There is no night parking but if you arrive early and if there is no truck at there unloading place then they will help you to backup and let you park there for overnight..they start unloading at5.30am..it’s around 20ft wide road with dead end..very fast unloading and very cooperative professional staff.

Im not one to write or complain but I have been buying Arriba Fire Roasted Mexican Salsa “medium” for years. But for sometime now the salsa is so watery. I used to buy 2-3 jars because I used it on almost everything. What happened to my favorite salsa? When you first open the jar you notice that is watery, I stir it to make sure tomatoes and other ingredients mix well, but unfortunately the salsa is still very thin, very watery. I’m really sorry that the consistency has changed because we now are buying a different brand. I don’t know about the “hot” or “mild” as I don’t buy those. Please look into this as you surely will lose customers. Thank you, A once customer for life. ☹️

Honestly customer service goes a long way, but unfortunately this company is significantly lacking in that department. Correspondence is horrible via email with no sense of empathy whatsoever. Some companies will go a bit beyond for their customers but not this one. If you want to order Riba brand salsa please order through a 3rd party and not directly through their website and dont expect any sense of pride with the employees.

This place isn't so bad. Yes it's a bit complicated to get in but totally doable. I have a 53' refrigerated trailer and and old classic shaker with terrible turning radius. It's a dead end street and the building is at the end on the right. There is no dock. It's a first come first serve. No lumper charge. Very helpful staff. Goodluck!!

Have been a general consumer customer for quite some time now. Within the last three months I bought a couple of jars from our neighborhood Kroger(43rd. St). Opened the first jar and upon pouring it into a bowl it was much liquid then solid. Very liquid. The consistency was very obvious on the liquid side. Being a fan of Arriba salsas/RIBA Foods, a local company, I decided to call them. I like to support our local companies when deserved for their quality. But here’s where it ends. Initially, I spoke to a friendly RIBA associate who answered the phone last Friday. because I opened the second jar. My question: did RIBA Foods change the recipe? She believed it had not changed. I was transferred to “quality control”, who didn’t answer, nor could I leave a message(mailbox full). I called back & advised the same person of that situation. She took my number so an associate could return my call. Didn’t hear back. Okay, that was a Friday-understandable, so I called back @ about 1:30pm today(Monday). -and explained the issue from Friday, etc. and was told “no, the recipe had not changed”; then very quickly transferred me to someone else. VM-mailbox full. Look, I can afford two jars of salsa. That’s not the issue. Without words, RIBA Foods loudly proclaimed, WE DON’T CARE! So much for customer service. There are at least a dozen choices on Texas grocers shelves to select salsa jars. You don’t have to guess what I finally did this afternoon. Yes, I found a new favorite salsa company “Made in Texas”. And all it would have taken was a little CUSTOMER SERVICE to keep me as a customer. Adios!

Place is super tight on dead end street but people working over dere are very helpful will guide you how to park becoz there is no dock....and no truck parking in street so plan ahead....

I am picky about salsa. The only good salsa I had found was Garden Thief, but Ingle's stopped carrying it. I tried several more, but I didn't like them. Then I bought mild Arriba roasted red salsa. It has no sugar and is low sodium. Perfect!!

This place is a mess. It is in a residential area. No parking whatsoever. You are literally parked in the middle of the street. Don’t come here before your appointment, they won’t load you. They will tell you to come back as if you can turn around.🥱👎👎
