Situated at the top of The Landmark Bangkok hotel, this steakhouse exemplifies fine-dining at its core. Each and every dish tasted phenomenal. To no surprise, the steaks were cooked masterfully and were paired with a delicious sauce. An unexpected highlight was the snow fish fillet, the taste was so exceptional, that it arguably could’ve been the highlight of the meal. The service was attentive and thoughtful, with promptly responses to any requests. I can almost certainly say that I will be returning to this restaurant in the near future.

Steak au poivre is soft and tender.. staffs are attentive and friendly... Nice view Minus one star because the staff did process the parking ticket but we still needed to pay 120thb at the exit. The car parking staff told us that there's no stamp record in the card... just too lazy to go back T__T

simply the best steak in town. the staff is super nice and helpful, trying to give you the best experience. the food portion is generous, and all of them taste delicious (especially the tenderloin, snow fish, and lobster bisque). and this with the background of the bangkok skyline. would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience, the service was 1st class, they were super attentive without being too much. Steak was cooked to perfection with excellent quality side dishes. Views across the City were great - will be returning!!

So the best thing about this place is the view. The food was gross! We ordered a tomahawk and the steak was very fatty. While I understand that a ribeye is a fattier cut, this steak was 60-70% fat. There was no flavor and certainly nothing to be desired. They didn’t baste the steak with butter or garlic or other herbs. Just brought a flavorless fatty steak and sat it on my plate. We ordered sauces to accompany the steak and they weren’t good. They were bitter. I expected more from the mushroom cream sauce but it was but creamy at all. I can say that the wait staff was very kind and attentive but the food was not it. I can see why they haven’t had the bib gourmand Michelin award in awhile. If you’re a steak lover, please avoid.

From the moment I booked our reservation to the moment we left, our experience at The Rib Room for my brother's 40th birthday was nothing short of spectacular. I wholeheartedly give this restaurant a 5-star rating! The kindness of the staff began right from the booking process – they were so accommodating and friendly. Upon arriving at the restaurant, located on the breathtaking 31st floor with its stunning views of Bangkok, the service only got better. It was truly out of this world! The entire dining experience was flawless. The food was phenomenal, each dish cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. But what truly set The Rib Room apart was the exceptional customer service. The staff operated with incredible teamwork, and every single person we interacted with was genuinely kind and attentive from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make my brother's birthday special, surprising him with a delicious birthday cake and singing to him. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that truly made the evening unforgettable. We absolutely loved our experience at The Rib Room and will most definitely be returning.
