better solution. Did have to go with a canvas as oppose to a linen which I truly loved. Never mind the fabric it all was the same. We have this piece now for 5 years or so and there is no trouble but I did have it wrap in Dacron. RH should do soothing abut their furniture. They are not cheap!

Spectacular, decoration/furniture. However, to caveatss: 1. Hidden bad quality. Got two gorgeous bedside tables, laminated with metal on the outside. The finishing of the drawers is badly done. Instead of placing a wooden panel or fabric in their drawers, RH leaves you with the deep holes of the screws. The edges are very sharp and we've scratched ourselves on them many times - blood drawn and all. Shouldn't you get more for $800 furniture? 2. They also charge shipping in store and you must pay extra to take it home. Recommendation: check products out in store - pics online aren't totally true to products color/finishing - and then order these online to get shipped home

I have dealt with most of the popular (and some on the lower scale) furniture stores recently having moved, and Restoration Hardware's (RH) service from the people in customer service to the people that deliver and build your stuff, the whole family has been efficient and pleasant to deal with. This has been the case consistently throughout: purchasing, returning, having them design, or having the people build whatever furniture. Great consistent service all around (yes, I do understand it is sometimes how hard it is to get the attention of an associate during weekends at Highland Village, but this goes for all Village stores and does not alter my review). Good job RH!

Gorgeous place!! I came here to get paint ideas for my place and an employee helped me pick out swatches. The showcase rooms are clean and well lit! All of the RH pieces are excellent quality and so beautiful!! I highly recommend visit this place if you're in the area! Definitely check out all of the floors, including the rooftop!

Let's just lay it out there, the customer service is alright. If you don't LOOK the part to be able to afford the furniture, you're ignored or given looks that are SO DIRTY...the employees need a spritz of disinfectant spray. There was an unfamiliar face this time around, but she gave me the benefit of the doubt and provided me with outstanding service unlike her fellow employees. Do your homework, and know what you want!

Just horrible customer service. The 'design consultants' are not helpful. They do not know their own products. We purchased ~$20k worth of junk from them anyway because after searching far and wide, the RH stuff seemed to be the best design fit for the space. But make no mistake, this stuff is junk. Everything is made to order in China or India and shipped here. It takes months to arrive. They cut corners on the materials quality and the workmanship. The delivery process is lousy and outsourced. They get confused on what is coming when and the communication is poor. We had stuff arrive with missing pieces. The corporate customer service is horrible. Bottom line: this is cheap Asian junk furniture wrapped in an expensive store. Buy here if you must but expect lousy service and quality at every turn.

Lowering my review following my recent order experience. I ordered a sofa and matching ottoman which was supposed to be ready in early April. A week before the scheduled delivery date, I received an email saying the items had been delayed 2 weeks. Two weeks later I received another email saying the items were delayed, this time by 3 weeks. After several calls, the source of the issue was identified (fabric was on back-order), but they assured me the new due date was confirmed. That due date was over 2 weeks ago... Last week I was told they just needed to generate a delivery ticket. I have heard nothing. It is now June and I still don't have a sofa that was supposed to arrive in April. Finally, they redid the showroom and took away the register, so now it is virtually impossible to find someone to help you.

I wanted to buy an armchair. Our "designer" thought he was being helpful but actually was incredibly condescending. He essentially told my husband and I to go to the RH outlet or Homegoods if we weren't sure that we would keep the chair for 2+ years. If I were concerned about a $199 delivery fee or spending $2000+ on a chair I may not keep, I wouldn't be in Restoration Hardware. I don't need money management advice from a sales associate; I need help picking fabric. I've been in this store a few times and I've either been ignored, encouraged to open a credit card so I can make monthly payments (though I said repeatedly that I wasn't interested and could pay in full), or told to go elsewhere. I never thought I'd say this, but I miss RH Palo Alto. They'd sell half a showroom to a teenager wearing a trash bag. I like RH furniture. It's a good option for a staple piece. But, dear RH, you are not "designer" furniture. You are not Herman Miller. You are not Mastercraft. Are your offerings pricier for a market saturated with more affordable options? Yes. But your prices are available on your website and they are stuck to your displays. You are not "price upon request." You should assume that your customers enter a showroom to buy something and you should treat them accordingly. You should listen to what they want and what they need and then sell them something. My time is valuable and I didn't want to spend 45 min somewhere and NOT order a chair. I guess I'll just handle all my RH transactions online. It doesn't matter to them anyway. They aren't on commission. There's no incentive to sell.

RH has been really helpful with all my needs and designs! The quality is impeccable! I worked with Ashley And she's amazing! She has helped me several times and everything was so smooth and perfect! Love your store and customer service!

Beware of their outdoor fire pits. I bought a $2,000 fire table and the metal frame rusted so badly the whole table fell a part. It was made with hollow metal... obviously to save profits on shipping. I wrote RH an email and all I got back was a "sorry."

This review is for the roof patio. Grab Starbucks across the street and head up to this little hidden secret in Highland Village. It's comfy, intimate seating is perfect for chatting with a friend or just hanging out on your phone or iPad. I've never actually seen an employee here....it's kind of like wandering around a beautiful home. I would never buy anything from here (unless I won the lottery) but from the other reviewers, most of the stuff is "made in China" crap. It is very nice looking though!

I came to the gallery twice this week. The first time was with my family where the sales associate walked right past me in the hallway without acknowledging me to greet my parents when I was the one looking to buy. I let it go after I sat in the cloud sofa & I was obsessed. I decided to return home to ensure the configuration fit my space & would be tall enough for my 12' ceilings. I return 2 days later determined to place an order for the sofa after comparing swatches & selecting my fabric of choice. Ashley, who was not a designer, was the most helpful & my review is not applicable to her as she was the only employee who seemed even slightly interested in helping us. The first designer was helpful in telling us the differences in height, but disappeared once I looked away. Ashley then found us another designer, Ronnie, who couldn't have seemed more disinterested in selling us a sofa. I sat on the sofa & asked about differences in linen swatches as all swatches weren't present. I was told they look different, but wasn't shown anything. He then stated, "this is a high maintenance sofa." I said I've had cream colored sofas in my livingroom for over a decade now & they're fine. He said, "but are they a cloud?" No, but I'm quite familiar with linen & from what I've been told from other designers, your performance linen is easy maintained. I paid for my membership & asked about a design appointment since Ronnie suggested the sofa placed how I'd like wasn't ideal. He informed he I could set an appointment, but he wouldn't be a designer much longer so it probably best I schedule with another designer. I couldn't find anyone else & never had the appointment set up. I submitted a request online days ago for someone at the houston store to schedule a design appointment & still haven't received any contact. I'm a bit disappointed I walked in to purchase & was basically dissuaded. Maybe since this time I wore gym clothes the employees decided I wasn't worthy of purchasing or I couldn't afford it? I was informed they do not make commission & are not required to really sell anything, so maybe that's it as well - They couldn't care less if RH attracts/retains paying clientele.

First, I would like to say that Sherry Stefanos is a phenomenal employee. She is detail oriented and is a great problem solver. Sherry also knows the furniture well and has a good eye. Even more important, she seems to enjoy her work and working with clients. We purchased several pieces from her and plan on working with her in the future. PATTY DAVIS is the absolute WORST representation RH could possibly hire. RUDE, CURT, in a hurry, has no time to help you and could care less about helping a customer who furnished an entire home of RH furnishings over the summer. Went to buy drapes, rugs and lighting fixtures, and walked out after the experience with PATTY DAVIS.

My husband and I purchased a dining room set after losing our furniture during hurricane Harvey. A large chunk of wood fell off the base of the table less than a year after having the piece in our home. The customer service department made no effort to repair our table. I am incredibly disappointed in the low quality of this furniture especially considering the price.

ABOUT THE WESTHEIMER STORE: My step-mom and dad bought all of my son's baby furniture from here (which was incredibly kind of them / it's their first grandbaby). I went into the store with her a few times. The sales associates are always nice but this place can get crowded on the weekends. The show room floor is semi small and mostly girl or neutral rooms (I'm having a boy so maybe i'm bitter that there aren't more boy rooms LOL but I do love neutral). The store is broken into about 13 bedroom set ups & one room with magazines and linens. The rooms range from baby/infant to toddler/big kid & even a few playroom items (mini tables & chairs, tea sets etc). WHAT WE ORDERED: We ordered the Classic Camelback Slipcovered Swivel Glider and matching ottoman in natural linen, the Marcelle Crib and toddler conversion kit in vintage grey, and Antique Steamer Trunk Wide Dresser & Topper set in flax. I will post pictures when my sons room is finished. DELIVERY EXPERIENCE: (with Westheimer store) The glider, toddler conversion kit, and trunk all came quickly and without any problems. The ottoman was back-ordered for about 2 months but came sooner than we expected (we ordered very early so we had time for delays). The crib had a few issues - we originally ordered another crib on a Sunday and called a day or two later during the week to change the crib. RH Baby associates at this store helped handle the exchange easily. Unfortunately, they charged us for the correct crib and accidentally delivered the wrong crib (our original order). I sent it back with the drivers disappointed but realizing it was partially my fault. I called the store and they immensely apologized and in a few weeks we got the correct crib. FURNITURE REVIEW: Obviously my son isn't here yet so I haven't got to use all the furniture but here is my current review: the glider and ottoman are SO comfortable! I sit in it often and I'm really glad we decided on this one because I think it will make nursing & long nights easier. However, this thing is HUGE and we have a very small room (10' x 12'). Either way, I wouldn't trade out this chair because of how incredibly comfortable it is. Also the chair has a stain protector on it that "you could spill red wine on and it would roll off" according to the sales associates. The trunk and topper are beautiful and a great height for my husband and I (I'm 5' 7" and he is 5' 11") so we won't be leaning over too much which is something we faced with a lot of other furniture when looking. The great thing about this trunk is that the top comes off so we plan to keep it for a long time whether in our son's room as a dresser or somewhere else in our home in the future. The crib is super beautiful too, but since this is my first baby I'm not completely versed on functionality of a crib other than sleeping purposes. The bars don't seem to let down when bending over, and the spring doesn't seem to rise or sink to suit the child's age. Overall I'm completely happy with these purchases and can't wait to finish his room. I'm even looking into linens (because if you've never had them from here, they're SO soft).

While I've always appreciated the "design eye" of Restoration Hardware the function and quality is not there. I recently redid a bathroom in unfortunately all RH. Finishes peel on mirror and plumbing fixtures. Two plumbers said, "Oh no, RH is the worst to install and poorly constructed". Deliveries were not accurate and returns impossible. Moreover I had a RH account and did not receive a bill so was 20 days late before payment but they had levied fees that were ridiculous by then. What ensued was years of harassment for interest fees on less than $50. I recently paid $400 to just be rid of them. Caution the materials are poor, the function worse, and service the lowest. I have other RH products which I'm replacing because of not wearing well. Very disappointed - don't be duped.

A comedy of errors. Ordered a new bed and bed linens. Total order would be $3,900. Since the bed would not be delivered for 2 months the salesperson informed us that there would be no charges on my credit card until the week of delivery - we could even return the bed should we not like it. Well this was all wrong. By the time we got home a couple of hours later the charges were already coming on my card and by the next day the charges were all on the card and totaled over $4,000 - more than $100 above the invoice price. Called the sales person who assured my that the charge was only about $1,200 even as I read it on my computer screen to be more than $4,000. Called customer service and was told that despite being told the contrary by the salesperson if I didn't cancel within 24 hours then I would be charged for the bed period. Lucky to finally find someone who knew the facts. Cancelled the order in the nick of time. Funny - found what looks like exactly the same bed on amazon.com for just under half their price. Beautiful place, misleading and misinformed staff, very high prices. No thanks we will go elsewhere!

I just left the showroom and was NOT impressed with the service. I was excited to visit a supposedly "fashion forward" classic furniture store. But I was clearly wrong. The woman I spoke with was constantly imposing her likes on me, was not listening, and totally missed my needs.......If you are looking for fresh, new, classic, this is not the place. It felt more like old and boring.

The Apple Store Lounge. This is a great place to sit and wait for your computer to be repaired. No one will bother you. You'll most likely not see any employees. I must have been blessed, because for about ten minutes I saw two employees. One was telling a customer the same thing over and over again. Not because he wouldn't comprehend, but I just think she didn't know what else to do. Huh? The shopper asked about a table arrangement (three planters with some sort of grass growing in them). The question: "Are these for sale?" The employee's response: "I'm not sure. I don't think so, but maybe they are." She said this over and over and over again. I should have gotten video. She followed with: "I could ask [employee X]. He should be down soon - I think." What a lazy young lady! The space is nice in a I must have walked into someones house and perhaps I shouldn't have kind of way. I felt like I was intruding on someone else's space. It's what you would furnish one of those square concrete house jobs. A little austere; a little comfy. If you've seen the new catalogues they seem to like to kill trees with and take up space in your mailbox, it looks like that, but in store form. Gunmetal gray. Not much color. Slightly classic, but slightly drab. I never actually sat down, although I get the impression that it wouldn't have been an issue. If I could post a review via phone, I may have done so. Instead I disrupted their perfectly symmetrical book display on the first floor. Nothing interesting in the books; perhaps that's why they were just being used as decor. My question is, if you're going to spend that kind of money of furniture that is pretty generic and mass produced, why not just get custom furniture? Not everyone needs to be cut using the same cookie cutter, right?

This place is kind of confusing. Am I walking into a store or a nightclub? When we walked into Restoration Hardware last Saturday, we couldn't figure out if we were in the right place. The front of the store is setup with a patio seating area, and another seating area greets you when you walk in. Yes, it's a furniture store but I didn't really see price tags anywhere. It didn't help that all the husbands were lounging on the seating, half asleep and pretending to look busy on their smartphones while waiting for their wives to finish up shopping. As we entered, nobody greeted us or asked us if we needed any help. We couldn't really tell who was a customer and who was an employee, except that we soon figured out that employees were wearing a headset (still, I wouldn't want to interrupt another customer chatting on their bluetooth device). Anyway, since we couldn't find anybody to help us, we stood in line at the register to get some help there. We called the store beforehand to hold 2 units of a hot selling item we saw on their website. We were lucky indeed, because in the hour that passed between the phone call and our arrival they had completely sold out of the item. It took a while for them to radio in a person to bring down our reserved items, but we finally left with our promised items. I probably wouldn't come here to make a big purchase because it doesn't really seem like they know how to help their customers.

Got the product delivered after over a month. Came in a ruined and all beat up bag, and come to find out, the item was damaged and ripped on the side. uhm yeah, NO. I just want to return everything and end the day. Will probably never think of purchasing anything from here ever again. I can't wait for 2-3 months to get my furniture if ever!

I purchased patio furniture and lamps and we love all of the pieces. Customer service from Kim was excellent as well:) Would recommend !

I cannot believe that we just bought our entire dining room set here. I always thought the prices here were WAY out of our budget. That being said we came here because we were having a hard time finding the "restoration hardware style" table that I desired and we were thinking we'd come here and buy the table, as they were marked down substantially, and I'd buy the chairs elsewhere. I had been shopping around for tables and chairs for about a month and knew which chairs at other stores would go with this table. As we arrived we were promptly greeted and we went to check out the table I had seen online. Loved it, wanted it. I picked up the price tag on one of the side chairs and was shocked the price was in our price range! I had been looking at some chairs at World Market and the chairs here were only $40 more. Ummm, sold! As for the end chairs, they were less than the ones I was looking at online as well! This is THE time of year to head here and get what you need/want. I cannot wait for my new dining room to arrive!!

After placing a $10K order with them in March, they still have not sent all the items ordered and now refuse to return my phone calls. One would think that spending so much money they would pay better attention to customer service. Avoid these folks at all cost.

First of all, let me say the majority of my visits here were horrible. Any time I go in to buy something, which is fairly frequent these past couple of years, the customer service is nonexistent. I'm lucky if a sales rep will even acknowledge me before I hunt one down so I can order something. Keep in mind the store/show room is normally empty of customers. Even then their attitude is condescending, and they are some of the rudest retail workers I have ever met. The ONLY reason I am even considering giving them a 3 star is because my most recent visit this week was a stark contrast to what it normally was. Lisa was amazing and very attentive to me. She didn't write me off and try to pass me to another associate. I didn't have to flag her down and ask for help. Yes, their wifi is horrible so it took longer than expected to order everything, but Lisa did apologize for that, and for once I actually felt like a customer in the store and not a burden. This was also on a busy day during their friends and family event.

Terrible! I ordered a table and the quality has gone downhill quickly. The table top keeps flaking off. I called customer service and was asked to provide photos then was told the item was final sale. My receipt says nothing about it being a final sale item. All they could do was send me a furniture marker that ALMOST matches the table color. The furniture quality does not match the price.

The few restoration items that I have are of poor quality. My large leaning mirror arrived broken three times. My dining room chairs are so so. Beautiful goods but won't be shopping there in the near future.
