They took a deposit ($147USD) and never gave it back after we exceeded the purchase requirements. Even worse is that they flat out ignored every email and phone call I made for help. I had spoken to Nan the day before leaving Vegas and was assured it was taken care of. It wasn’t. I had to go through a third party to get my money back a month later. That being said, the three evenings we drank and ate there were incredible. The serving staff is AMAZING and you can’t beat the atmosphere. The music, 10/10. We were 8 women on a girls trip and couldn’t get enough of this place.

I love this place mostly because of their hookah offering! Awesome vibe overall and great throwback music. Drinks are amazing too!! Meghan provided hookah options and recommendations as well and was timely with coals and refills. I’ve been here several times now and yet to be disappointed. Blue Lagoon for drinks, fire! I’m not the biggest fan of their two drink minimum but business is business. All in all, great vibe and great music, good service, I’m a fan.

I loved this tropical scene. Got a little bit of the pirate show in the back ground. But after some Diablo tacos we mosey our way to Rhumbar lounge. Was feeling the Retro vibe from the start. DJ was on point. Played til almost 0200. We were seated rt away. Service for drinks came immediately after so yeah they are on it. They keep a clean lounge. The guy walking around flipping tables and dancing kept it that way. As soon as he notice someone leave he swooped in and cleaned the area for the next guest. Keeps those open seats... We ordered drinks. Opened tab, my cuzn drink Tropical Sangria by the bowl and I took Flight with shots (Green Tea, Washington Apple, Pineapple Upside Down and Blue Lagoon). We finally got our Hookah working well. Night was LIT after that. My only issue was we opened tab for drinks and no one even asked if we wanted another when noticeably gone. We did open tab... But no fret... We felt good. Got our dance on! It was up there. ☝🏾 GREAT Vibes, nice energy, all good!!! Enjoyed this one.

Fun lounge to relax and drink outside in the shade. I really like the aesthetic - it makes you feel like you've been transported to Miami. Great variety of cocktails that come in all kinds of funny containers. I'm not a smoker but they have a full menu of cigars to choose from, embracing the Miami/Havana theme. I hope the new Mirage owners keep this place open!

We had such an amazing time on a Sunday night - that we came back the next night. Prices are reasonable considering the Strip and the space. The DJ on Sunday night was wonderful. Read the crowd and played a great set. Mojito Monday and HH are a great deal. Our hookah experience was our favorite in Vegas so far. Meghan knows her stuff and provided impeccable customer service.

This is a hidden gem, the prices are a little high and I recommend reservations to guarantee you a spot to relax, sip a drink, have a bite, a hookah and watch the mirage volcano while listening to some good music. The drinks were great, the atmosphere is just amazing, and the staff was great as well. Definitely want to go back.

Love the new vibe - chic 60s. Bartenders were super friendly - thanks Ernie! Have to admit, I have had better Old Fashions but music and atmosphere is great.

Low key & Cute A great place for a date or to start of a night with some friends. Went there on a weekday so it was pretty chill. The pastels were a nice change of pace and they have a hookah to rent if that’s your jam. Good view and good music. The staff are super friendly too!

The bartender was great. We asked for a gin drink and to surprise us as there wasn't much on the menu. He asked a few questions and got to work. Very delish grapefruit yummy. I did see some of the signature drink glasses were a little cloudy or maybe dirty, not that I would order 32 ounces of booze, but I thought that was Ota great visual. Also, the tasting with four pre-made options was a bit too boozy, I guess that's the point. Haha. Loved the music, and once the outside area is open, it would be a great place to hang out. Beware the cigars if you are sensative

Stumbled upon Rhumbar by chance after seeing The Beatles Love and absolutely loved it! The place is so cute with a pink 70s aesthetic. It really makes you feel that you're in a different decade. They also had a great dj that night and everyone was feeling the vibes. We decided to sit at one of the booths and a bartender came over pretty fast with some water and went over the menu. I didn't get his name but he was so nice and helpful. They also had an outdoor patio that looked really fun. I decided to go with the painkiller because I'm a sucker for coconut and it was delicious....and Stronggg. (No complaints about that). My friend went with a piña colada and she kept raving about how good it was. I can honestly say that if you're in Vegas you have to make this one of your stops. We also noticed they had shot flights that I would definitely be interested in trying the next time we visit (because I'll definitely be back). Can't say enough good things. Thanks Rhumbar for kicking off our vegas trip right!

Rhumbar is so so cute!! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time here. We came in on a Monday night and it wasn't packed but there was some people there. We sat our selves and there's so many nice tables/ booths to choose from I got the pink bugatti (tequila) and it was refreshing and strong There's servers constantly walking around if you want any more drinks and they were all attentive. I can't wait to come back!

A stylish Island cocktail bar located outside The Mirage Hotel. We didn't have to go too far for some good music and good drinks. Live Dj played some old school jams, and everyone was dancing and having fun. Hookah services was provided to those who wanted to spend some extra money. A nice intimate outdoor terrace that overlooked the strip. You could hear the music walking pass, so you had to stop in and see what kind of vibes it was giving. The bartender was super cool and chill. Grown mature vibes.

It is a cool.enough atmosphere and the stuff was friendly and professional enough. Las Vegas has a reputation for debauchery and excess and they have long embraced their Sin City reputation. Remember their commercials with the catch phrase of "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" that was out several years ago? Rhumbar is a bar that fits right in this amazing city. I absolutely loved visiting Rhumbar in the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas. A colleague told me about it and I walked around the casino until I found it the next day... I invited my friends and we had a wonderful time! Very affordable prices on delicious drinks! They are strong!!!! The ambiance is like 1960's Palm Springs tiki vibe midcentury modern pink heaven. I loved it! The best part is the open air area outside. You may notice the F1 bleachers in the background, which was happening during my stay.

It's Barbie's Dream Bar!! The 1950's Barbie with the more sedate pinks rather than the later, bolder... pinks and... Know what? It's just a great looking space! The breeze block, the hanging sun shades with ferns overhead, the foliage, the amazing, sculpted retro bar at the back, the lighting is superb. The tops of neighboring casinos peak out from above the walls but don't encroach. This place looks and feels awesome! The only downside is the volume of the music. I know. I'm old. But this is a lounge (an ultra lounge if the advertising is to be believed, *wink*) and I can't hear the person next to me because of OONZE-OONZE-OONZE banging out of the massive speakers all around. This is at all hours, whether a DJ is on the ones and twos or not. OONZE-OONZE-OONZE... whole time. Kept me from making return visits. Which is too bad, because the drinks? Great! Service? Great! Location? Very convenient while staying at the Mirage! There's hookahs available too. How are they? I don't know. But people seemed to be enjoying them. Four out of my five senses loved Rhumbar, but that fifth one talked the others out of making it a regular thing.

I actually enjoyed the time we spent here. They have great service and a wide selection of hookah flavors to choose from. It is really nice that it is right off the strip.

Such a cute well lit bar. Sat inside at a "booth" great view of the bartenders concocting drinks. There is an outside patio as well. They sell cigars here and the music is pretty good. Tried the Booze 2Go and the Post Melon drinks. The drinks were strong and not sugary/sweet. The Booze 2 Go is basically an adult capri sun (you can take it to go and walk around outside of the establishment).

The Rhumbar is the place to be if you love a chill, outdoor vibe with amazing energy. The music was amazing and the drinks were on point. We loved it so much we went back 3 times during our stay at the Mirage. Our servers were attentive and very nice. On Friday night there was a DJ and I absolutely loved the retro mid century modern vibe. It's also nice they have bar snacks to order. We got the Monkey bread and it was very tasty. Highly recommend!

I think I make pretty good choices at times. This kiwi drink sounded good. It tasted as good as it sounded. What I did not realize that this is listed as a COLOSSAL drink. Thank the tiki gods my husband and friends were there to help me drink this or I would have been GONE. Lol read the headers. Read. The. Headers. Ambiance was fun. Louder than expected. Lots smoking and cigar but really not overpowering smells that I walked out smelling. It was fun! Will be back again

What else can I say besides this place is exceptional! If you love good music, dancing, drinks, and hookah - this is the spot! I'd say it's a hidden gem that's worth every penny! From the bartenders, to the host, to the servers and staff - this entire place is a vibe! The drinks are made nicely and the hookah options are vast! The heaters outside are an amazing touch when it's cold and they leave you nice and cozy on their retro style couches! Absolutely enjoyed every moment of my time here and didn't want to leave!

Super cute place to have a few drinks with friends. Vegas prices, but great quality drinks. Friendly staff. The only issue was it took about 10 minutes to get service when it didn't seem too busy. They have an outdoor patio as well.

So glad we stopped to check this place out before heading back to our room while at Mirage. There seemed to be advertising for this place all over the casino but I didn't give it a lot of effort to find the place until we did so on accident (it's on the south side of the hotel next to the entry/exit). The decor is so colorful, retro, and fun. We stopped by the bar just for a drink (didn't try the food, and I'm not confident they were still serving food then) & tried the 100 Foot Wave (which was pretty good - not too sweet) & the Pink Bugatti (a bit tart, but still good). The staff seemed to be enjoying themselves & our bartender was attentive. The DJ was jamming some good 90s music. Just an overall contagiously fun vibe! The drinks weren't the best $20 drinks I've ever had, but the ambiance and vibe made it a place I wouldn't mind going back to w a group of people for a day or night visit

LOVED this new space at The Mirage! Glad to see they redid this space. Very Palm Springs retro bar feel. Loved coming here and gettin a drink. They also had cigars as well. Drinks are on the higher end here! Would come back.

Amazing view, friendly staff and great drinks. Just so so so expensive. Hookah was over $90 which is almost triple the price off the strip. We didn't have to wait long on a table and the vibes were super dope. I got the flight of shots and some Jell-O shots from outside. There is a bar area, patio and then another bar once outside. I will go back if I have visitors in town but for the price I will find some local spots.

RETRO VIBES! First of all, the ambiance of this place is amazing!!! They have an outdoor patio with views of the strip and the Volcano show. The decor is very mid century modern. It was so Instagram worthy! I like the drinks. I had one of their specialty cocktails and my dad had some classic drinks: martini and old fashioned. Presentation was nice on every drink. There was a DJ playing good tunes. I had a great time and I would return!

As soon as I stepped inside with a friend, I felt like I stepped into a time machine back to like the 70s with pink pillows, yellow seating areas, pink curtains, & yellow counter top at the bar. Pink is my favorite color so I appreciated it being represented:) Our waiter was great and attentive and recommended the drinks we ended up getting which were the Painkiller and Post Melon. I ordered the Painkiller and enjoyed it. The drinks are typical expensive prices for being on the Strip so not really affordable if that's what you're looking for. I wouldn't mind going back sometime to try other drinks there!

I've been seeing this place all over my Instagram feed, and I just had to come check it out for myself. It was my best friends birthday, so after dinner we came here. I rsvp a table, check in was smooth and the vibe was already set since the moment we walked in. The DJ was playing really good music and a lot of people were dancing and having a great time. Our server Lupe was very sweet and attentive, and we even had the GM Brent come and check to see how we were doing. Talk about top notch customer service. For the drinks we had 3 of their signature cocktails and a few shots for the Birthday girl. I had the Post Melon, it was sweet and a little tart. Not usually my type of drink but I really wanted something fun and I enjoyed it. And for the star of the show, we ordered a Colossal cocktail that came in a cute bubble bathtub with a rubber duck. This was called "Violet Revolver". Overall loved this place, I will 100% be coming back asap.

From the sign outside to the aesthetics inside, this place has a relaxing vibe. You really escape from the party scene and into your own island on the strip. As someone who has lived in Las Vegas and experienced great cocktail bars on and off strip, I will say that this one gave me the energy I was looking for. The music was at the perfect volume and there was plenty of shade so you can actually enjoy a summer day outside. The service is the only thing that was tough because it seemed like only 2 people were working, so it took a while to get our order in. BUT, that seems to be the norm everywhere now. Victoria was our server, she was very polite and made sure to check in on us even though she was pulled in other directions. We had a few cocktails and I also ordered the monkey bread ... GET IT! Layers of ooey gooey cheese melted into delicious carbs with a well seasoned marinara sauce. I will be adding this to my "Clarissa Vegas picks" list.

Total instagram spot. It is so cute, everything is well thought out for picture opportunities. We loved the retro vibes. We made a reservation for Thursday night but ended up not needing it since it was not as packed as we thought it would have been. On Saturday when we passed by it looked so busy, people were crammed in there-- so still suggest making a reservation if you're going on the weekend. We got the shrimp cocktail and a shot flight. The flight was great for me since it felt like the shots were all extremely sweet I couldn't taste the alcohol (take that how you will if you like your drinks strong). We had a great time, we hope it'll stay after the renovations with hard rock.

William Was our bartender We had no plans of coming to this place but we really enjoyed the cute atmosphere and we decided to give it a try. We got the four shots for $35 and we got a kamikaze a lemon drop a green tea and a blue coconut shot. All of the shots were really good and then we also got a mai tai and a presentation on that drink was beautiful the pineapple included in the drink was delicious and it even came with cute flamingo decorations This place is located right outside the Mirage on the strip area Ample parking and restrooms are inside by the sports book

I was surprised to see this place had lower than a 4 star rating! Our group went here and had a blast. There were six of us and we got here about 7pm or so and immediately got seated at a table outside. By the time we left, it was packed! The service here was awesome and it provides a fairly decent view of the volcano eruption show. Get here while you can because The Mirage will soon no longer exist! The night we went, they were running a special for 4 shots for $25. I thought this was a pretty good deal but once the shots showed up I thought it was an even better deal! These were no small shots and there's a variety that you can choose from. This is great for small groups and we all enjoyed a nice stogie as we were getting our night started. There was a DJ spinning great tunes and I'm glad I got to experience this place before it becomes the next Hard Rock!

Pleasantly surprised. We went on a Saturday night at 9:30 and it wasn't too busy. We were able to get seated right away. Didn't realize till we got in that it's also a cigar and hookah lounge so you could definitely smell cigars. Just a note if that bothers you. We both got cocktails. The pink buggati and post melone. My pink drink had tequila and grapefruit and was really well balanced. Not too sweet. My partner loved his drink. It had vodka and Midori and was tart and VERY sweet. He loved it but it was a little too much for me. The service was really friendly and fast. The ambience was also really cute. Very on trend for the tropical vibe. They also had a love dj that was rocking some 90s classics.

Don't let the 80's bachelorette color scheme fool you, this wound up being our go-to nightcap every evening during our stay. Their cigar selection is pretty stellar, and they were super cool that one of our buddies brought his own. The rum flights are deceptively strong and flavorful given the price point, so treat yourself a little. Cool, alfresco nights are a rarity these days, aiming for that post-Easter wind-down is usually the best time to visit. Plus the DJ played 90's R&B, respect!

We tried to go this past weekend and it was dead. Not sure if it was the weather or what but we went by Saturday around 9 pm and nothing was going on. No music, closed patio and maybe two people in the bar. I remember this place pre covid being really fun. Sad to see it so down and out.

So I had not been to RhumBar since the reopened and had been remodeled, but finally got to try it. Sadly some of my favorite drinks were no longer available. I got lucky though because an employee that has been working there for a while knew the drink I was asking for from the old menu and was able to make it from memory! This just shows that they have great customer service because they could have easily just told me it wasn't available and move on. The retro design they have going for is nice and gives it a 70's Miami vibe. Definitely a place I will be returning to for some drinks and relaxing environment.

Located inside the Mirage next to the Rhumbar counter! Once you walk through the door, you're transported into a pink, 70's inspired retreat. We loved the vibes + aesthetic and the DJ was amazing all night. We went as a group of 5 and were seated in their outside lounge immediately. They offer hookah as well but we only went for drinks. What was ordered (prices/rating): - Tropical Sangria ($18) - 5/5 - Flight of Shots ($35) - 5/5 (but this will depend on what you pick, we personally enjoyed most of the shots on their list -- they also make them into full-sized drinks if you ask!) - Booze-2-Go ($18) - 5/5 (SO GOOD, and it's come with swedish fish!) - Green Tea Cocktail ($15) - 5/5, one of the shots converted into a full-sized drink Overall, it was awesome part of the night and would definitely come back!

Bars in the Mirage are a ripoff but they make pretty good drinks. If forgetting about how overpriced all these are you have to admit some of these are impressive. Rhumbar is a tropical themed bar on the eastern side. Cool view of the Strip from the patio. The pitchers for multiple people are a better value. I hate the prices but like the cocktails. Probably my favorite is the Tatonga. This is $12 which is too much unfortunately. Even so, it's pretty good. This is made with angostura bitters, cane sugar, Cruzan Mango Rum, lime, pineapple juice, and Sailor Jerry Rum. It's pretty easy to drink. This is strong so it kind of makes up for costing a lot. Cigars are also smoked here if you're into those cigar bars. If you would rather smoke something else they also have some hookah. Those wanting yet another thing to smoke can head over to a few nearby dispensaries and have fun there.

After dinner and a show at the Mirage, my husband and I decided to head to Rhumbar on a Saturday night. He remembered Rhumbar fondly from years back. It was probably around midnight when we arrived. We were seated after a short time. I really loved the vibe they had going on. The DJ was playing a mix of music, but it was all upbeat and it kept the energy up in the bar. I loved that everything had a retro, sort of Palm Springs style... and everything was pink, even the menu. They have a variety of drinks, not just rum drinks, but we both chose rum drinks because we were at Rhumbar. I liked that you could also do a flight of shots, though we chose not to because the night was still young and there were still stops to make. Anyway I enjoyed a Mai Tai and my husband enjoyed a rum version of an Old Fashioned. It is also a hookah bar. They have a third party seller there with the hookahs. They were on the expensive side. They had a great flavor selection for the hookah and kept the coals fresh. It was really a fun place to hang out. I kind of wished they had a dance floor, but otherwise it was perfect. I could have probably stayed there all night.

This place is the cutest. I am obsessed with the retro vibe here. We stopped in because we were actually waiting for a table at Diablo's and wanted to have a drink before dinner. Our table actually got done sooner than we had anticipated but our server was super sweet about it. The drinks, atmosphere, decor, and vibe is fun here. I will come back and spend some more time in the future.

Could there be a more Instagram-able location in Vegas? That's debatable but Rhumbar Tropical Ultra Lounge is definitely in the running! Rhumbar takes you back to an old school Vegas oasis with its color scheme of the furniture, tiles, umbrellas and even the staffs outfits. There's no question that the drinks are crafted with Instagram and social media in mind! The cocktails are picture perfect with vibrant colors and names to match. Some of the drinks were better than the others... while the shots never should have been ordered. They tasted cheap and didn't match the level of the vibe. Another small disappointment was getting there at noon and being told food service was available sometime after four. I have been wanting to go to this place the last several visits but never made the time. The anticipation led to high expectations! I have learned that if you want to get in anywhere in Vegas you have to make a reservation, otherwise there's a good chance they'll be booked and you're left going somewhere you didn't want. The reservation experience is mixed... "Book a table" is the only option on their website which is not the same as making a reservation. After hours, Rhumbar transitions to a VIP ultra lounge with pricy drink packages to prove it so keep that in mind when checking out other reviews. I would give Rhumbar Tropical Ultra Lounge another chance. I think it deserves it, especially with how much it stands to deliver. Make sure you wear your most tropical shirt to complete the tropical vibe!

1 star for how pretty this bar is and the tropical outdoor vibes it gives. The host is a snake. Didn't let us in because we didn't want to " take care of him" and pay him to let us sit outdoor to have a cocktail. I will quote exact words " I take care of those who take care of me. You guys can stand over there and if you have any new information for me come back" ok Mr. Con Artist there was plenty of room and no need to be disrespectful to a group of mature adults wanting to enjoy a nice drink outside. SKIP this place- they put on a facade they are classy but really it's extremely SLEAZY.

Our server was notably incredible!!! We stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon so it was pretty slow, but our server was so attentive, conversational, and kind. The post melon was really different and super delicious, would love to try more of their drinks

A pretty cool Outdoor bar with great views. We had a $75 credit to our room at the mirage so we decided to just use it here. Upon arriving to put our name down and we were ignored big time by the yt blonde girl. I honestly wanted to just leave but it was Friday night and I didn't feel like going any place far for a drink. Another hostess kindly told us that there were seats open at the bar so we hopped on over there quickly. The music is loud (I mean it's Vegas) and you definitely can't have much conversation without having to shout. The drinks were ok and typical of a bar but the views is what made this place worth it.

I went here with Debra R a day ago. I got the miller beer and Debra R got the melon cocktail. We also got snack hot dogs. The food was really good.

Super adorable vibe, great location. Love how there is live music. They also have some cool items on their menu including mega shareable cocktails, cigars, small bites and they are one of the only places on the strip that sells hookah! Definitely recommend this place.

We've been to the Rhumbar many times in the past decade. But we spent this New Year with them. Such a fun atmosphere. The Hosts, waitstaff, and bartenders all seem like part of the party. They really spark fun. I loved the giant Espresso Martini and my wife enjoyed an 80oz Mimosa. We highly recommend the meatballs and the monkey bread. I thought this place was really great. The decor is absolutely gorgeous. I wish I had it in my own house. Super mid century beach vibe. The drinks we had were really good, as long as you're not expecting a mixologist level cocktail. I would say it's definitely a few steps up from a regular bar cocktail though. We got the old fashioned and the passion en fuego margarita. Both were good. The passion fruit was a pucker up style delicious and not too spicy. Our fave was the app we ordered. The monkey bread with spicy marinara. It was uh-maze-ingggg. Definitely get it. We'd come back for sure.

Was staying at the mirage and have tried numerous restaurants here but for some reason have never noticed this place before. But man am i glad i did this time. We were greeted immediately but opted to sit at the bar. We eventually changed our mind for wanting a better view and a table for hookah. The waiter was quick to give us a great seat and had a waitress immediately come over to take our hookah order. Great place to lounge at and enjoy talking to various people, as i did with others in the lounge. Highly recommend this place while in Vegas. The old fashioned was also strong and good

This place is a total vibe! We were staying at the mirage and this was definitely our go to place for cocktails. I really hope this place stays even when mirage changes over to the hard rock!

I remember when Rhumbar was just slushies and cheap patio furniture! The new renovation & vibe was great! Super easy reservation process with a low table minimum. We ordered the shot board (excellent) and the Kiwi Do You Love Me fish bowl. I thought it would be more kiwi-foward, but the pineapple juice overpowered everything. They also provided milkshake straws, so you were sucking up a bunch of pineapple chunks. I generally don't like to chew my drinks haha. It's a great drink, beautiful presentation, but couldn't really have more than one serving. I definitely plan on returning to Rhumbar!
