"Between the wood paneling and golden fringe hanging from the ceiling, Rialto Grande looks a bit like our grandparents’ 1958 NYE party (we assume). But once you also notice the 80s headshots of Jeff Bridges, Keanu, and Lisa Bonet on the wall, you realize you’re just a person, standing at a bar, hoping that one of the cheerful bartenders won’t mind you making an alteration to one of their $10 cocktails. This place also has a few beers on tap and natural wines available by the glass, along with a good-sized, covered back patio. If you’re looking for somewhere to start or finish a night on Franklin Ave, this is the place." - Max Bonem

Great place to hang out! This bar has a fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff, and a great selection of drinks. Whether you’re looking to relax after a long day or have a fun night out with friends, this is the perfect spot. The music is good, the vibe is cozy yet lively, and the service is top-notch. Definitely a place worth visiting!

Great atmosphere, great drinks (including mocktails), and friendly and informed bartenders. It was quiet enough to hold a conversation which is a huge plus in my book!

Google
An absolute gem of a bar. I’ve come back here many times since discovering it and the atmosphere and quality of service are A+. The prices are fair, too. I love that there’s an outdoor space and that you can bring in your own food. I’ve also had great interactions with their event coordination staff, who are accommodating and kind. Overall, HIGHLY recommend.

The drinks are acceptable, prices are reasonable, and atmosphere is casual/cool. However the customer service is routinely unacceptable. I've lived in the neighborhood for 14 years and never received such consistently poor/surly/impersonal treatment at any other local bar or restaurant and (I go out a lot). Last time I went I was simply trying to cash out for 20 minutes and could get zero eye-contact despite extensive effort and patience. My friends eventually came in and asked what the hell was going on - my tiny girlfriend pushed in front and finally got the bartender's attention and yelled above the noise for the check - and he felt the need to fully scold me and demanded to know "what I expected him to do" when its busy...like I've never been in a busy bar before... You'd think that'd mean they'd be too busy to scold neglected customers and he'd just hand over the check like it's his job or something. But they always manage to find time to make customers feel unwelcome and unappreciated. The bar itself is good in concept, but believe me - currently you can find better service at almost any other local place. If they are busy expect to be treated like dirt. Total cold silence would have been a vast customer service improvement and that's not impressive in the hospitality industry.

Rialto Grande is a bar stuck in the 80's, and I love it. The retro vibe adds a unique charm that sets it apart. The prices and drinks are great, making it an excellent value. The atmosphere is nice, perfect for a drink with friends or a date. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Cool vintage spot, they are going for a retro theme. Got the acid western and pale green dot, both were good and even had high quality ice cubes. Backyard is cool, my only complaint is a lot of their seating is metal folding chairs. Also, they really go to town on the gold fringe, which seems excessive but I guess it’s a vibe!

Yelp
The bartenders here are really friendly and happy to chat about their drinks and make suggestions. I was uncertain about their recommendation Brand New Key (rum, blackberry, pineapple, lime, and absinthe) but I loved it! I ordered two! Great vibes, lovely bar- in warmer weather I look forward to returning to enjoy their backyard.

Yelp
A lovely, unpretentious neighborhood bar with cool hipster vibes. Drinks are reasonably priced (a can of Naragansett is $4) and the service is fast and friendly. There's no need to wave at bartenders here because 1) that's rude and 2) the bar is pretty small and cocktails are quick and easy to make, so it doesn't take long to get served. There's a backyard and sometimes they have little food popups. The last one was pizza but I already ate dinner so didn't try. Next time I will though!

Yelp
Wonderful bar with a fun vibe and great backyard space. Jonny is awesome and I am so appreciative of the staff's positivity and helpfulness even on a crowded, busy Friday night. I'm a fan of the daiquiris and my partner loved the old fashioned. This is turning into one of my favorite places to hang out and I'm so happy that RG exists!

Yelp
one of the coolest bars in Brooklyn! Good prices and great bartenders as well. They also have an outside back yard.

Yelp
We had 1 drink each. Bartender was very rude to us. Not sure what his situation was. We decided to leave soon after. I recommend other bars in the area.

Yelp
Went in on a busy night, the bartenders were clearly busy. Went up to the bar and was waiting about 15 minutes patiently to be helped (which I am completely okay with). I was next in line, however the bartender was definitely in the weeds, and I thought he might miss me and move on to another customer. I've worked in restaurants and know that I've done that plenty of times. I tried to get his attention with a friendly wave, smile, and "Hey man!" He responded with, "Yea no way I'm taking your drink order after that shit." Shocked, I said, "What did I do wrong?" He says "You don't fucking wave at me!" I don't really see what is wrong with politely getting someones attention, it's not like I snapped at the guy or anything, but regardless I didn't want to cause a scene so I said, "I'm sorry, I'm not trying to be rude, I just thought you may have missed me." He says, "Yea well you ARE being fucking rude! I SEE YOU, okay? I SEE YOU!" I just said, "Well jeez man I do genuinely apologize if I offended you that was not my intention." He proceeded to grumpily say fine and ask me what I wanted. I just wanted a beer. It took him all of two seconds to grab it. Still tipped the guy anyway. Extremely rude bartender on a power trip.
