My husband and I (in one tent), as well as our cousins (in another tent), stayed at the Rhino River camp in June 2019. At first we were concerned because the camp is slightly outside of Meru Park. We quickly realized that we were so happy that our tour operator, Origins (based out of Kenya), selected this camp for our stay.||With only 6 tents, This camp is very intimate. Each tent is separated from the others - making it very private as well. Our tent was up on stilts overlooking the river. There was a nice sitting area with a table and chairs outside of the tent to relax. ||Service was impeccable. Every time we left the tent, our towels were refreshed and our tent was straightened up. Water was also refilled throughout the day which was nicer than having only one bottle of water each day.||The food was outstanding. It seemed as if we were eating at a high-end restaurant in the states.||The staff was wonderful and accommodated every request. From the security guards walking us to our tents in the evening to the restaurant staff serving us each meal, we felt like we were at a premium hotel.||I highly recommend this tented camp.
