RH Outlet Nashville

Inventory has been top-notch! One of the c staff was VERY helpful. We discussed design plans and wood tones for my space. She was honest and wasn't there just to sell me something. She made me feel like the only customer in the store - I don't remember her name, but I need to give her credit. She was a tall African American woman with great style 😀

I’ve only been to one regular RH store, years ago, and in Texas. I didn’t know what to expect for a RH Outlet, especially given some of the mixed reviews already posted. 1) the organization of the store is excellent. Bedroom and bathroom furniture on the left side of the store, outside/patio furniture on the right side, sofas and living room furniture in the middle. 2) The price cuts are excellent. Normally, I’d expect to see 45% discounts if an item has serious cosmetic flaws, but that wasn’t the case here. (Which you can see in my pictures). There are also a lot of deeply discounted bedding, towels, and soft lines, all luxury quality. I am absolutely going back again!

This store is amazing! Prices are usually at least 50%+ off retail. RH prices are on the high end so some reviews saying prices are high even with the discount are likely referring to this. However, the quality is hard to beat so it can be worth the investment for key pieces that get a lot of use rather than buying cheaper and having to replace furniture every few years. We've purchased multiple times from this store. The team is friendly and knowledgeable. Most items are non returnable, so check for blemishes, but if there is something damaged that wasn't visible in store there may be exceptions. I only wish they offered in house delivery, you do need to go third party if you can't move it yourself. They do offer suggested movers who we've used and they were also wonderful. They restock twice a week and there's always new items coming in which makes for a fun treasure hunt feel.

The inventory is constantly changing as they get new items in each week. This location doesn’t have as big of a selection as the one outside of Atlanta.

Not commenting on products, though there is a huge selection. The workers were available and helpful. I will keep checking to find the item I'm looking for. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

This is the biggest scam. As somebody that is very familiar with RH, this outlet is literally overmarking the items to give you a fake discount that in many cases is more than if you just purchased from RH with a membership. I verified this today on multiple items. Do not get duped!

The RH team has been amazing! I have purchased many beautiful pieces at great prices. Any time I am looking for something specific, the team keeps me updated and will send me photos. This is especially helpful, since I don’t live local. Highly recommend this RH outlet!

I’ve purchased quite a few items from here, and I am always amazed with the selection. The biggest thing is the people. The employees here are always friendly, and always helpful. I enjoy shopping in a hassle free environment, without sacrificing the help when I need it.

What about that collection of RH towels. I'm delighted in the color--wheat! Wide choices in the whole store.

I guess since RH is a high end store I expect a higher end experience even at their outlet store.
