"To learntraditional Moroccan home cooking, look no further than Café Clock, where Souad will verse you in the essential flavors and techniques of local cuisine so you can take an authentic taste of Morocco back with you. In a comfortable kitchen above the café, you’ll prepare a three-course lunch featuring traditional soups and salads, tagines or couscous, patisserie and bread. If you want to delve into what modern Moroccan cooking looks like, head to Dar Namir. Classes for groups of two to four people are held in aprivate courtyard kitchen and dining room, andthefocus is on dishes for entertaining—like chicken, olive, and preserved-lemon briouats (crunchy parcels) with a harissa-and-mint dipping sauce, or lamb marinated in souk spices and slow-roasted on a bed of fennel. Five dishes are made and devoured by the class, along with a tasting oftwo boutique Moroccan wines."

Only went for the rooftop bar. But was amazing. Went for sunset and has an awesome view. You have to pay 200mad at the foyer to access the rooftop, but it comes off your bill. Great drinks and great service. High western prices but to get a drink in morocco and a view, well worth it.

Breathtakingly beautiful hotel. Amazing staff!!! On arrival we were greeted with drinks and asked to sit in the beautiful lobby while they prepared our rooms. The hotel and the restaurant were so incredible that we didn't even bother going anywhere else to eat. On our last day, we had a very early flight and the staff were kind enough to prepare take away breakfasts for us. In short, whatever image one has of an incredibly luxurious Riad, this place surpasses it. Can't wait to visit again.

I didn't stay at the Riad, but we went there for the spa and it was a great experience. We booked appointments for later in the day - 5 pm and we ended up being the only people in the spa. The facilities are relaxing and beautiful. The employees are kind, professional, and helpful. As patrons of the spa, we were able to access their rooftop bar and lounge. I would highly recommend spending some time up there overlooking Fes and enjoying cocktails and light bites!

Stay HERE! Truly 5 real stars. All facilities are fabulous: rooms, public areas, restaurant, rooftop bar, everything. I wish I could simply move in! Wonderful, truly controllable air conditioning in our room (more of a suite!). Breakfast was marvelous. Restaurant and rooftop bar staff treated us spectacularly nice. May I please recommend Riad Fes completely. Experience from mid-late May 2025.

The Riad is amazingly beautiful, decorated with the upmost taste and attention to detail. Ahmed (i believe this was his name) at the Front Desk as well as every person in the hotel is attentive and offers great service. The restaurant is in an amazing setting. Also, the location is great - in the Medina but only about 6 mins from where you leave your car/taxi since you cannot drive up to the hotel. But staying in the Medina in this Riad will give you the feeling you want in your vacation to Fez.

Such a beautiful spot! The riad is gorgeous, really peaceful, and the rooftop is just wow — perfect for a drink in the evening. The staff were all really nice and made me feel super welcome. Loved the design of the rooms and the pool was a great place to relax after walking around the medina. Would 100% recommend if you’re coming to Fès

A disappointing and unacceptable experience for what is supposed to be a luxury hotel. I stayed at the Riad and on Friday night a necklace was stolen from my room. I immediately reported it to the front desk, and they said they would contact housekeeping — but claimed no one was answering. The next day, I insisted and asked them to call the police, and only then did they start to take the situation more seriously. However, we had to leave without any clear response, and the hotel promised to investigate and get back to us. To this day, I have received no response, despite sending several emails. Absolutely nothing. I find it hard to believe that something like this could happen in a place that calls itself a luxury hotel — and worse, that it would be handled with such little urgency or care. Are they used to this kind of thing happening? I do not recommend this place if you value your security, peace of mind, or expect professional handling of serious situations. Extremely disappointed.

The Riad is gorgeous and the staff is very attentive. We were only a short walk away from the parking lot and they send staff to assist with luggage. We only got lost once. lol ||Walking into the riad was an immediate jolt into elegance from the tiny streets outside. We loved the decor and the grandeur of it all. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening, which was wonderful, in additon to the included breakfast each morning. The bathrooms in the public area by the restaurant are also beautiful. They reminded me of a wedding venue. They have a rooftop bar. We used the pool and the fitness center but not the spa. We also used room service which was quick and accomodating when they were out of the fish dish that I wanted. They replaced it with a fish entree from the dinner menu.||I could not figure out how to work the shower which was too hot to use. Maintence came to fix it while we were out. I thought I had scratched myself in my sleep but it turned out to be bug bites on my right arm that became a bit red and itchy. I never did find and kill the bug that bit me but I had left the window open for a lengthy period when looking at the view of the pool. Keep the windows closed.
