Riad El Amine Fes

Beautiful Riad with splendid architecture. Amazing designs and history of the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are wonderful. Slightly disappointed with the service. I would expect near perfect service for a 5 star hotel. Had to ask two separate staff for a cable adapter. The menu is very limited and they didn't mention what items were unavailable until we asked for the dishes. This among other small issues made the overall experience slightly worse than it should have and could have been.

My family and I had the most incredible time at this hotel. Walking into an unassuming door from the street, you are transported into a Moroccan palace with high ceilings, classy furniture, and a central atrium with a stunning pool. The rooms were lovely, beds comfortable, and the rooftop terrace provides a beautiful spot to look over the Fes Medina with a glass of wine. Best of all, was the fantastic service by the staff, in particular both Zachary’s who were constantly there with a smile and attentive to all of our needs. They are both wonderful people who we feel privileged to have met! This hotel will WOW you.

We travelled with a toddler and the staff was exceptional making it very pleasant for us. Zahara ensured everything was to our liking and needs. The Christmas Eve dinner was exceptional, rare in Morocco. The riad was so beautiful and totally insta worthy from inside we couldn’t stop taking pictures all 4 days we stayed. The massage could have been better. Rest It was the absolute highlight of the trip to Morocco for our family! True luxury Morocco experience. Thank you !

Amazir stay at Riad EL Amine|we stayed at this Riad with my mom, we really enjoy hospitality of the staff|Check in is seamless and efficient. The rooms are beautifully appointed and charming as is the rest of the building. The rooms and the hotel are kept spotlessly clean and frankly I would have loved to take any of the cleaning staff back home with me.|The rooftop provides a sheltered space to relax and take some sun, and the spa is a cooling respite when it gets too much.|we will come back again :)

Just a good decor and nothing else can be expected…. Bad service, no hot water in the shower(which is basic need especially in winters), bad food with really every thing on the menu sold out or not serving. Major languages issues and staff of non cooperative. There must be some good riads out there but this one is really disappointing

An absolutely amazing experience, we were treated like royalty during our stay! The Riad is stunningly beautiful and we were extremely comfortable and appreciative of the above and beyond hospitality. Especially enjoyed the rooftop dining. We visited several cities in Morocco however Fes was our favorite and we definitely will return to Riad El Amine on our next visit, it was a wonderful experience.

Wanted to go to the "rooftop" restaurant for dinner. Called to make reservations, but they said I could only make them via email. (Strange.) I sent the email, and then about 30 mins later it was "confirmed." I arrived, and was shown a table downstairs, but I pointed out that I'd made a reservation for the rooftop. Reluctantly, I was escorted to the roof. It was locked, and obviously not a single customer present. Back downstairs we went. I selected a table (no other customers present) and ordered dinner. The waiter described a sampler selection, but something showed up that bore no resemblance to what I'd ordered. I asked for olive oil. 30 minutes went by without a waiter, (all were in an alcove talking), and finally, I got up and asked for the oil again, plus the status of the main dish. (Again, I was the only customer at 8pm in the evening.) Another 15 minutes went by, and my main dish arrived, again without olive oil. Finally, almost an hour after I asked for the oil, and 75 minutes after I'd ordered, I had everything. Profoundly frustrating experience, for no particular reason.

This riad is pretty on the inside however upon arrival there was only one staff member running around. It took us a while to get into our room as well as customer service was not good. Every time we would ask for something we wouldn’t get it, we would have to ask multiple times for the staff member to remember. In the middle of the night as me and my family were sleeping, the AC was off and it was so hot and when we asked for a fan, the staff member had never come back to give us one. Finally, in the morning, we tried to turn on the lights for the bathroom and that wasn’t turning on so we decided that our stay there was over and we needed to go somewhere better. I truly do not recommend this place to anyone who wants am accommodating place to stay. Very bad customer service!
